We have stayed at Perla beach a couple if times now. The location is great, the staff are wonderful always polite and helpful. We booked a couple of excursions with them too and they organised them well. The rooms were always spotless the ladies are so friendly. The pool and grounds always clean too. Good value, quiet and close to bars cafes supermarkets and of course the beach !

WiFi was patchy in places but I know they are working on making it better.

Big room with comfortable bed, nice view and location near every beach. Staff was kind and helpful. Ideal for families and big groups of people who want to relax and enjoy their vacations near the sea.

-Bathroom was kind of small. There were times it was a bit smelly too but not from our own room. -Although the location,the hotel and the room overall is very good, the fact that its ideal for families can make it a bit noisy, but it also depends on the people living in the other rooms.

Hotel Location: 3-5 minutes from the Beach, Good water and warm – you may enter 100-150 meters with water until chest, sand beach - clean, we found sun beds with thick mattresses for 3 persons - 15 Euros all per day, cheep prices for drinks and food; Hotel pool – very clean (cleaned every day), small pool for kids also; Apartment for 3 persons and 1 baby (2 rooms, kitchen, big balcony) – maybe 65-70 m2, full furnished, including cot for baby, cleaning great; towels, toilet, shower, etc … all clean and all what you need; cleaning ladies – very kind and allways to help your needs – thank you so much; Reception + Breakfast – great, thanks NIKOS and GEORGE and Mademoseille … (sorry I forgot the name) – very kind and to help you with any kind of need, advices, info, etc.. WI-FI - It was mention that only in the public areas there is the WI-FI connection, but nice surprise - also in the rooms (except bathroom):); Don’t miss this hotel – I will return for sure:) - Efharisto PERLA BEACH!!! We had a two-level room in which we lived the four of us. Very spacious. The kitchen equipment was very helpful. The air conditioner works well. But if you have a small child, it is better to consider a room without a second level. Very friendly team. Helped with all emerging issues. Near the beach, cafe and a great grocery store with everything. Thank you for our nice stay with you!

This property is the best value for money. Even if the furniture is a bit old, the rooms are very clean and spacious. Very good facilities, nice pool area, very good location and the staff was very responsive, they helped us with everything we asked for.

The breakfast was exactly the same every morning. I think they should try to diversify it a litte bit.

perfectly situated right next to the beautiful beach of Agia Marina (and my favorite beach bar Cabana Mare) very clean, spacious and comfortable studio, with kitchen amenities (even though you should rather try the local delicacies instead of cooking!) and free private parking lot. a swimming pool is also available. the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Spacious room equipped with new furniture. It looks better in reality than on the pics. Though the evenly pale brown colour makes it look outdated. Bright colours, some nice decor would refresh it. Breakfast is okay. It offers processed meat, cheese, boiled egg, veggies beyond regular continental breakfast. Good enough for 3 days.

Bathroom needs some upgrade. Toilet and water pipes are extremely noisy.

We had a warm welcome from the lovely staff. Ever so kind and help us alot. From the front desk and the cleaners. Everyone was wonderful. Especially George who went out of his way. Thank you ever so much Team Perla.

Room 19 may need the AC fixing but apart from that everything was great.

Very good location, near the best beach. Staff very friendly, owner very helpfull and always smilling. Big and clean rooms. Pool in backyard, bus stop across the road. Restaurants and shops all around.

we booked Perla for 3 nights. the main reason I booked it is because it is near the beach. You can walk there, even though there is no access from the hotel and you have to go around this was no problem to us. The room was big and the cleaners would visit every day. breakfast was ok. our room faced the street but it did not bother us, noise would not come in once we closed the veranda door. Pool was nice but had no time to visit it unfortunately. There is a parking space in the hotel and this so convinient when you have a car.
