From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were very friendly and so hospitable! Kristina and Andreas in particular were a bundle of joy. The rooms are gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, lunch and dinner we had there was delicious with fresh produce. Overall a very clean and well looked after hotel that never felt full even though it was fully booked. The location and beach front there is probably the best in Agia Marina and platanias I would say, and me and my partner have been coming to Chania for the last 7 years now. Very happy and will certainly be returning to this gem again.

There is nothing that we did not like.

The hotel was really nice. In front of beach with nice (but not big) swimming pool. The rooms looked to be new and they were comfortable. It is easy to park (they have a private parking in the property) and I think it was well located. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance) and it is within a fair drive distance from Chania downtown (took us 15-20 min driving). It is in front of beach with available free sunbeds. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety and we LOVED to have it outdoor, seating in front of ocean. The staff was also nice. In general we liked our experience and would highly recommend it!

On our last evening, there was a power outage in the area and although the hotel had generators, for some reason it took a while for the staff to switch it on, which means we were about 2h without any electricity, which was not pleasant, specially if you are just arriving from the beach and willing to take a shower and get changed to go out for a dinner, as we were. Although I understand power outages are something you can't control, I didn't get why it took 2 hours to kick off the generators.

The room was lovely and clean, the location was perfect, beach was beautiful, the view is stunning. The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant especially Kostas nothing was too much trouble for him. Most of the staff on reception were lovely not sure on the names but some of them could be a little more friendly, all of the girls were very pleasant and one of the younger lads he was lovely. The breakfast was good and plenty of it, we ate lunch here a few times that was also nice.

My husband is not a huge beach fan so likes to sit at the pool, the pool to the back of the property was not very well maintained some the days there was grass and bugs in it, I had to walk round to the main pool to have a dip to cool down as I wouldn't get into the pool because it was dirty. The rooms are small but i had seen other reviews stating this so i was expecting it. These are just a few minor things we did have a really lovely holiday and would return.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Our room was beautiful and cleaned daily, which was such a nice touch. The hotel itself is modern, and we loved having a jacuzzi on the balcony to relax in after a hot day. It's in Agia Marina, and I think it has one of the best beaches around—completely sandy. Plus, the free sun beds and daily refreshed beach towels were great perks. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there's even a waiter at the beach, so you can have food whenever you want. There were few people at the hotel since it's relatively small, which created a nice, cozy vibe. It's also close to water sports activities and the O Mylos Kerata restaurant, which is a must-visit. It's also pretty close to Chania and Kolymvari. The hotel offers airport transfers and can call a taxi for you to get to other places. We stayed for a week and had an amazing holiday. Highly recommended!

Didnt see any downsides!

Everything was perfect! We will definitely come back next summer! We stayed at the resort (room 104), and everything is new, modernly built, with high-quality materials. We even had a small private pool, a terrace, and the room was quite spacious. The cleaning is done every day without you having to ask. The breakfast was very good and varied from day to day. The hotel’s private beach and the sea were exceptional! The sand was fine, and the sea was not too deep, perfect for families with children. The staff was very helpful but discreet at the same time. Next to the resort, there is a very nice taverna. Overall, a successful stay!

Location was great, plenty of eateries nearby, right on a fantastic beach and a lovely beach bar right next door. Breakfast was ideal with plenty choice, Mrs W say Greeeaat Coffee, A bean to cup machine is always a winner. Only down sides for us were hotel bar lighting was a little bit harsh at night and a few comfy sofas would be a great addition. However a major plus is the friendly and helpful staff.

Swim up pool was very small, more plunge pool than swim up. Room 105. As above a few comfy sofas in the bar area and better lighting possibly would have kept us here rather than being drawn to the pleasant ambience of the beach bar next door.

Very Modern clean and loooved the swimming pool with the hydromassage in our room :). Great location next to the sea and some shops bars and mini markets nearby. The food was exceptional. Traditional Cretan dishes generous portions and delicious I was so pleased we end up on half board. The stuff are excellent especially Kostas with his helpful and excellent manners. I can’t fault this place apart from the fact we couldn’t use the main swimming pool at times but I guess start of the season and weather didn’t help much. All the above and I am a pretty fussy person all around!!

A bit more privacy on the ground floor rooms would be great.

A new hotel right on the beach. Very comfortable beds.

Surprising loud in the morning, lots of different unpleasant sounds, loud talking, early cleaning, moving the furniture on the balconies, in general seemed like a place for early birds rather than late sleepers. Even though the bathroom was quite big, there was virtually no place to put cosmetics apart on the rim of the washbasin. And only one towel hook for two people provided with four towels... as if you were expected to throw your towel on the floor immediately after using it.

In the end, I basically only stayed overnight, so it wouldn't be fair to write a big review. But the place is actually really nice—massage jets in the shower, very friendly staff, lots of breakfast options in the buffet. Free parking. Amazing views.

I can't think of any negatives. Maybe just that the general area is very wide, so it takes forever to drive through (on the highway), but that has nothing to do with the place itself.

The place is simply amazing, clean and quiet, very nice and professional staff. Plenty of free parking space. Only 20 min drive from beautiful Chania. We will definitely come again!

We've stayed in a swim up room which was excellent but we kept seeing our neighbors on both sides of the terraces very closely and it was a little bit embarrassing. I would suggest putting something like a curtain in the upper part between terraces to create more privacy.
