Katerina helped keep us informed and communicated well all important information and left our keys in a safe place at reception for our arrival as we were delayed by 2.5 hrs due to our flights and it was gone midnight. Very helpful, however little comment to say as it was late and dark out, we struggled to find reception (straight ahead and up the stairs, on level with the swimming pool) suggesting a bigger bolder signage to suggest the direction of the reception, but all else great.

It was remarkable time. We were 4, have app on the second floor, 2 balkonies and stunning view of the sea. Wonderful pool, free towels there. The app was cleaning every day. Silence area very near loud centre. And the Katherina was very helpfull, positive, friendly person. We can count on her in every situation. Really thanks. It was amazing hollidays.

If you want to relax and chill with a nice pool next to your sun bed then this is a fine choice. Our room had a good size. The A/C worked fine and we were able to make some food in our room during our stay. The Wifi was decent as well.

The bed was a bit hard but we still got our sleep in the end it was fine.

Kitchen fixtures were of low quality (drawers, cupboards etc). Fridge was small, had not freezer section and the rail for the holding bottles in the door was missing, reducing the capacity further,

Katerina is a very attentive person, we've communicated perfectly about our arrival and check-in. Apartment is really very small (it is listed as a small studio, so I shouldn't complain too much, I know), and it is a pitty, because if it would provide just a little bit more space (shower for instance), it would be great for our needs. It was very clean and well maintained. Hotel has a really nice pool and garden, which unfortunately we couldn't enjoy, as we've stayed 2 nights only, and traveled all the time around. If our visit of Crete would be a few days longer, we would definitely stay a day or two more, and enjoy that with pleasure. Location is a bit more away from the beach and from Chania as I've expected, but OK for us as we've had a rented car (and needed the room more or less just to sleep).

It is not exactly that we didn't like something, as we were aware it is just a small studio. In any case, you should not count on cooking in this particular small studio, and taking a shower could also not be an easy task (cabin is really small). There is also no dining table inside. It was not a problem for us, as it was very nice to sit outside on the balcony, but could be a problem in case of lower temperatures or bad weather. We could also easily miss a noise of a garbage truck in the morning (and, the noise from the street just in front of the studio in general), but we've still slept quite well.

Katherina and her team always there to help. Such a lovely, quiet and clean place to stay. Rooms were tidied every day. Good size swiming pool, not to busy. A lot of sun beds and fresh towels outside for all users. Perfect location, 3 minutes from shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach. Highly recommend!

This is the best place to stay in Agia marina no doubt 10/10

The staff were amazing hosts, the view was beautiful. It was lovely and quiet. The cleanliness impeccable.

A very strange energy when you talk to recepionist. Conservative courtesy. All requests were granted, but with full grace and wrath. After all, we didn’t even hear the question of how our stay was, etc. Very strange behaviour, despite our courtesy.

The location was good, near the restaurants but still away from the traffic. The hotel area was pleasant and our room was clean. Overall a great experience when considering the price.

There were some issues with the water (couldn't shower or use the toilet) when we arrived and a few electrical problems during the stay. However, these didn't last long.
