The bed was really good and clean! And the air conditioner is "saved our life" in that heat. The place is so quiet we could sleep well.

The cleaning wasn't so good. It was dusty. There was no table in the apartment and for chairs I had to bring in them from the balcony before ate breakfast. There is no separated bathroom just a shower and a separated toilet. For washing hands after toilet, brushing teeth, dishwashing, and shaving need to use the same (dishwashing place) in the "kintchen".

Fantastic studio apartment, less than 100m from a taverna, and around 150m from a bus stop and supermarket. It's set on a side street, just off the main road, and the beach is around 250m away--so you couldn't ask for a better location in Agia Marina unless a sea view is important to you. The bed was amazingly comfortable--I think it was a cocomat mattress and topper, which I've slept on in nanother apartment in Crete and can highly recommend, unless you only like a firm mattress. The sofas, too, were exceptionally comfortable. I assume they can be used as soda beds as the garden seating accommodates four people. They were more comfortable than most of the beds I've slept in while on holiday in Crete in various places. The garden was a lovely place to relax in the evening, and for my toddler son to play. It was well furnished and peaceful. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and well designed, with great lighting and a nice three way shower. Lots of welcome gifts were provided, from beer, water and biscuits to coffee, sugar, salt and and olive oil. And my room was ready two hours early which was very helpful. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The TV has Netflix and amazon prime which was great for evenings in and for my toddler.

The kitchen, despite having room for a small oven with hobs on top, only has a one ring hob, so cooking isn't easy. There's no sink in the bathroom so you have to use the kitchen sink instead.

It was comfortable, spacious and close to everything you needed. I was worried about the cleanliness because of what I read in the comments but everything was great, we had clean towels every two days and the room was cleaned as well.

It does not have an elevator so be prepared for a few stairs every day and with your luggage too. It s not necessarily a minus, just a warning:)

Administrator Matina was always nice, helpful and professional. She would help even late, after 22:00. Location is good - you have everything you need in a short walking distance. The kitchen is fully prepared for you if you want to cook. They prepared a baby crib for our son. But maybe for a kid of age 1-3 it’s a bit wrong choice because the apartment has this design, that for an active kid like ours he could easily get on top on the table, for example. Many corners and places he would hurn himself and the sockets are allocated really low, that I saw him few tile trying to put fingers inside. Really need to watch after a kid every second 😅 You can use washing machine downstairs with 7-8 eur/ wash. We could not hear other apartments.

We had problems with AC for two nights. But than Matina moved us to another room and there was all good with AC. But things like that can always happen in any place - technics are braking, it’s normal.

Some things didn't work consistently e.g., safe didn't lock and needed to call owner to fix it, wifi was a bit patchy, AC turned of in the middle of the night and we woke up because of the heat. Room is on 2nd floor with no elevator - not a major issue for us but might be a factor for some people

Spacious apartment in a great location. Not far from the main strip. There was a/c in the apartment which was great.

The kitchen sink is the same sink to brush your teeth etc. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift, which wasn’t the end of the world but not ideal. Also the hot water would last for about 10 minutes max then run out.

I liked the fact that for a couple it has the right size and the right facilities.

The only minus would be that the shower toilet and sink are separate. That is, there is not necessarily a bathroom and the sink that should be in the bathroom is used as the kitchen sink. The linens I would say were a bit too dirty because I found some pretty big yellow stains or smelled a bit bad but it wasn't necessarily uncomfortable because they felt clean. This may just be a preference of mine.

This apartment was so lovely. I had stayed in 4 different hotels in Agia Marina and this was my favorite. The price was great, the room was spacious, clean and modern, with great lighting. The shower was incredible and the bed was so soft and comfortable, even the linen felt amazing. The couch was a nice place to chill. Good location just one street over from the beach and all the main shops. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Slight problem with the drainage shower wise, but as soon as it was raised, they kept communication on a regular basis and someone was send out to fix the issue.

The apartment is really nice, very nice "feng shui". The location in Agia Marina is also very good, easy to walk everywhere. We had the 1st floor apartment, the description and pics show that there is not much view, but we chose it anyway :) If the view is not important to you, this is a good choice.
