Excellent location at Agia Marina where the beach is the best. Close to restaurants and right next to a medium sized store where you can buy your necessities. Also an ATM there. We had the room with sea view and balcony. Amazing view. Large balcony with a table and chairs. There’s a clothes hanger there too for your towels etc. The room is clean and has what you need for a beach holiday. Beds were comfortable. The “private” beach area where you have sun beds available for free is great too. Lifeguard is present every day. But there aren’t too many beds and if you want the ones in the front you have to go up at least around 8-8:30 AM as people reserve with towels. Same by the pool area. But there are many beach clubs just next door where you can rent beds fairly cheap. One thing to note about the beach is that it had quite a lot of dried up seaweed. I mean it’s not a big issue. But I think the hotel should rake it up to provide an even more impeccable beach. The staff are so nice and the pool bar had very good lunch and a wide array of cocktails or other alcoholic beverages. You can bring it down to the beach too. Over all, we had an excellent time here and will definitely go back here. Can’t stress enough how nice the staff is and in general all Greek people.

Attention. Rooms 115-118 have NO VIEW. It’s a basement. Had I known, I would have chosen a different hotel.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The hotel is spotless and well maintained. The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and there are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing with wonderful food choices. The staff were all so friendly and always very helpful. We liked the fact that this was a smaller, boutique hotel and not huge and impersonal, nor so small that it didn’t have things to offer (like a nice pool bar, full breakfast, evening bar, setting up excursions, etc.). we would highly recommend and would love to return someday!

The wifi was not good in the room so it would be wonderful if that could be improved. There was “better” wifi in a basement conference room but if something could be done to improve it in the rooms, that would make it perfect.😉 Also consider having the pool bar open for dinner later in the evening. It closed at 4:00 for food and we would have enjoyed eating there during some of our evenings instead of eating the buffet dinners offered in the dining room or going out to find a restaurant outside the hotel.

Hotel is in Agia Marina that is a perfect location for a Holiday in Western Crete. Chania is close and the bus service works all day long 7 Days a Week. Agia Marina has a long Beach with several common areas, but this Hotel even provides a private one with nice sunbeds and Beach Bar. If for a night You would visit a Party-zone, Platanias is only for a half an hour walk or ten minutes by bus. Staff is very polite and attentive, always have time to considerate any extra Customer need or request. As, we have been returning guests for recent Years, for us they provide friendly even familiar environment. The operation Manager is almost always available even late evenings for a talking and he is never too tired to ask what they can help for a Customer to enjoy a better Holiday. Why we are returning? This place has everything for a good relax, beach, quality Greek food, shopping facilities, and excursions to be part of Greek lifestyle for a week or even more.

The property is in a perfect location. Amenities are great. The team was so friendly and accommodating.

Cleanliness of the room. The sheet on the bed had a blood stain. I contacted front desk and Natalia had housekeeping immediately changed it.

Near to the sandy beach. Clean and quiet hotel. Good plaze to relax. Near to shops and restorants. Lots to do near by. Easy to go old town Hania/ Chania/ Xania

Too big pillows for sleeping. Breakfast time they served Coffee and Orange Juice to the table, it was not so good, because they had many costumers same time and we have to wait too long to get them.

Lovely buffet food selection, clean pool and really easy close access to the beach with loungers. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Free parking and supermarket next door.

Only down side is the location is 20 minutes outside of Chania town so there's not a lot to do around the resort area. Not a problem if you're planning on not leaving the poolside and beach.

We loved that the hotel was right on the beach - just steps away from the water. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were well air-conditioned, making our stay very comfortable. A great spot for a relaxing getaway.

The staff were so helpful and always went out of their way to find solutions. Food was fantastic.
