The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were exactly as described, and good value, and it was fairly quiet throughout our stay. Location was perfect for us, lots of good restaurants, a good section of the beach, and all the shops you could need within a minute or two's walk. The pool and breakfast is in the hotel next door (Atrion Resort), but this isn't a bad thing because it's a 4-star hotel with a really nice pool. For breakfast we instead went to the many good restaurants nearby. If you did want breakfast, it's buffet style and €15 per adult, €10 per child. Thank you Manias Hotel for your great hospitality, and delicious home grown grapes too!

I'd seen from reviews before I booked that there was an extra charge to use the air-conditioning (€10 per night for our large apartment), be aware that they prefer for this to be paid in cash on arrival.

Stratos and his whole family are very supportive and helpful, always there to help - they'll give it their 110% to resolve any issues or questions you might have. Though the hotel doesn't have its own pool, they've managed to secure an agreement with the 5-stars hotel next door with a fantastic pool. The building itself is set a bit further away from the busy main road, so it is quieter and less dusty there. We prefer the garden rooms - much nicer to wake up with the chicken songs than car beeps. Rooms are nice and cleaned almost daily. It is not our first time and it won't be the last :)

We liked everything but for those coming for the first time, you need to be aware that there might be evenings when the hotel is fully booked and you might ran out of water (so better be quick!). Also, if you plan to combine travel with work, wifi is not too strong and only works well in the reception area.

This hotel was fantastic find. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and it's amenities. The hotel offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless and well maintained making for a very relaxing stay . The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpur always going to extra mile. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the area and specifically to the beach. Very very good Wi-Fi connection Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Manias hotel to anyone. We will definitely be returning to this hotel to our next visit to this area. Thank you Manias !

Hard to find something that we didn't like it 😊

- Very convenient location, near the beach, bus stop, supermarket and many good restaurants nearby - One block away from the main street so you don't have to deal with the noise of the traffic, especially in the weekend - The studio we book comes with a well-equipped kitchen, we cook and make salad daily there. Overall the room is very clean and well-maintained, we didn't have any problem staying for a week - We have a balcony overlooking sunrise and sunset, but the view is better if you're on the highest floor - The owner will make sure you have a pleasant stay! We even pick some grapes from the garden

This is my second time in Vila Manias - enough said! Best place you can stay in Agia Marina - in the center, 50m from the beach, clean, spacious, friendly stuff, 20m from the market and closest taverna. But much more important than that is that you will find a friend here - Stratos, the owner of the vila is always ready to help you and learn you a little bit of Greek language :)

There is no such thing

Fantastic location clean facilities amazing helpful friendly and accomodating manager. The Hotel was close to top affordable restaurants and 5 min walk from the vibrant clean Agia Marina beach. The area had shops with all that we wanted.

Everything was fantastic with this hotel. Perhaps my only suggestion would be to include the cost of air conditioning in the rent. I needed the AC but did not expect to pay additional fees to the Hotel. But this minor issue did not affect the fantastic and enjoyable stay we had under the care of Stratos the very welcoming manager.

Excellent location, less than 1 min from main road (but very quiet and secluded), 2 min to the bus station and to the beach. The rooms look just like in the presentation photos. They are not modern but are equipped with all you can need and are very well maintained and cleaned. The owner is a very hospitable and friendly person, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Great value for money.

Manias Apartments is definitely a great solution for those on the budget! They might not have their own swimming pool or breakfast, but they have good arrangements with the neighboring hotels for both, so guests can choose where they prefer to go. Very well-organized rooms with plenty of storage (which doesn't happen too often at apartments like this), very helpful owners, and clean rooms, highly recommend. Stratos, the owner, and his son are always there to assist - be it with restaurant recommendations or a tour around their back garden with fresh tomatoes and avocados. Kids loved the experience!

Fee for the AC was not anticipated, but only because I didn't notice it when booking.

The property was great nice peaceful location 5 minutes from the huge beach supermarket and shops, plenty of places to eat our studio had both a sea view and also a Mountain view. Stratos the owner was very kind and accommodating always happy to help

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Manias. Stratos is a great and friendly person who is really nice to hang around, he is allsow very service minded and the family is really nice. The rooms were large with two nice verandas on eatch side of the apartment and 150 meters to the lovely beach and 30 meter to closest supermarked. Many nice restaurants right outside the door. Everything you could wish for. Will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Stratos!
