Everything is perfect, helpful staff, large pools, enough space for everyone, large rooms, daily cleaning, towels changed every other day. Breakfast is varied and very good. You can have lunch and dinner, the food and prices are good. Very close to the main street with supermarkets and taverns. The beach is across the road but not great, there are some stones at the entrance to the water, as an alternative 1.5 km towards Chania there is a beach with fine sand and no stones.

the fridge, AC and electricity did not work when we left our room. the location is not correct here on booking (search it on google maps).

My overall stay was great. The Staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool area was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. The patio had a view of the pool area. The location (Agia Marina) was perfect. Nice beach town with plenty of beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Could take a bus or taxi into the city Chania which was only 15 to 20 minutes away.

The gym area maybe needs to add some Yoga mats and towels. Add some wipes to wipe down the equipment. The dinette chairs were a little uncomfortable.

Massive pool area! Spacious apartments that were cleaned every day, Friendly staff, 5 min to the local beach by foot. I liked that the hotel caters to a large crowd such as couples, singles, families. A great mix!

The staff is amazing, specially in the pool bar, maintenance and cleaning crew, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, room, pool area and reception area were spotless. The room was clean and nice with good light and placement. The breakfast was nice, it could go until 11.

Very basic and boring breakfast. Basic kitchen and no sofa to sit, instead it was bed.

Staff were very friendly and we really like the swimming pool facilities. Room was very clean and the architecture and scenery was exactly as advertised.

Everything was geared towards foreign tourists and especially Scandinavians. I was the only Greek person there and from tv programs to even the labels on the phone, everything was in a language that was completely foreign to me. Food and coffee at breakfast was adequate, but again geared to foreign tourists e g. Strudels etc, and some of the Greek items on the menu like feta cheese were not great.

We liked the central location close to the beach.

No sun beds available due to people reserving with towels. We ended up using the beach instead as we couldn’t get a space. It was very busy and our room lacked privacy as our balcony was straight out to the pool area. We were also on the walkway out of the complex so were woken up to rolling staircases everyday. Breakfast is not varied, cheap artificial juice and lack of fresh fruit.
