Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, balcony with seaview, big bathroom with a good shower. Everything is as described and matches the photos. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends. Tip: there are shortcuts to the main street and beach, making everything - supermarket, bus station, shops, and restaurants - very close.

Check-in was scheduled for 12:00, but the room was not ready as the previous guests had overstayed. Our luggage was stored securely, and we had access to a designated bathroom while we waited, though we didn’t get into the room until 14:20. While the delay was frustrating, it was the only issue we experienced during our stay. The pillows are a little tall but that is just a personal opinion. Small suggestion, the fridge could cool a little better.

It was our first vacantion in Greece and it was absolutely amazing! The room was big, clean, and very confortable. They clean the room everyday, change towels and give us everything we need. We were a big group but the noise we made was no problem for anyone in the villa. We heard about the warm greek hospitality but the hosts definetly exceed our expectations. We arrived at midnight and despite the fact that it was ot of the checkin time, they said it was no problem at all and they even left a delicious pizza in every room.

Everything was perfect! We booked this accommodation because it looked very well in the photos and it had only very positive reviews, but were a bit sceptic as no one had anything “bad”/negative to say in the reviews. Well, I can say, 5 minutes after we arrived, I was already on the verge of giving 10 stars! :) We were very warm welcomed by the owner at 11 AM, the room was already ready (after the 15th of September, not sure if it’s always the same). The room has everything we needed, is spacious, clean, everything seemed brand new. Cleaning was done daily and we received new towels every second day. There is a small garden and a pool, we enjoyed the garden a lot in the evening as it is so quiet. The walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes, and there is a shortcut through the hotel next-by that we used everyday (but keep in mind it has about 30-35 stairs). Otherwise you can walk on the street and it will add maybe 3 minutes to the walk.

Breakfast was not included but we found number of options near the apartment to have a good breakfast. It's found in a very good location a bit far from the noise of the main street however close to it which means close to restaurants, cafés, bars, tavernas and superemarkets and the beach. The bed was comfortable and when I asked for I immediately got an extra pillow. Both Christina and the cleaning ladies were very friendly and kind to us. Christina greeted us very kindly at our late evening arrival. We were welcomed nicely. We had a good time at Agia Marina Beach. I hope we'll return to Crete many times.

Maybe we should've liked more small pieces of furniture e.g. to put our suitcases on or some hangers on the wall to hang on things e.g. our straw hats or beach towels. But basicly it was OK.

The room was really big and modern and had a very nice bathroom. We also had the AC included in the room rate, the majority of places in Greece charge extra for it. Christina was the most welcoming host, and had the room ready for us at 9:30 am before the check in time, because we arrived early in Agia Marina. Also the information about the places to visit, the nearest and nicest beach and we're to buy groceries were super helpful. Even though there is no breakfast there was a great selection of fresh fruit and cereal bars that were placed in the room. These were perfect in the morning for breakfast.

Good value for money, great location near the bus station and beach. Our room was spacious, with a lovely terrace. The host helped us arrange a taxi ride from the airport which was more convenient. furry friends in the yard are a plus ☺️

Big enough room. Very big bathroom compared to the same category hotels. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The owner is a great guy ready to help and react to all problems.

Excellent pool with a nice pool area. Great rooms with nice facilities. Very friendly personell and excellent cleaning. Quiet back road with a nice view of the sea from the second floor. A short walk down to the beach with a lot of restaurants, markets and shops

A cutting board and a bread knife would have been nice.

Location of the rooms is really good, it's not on the main street so there is not much noise but it still is near beach, bus station, market and many restaurants. Rooms are really big, comfortable and clean. We even had fruit on our arrival day. Owners helped us with many advices. Pool is also great and pool area has privacy. Sound isolation is very good, we haven't heard our neighbours or any noise.

Perfect rooms, very clean with the beautiful view for the city and sea. The owner of property was so kind and nice, he also has the restaurant near to this place with fantastic house wine and the food.
