The best of the hotel is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to the managers. They are super friendly and do anything to make you feel at home. Specially Stella made our stay memorable. The hotel is brand new, with spacious rooms, nice pool area and terrace with a buffet breakfast. And eventhough they are not place in front of the sea, they have a partnership with a café where you have complementary sun loungers. I really loved my stay in Evexia, which meaning and concept is well being. A well executed concept. Congrats!

The hotel opened 1-2 days before our stayed, therefore there where somethings not working correctly which is totally understandable. But I can't point anything wrong.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We even received a better room than we originally booked, which was a lovely surprise. A special thank you to Stella , she was always smiling and very helpful, but honestly, everyone we met was truly kind. On the day of our departure, we were also allowed to stay longer in the room, which made our travel day much easier. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby. We truly recommend this place to anyone!

Loved everything about our stay

Lovely, clean and comfy apartment. Fantastic modern bathroom with a great shower; and very comfy beds and pillows. The hotel has a great location for access to shops, beach, supermarkets, restaurants (Recommend walking away from the beach as there are hidden gems in the back streets). The fact that there was a pedestrian crossing on the corner was a blessing given how busy the main road is.. (note we couldn't hear road noise from our room with doors closed) The pool is quiet, well maintained with 8 pairs of good quality sun loungers; and the rooftop bar was an unexpected bonus with lovely comfy seats and fab views to the sea and Agioi Theodorou island, although we only saw 1 or 2 other guests using this! Staff are lovely and friendly!! Bus stop to Chania is just past the petrol station- tickets are €2 pp into Chania and can be bought on the bus Hint - watch out as there are beach clubs that charge for loungers (Gorgona), but others that dont charge you if you order food/drinks etc (ie Vergina)

The air con was a little noisy at night but didnt stop us from sleeping at all. The breakfast is ok - a little basic (toast, some meats, cheese and eggs) and a bit expensive for what you can get outside the hotel, but is super convenient - if you do want tasty breakfasts outside, then the beach clubs are all good, as well as L'espresso bar's omelettes

The staff were lovely and very helpful with restaurant recommendatuons and booking. Also made a car hire booking for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was brilliant, 2 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes up the hill to the the restaurants in the old village. The roof top bar was perfect for an after dinner cocktail and the pool area was very well maintained. We arrived late and the key was as advised in the lock box with the details of our room.

Nothing, a slight mix up upon arrival with the room layout but sorted quickly the following morning whilst we had breakfast.

We had a great stay! Personell was helpful and kind, everything was clean - inside and outside the hotel. Great bar area on the roof. The room was spacious and had very comfortable bed. Two minutes to the beach, just across the streat. Totally recommend!

Seagull Hotel, Agia Marina is in a great location for a relaxing beach Holiday. We have been twice to this Hotel and would return to this lovely Hotel, what we like is the rooms are like small apartments rooms with large double bed and single in lounge area, great bathroom, good shower, good hotter etc. there is a fridge, small cooker and sink. the room has air conditioning, there is a safe also. The hotel has a great Roof bar with great views also a swimming pool. Nearby are great restaurants and beach bars, the beaches are sandy and safe for children. the main road can sometimes by a little noisy but didn't bother us, at least. there are bus stops nearby.

Maybe crossing the main road could be difficult, you must wait for crossing green light, then it's easy.

Beautifully clean , spacious, cool, with sea views , short walk to beach and restaurants. Merakli Cretan restaurant gets the gold medal 🏅 for location, staff, food, ambiance wonderfully friendly apartment staff . very comfortable bed, spacious flat for the 2 of us , with 2 balconies on a corner location . ask for room 29! Lovely quiet swimming pool with poolside snack bar .

breakfast : the cooked breakfast was cold and only whole basic fruits . So we only took this once, then self catered breakfast on our balcony the other mornings .

Excellent hotel. Very beautiful room, clean and with nice design. Had everything needed for a few days vacation. The hotel is on a few minutes walk from one of the best beaches in the region. As well almost on the main street with all the restaurants and bars, shops etc. 2 supermarkets are next to the hotel. Lovely and friendly staff. The younger girl(Stela not sure for the name) on the reception was super friendly and nice. Explained me all the highlights of the island from north to south and answer my thousand questions. Super kind and friendly. Beautiful roof top as well with sea view as well.

The apartment was exactly as it was described it was exceptionally clean and fresh it was well equipped with almost everything you would need ,the bed was really comfortable and sheets changed every three days and fresh towels every two days .

Even though there was nearly everything you needed for your stay there wasnt a toaster in the room which would of been helpful .Also a few days into our stay and the swimming pool wasn't as clean as it could of been ,with a few ants floating about

We stayed in one of the suite rooms with private pool and use of spa facilities. The private outdoor space was plentiful with lovely loungers. The location and views were great. Everything is newly renovated to a very high standard. The breakfast food was lovely and the staff were very attentive.
