I had a ground floor apartment with terrace on both sides. Very satisfied with everything. The apartment has a refrigerator and space for ice cubes at the top. The shopping street is 50 meters away, bus stop is Chania senter/ Square, and it is 300 meters away. Bus from Platanias to Chania was 2,20€ in May 2025. The Beach is also 100 meters away. The people in the resepsjon is very nice, and they help if you ask. I got oranges from their garden so i could make fresh orange juice 🙂 It' the little ekstra things that counts. I would highly recommend this apartments complex.

Fantastic central location to other parts of the island with a great bus connection. My room had 2 balconies, one over looking the pool and one with a side street view. Although having a central location this was never a problem with noise at night. The kitchenette is well equipped, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 2 burner stove and various other pots etc. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing, large size. pool area is lovely, always quiet. This hotel is literally a 1 minute walk away to Platanias Beach. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The check out is early at 11am, they Ave a shower room you can use and hairdryer can be provided. Would definitely be back here as I've still places I'd like to visit on the island.

This is a really minor issue if you are of a voluptuous figure the shower cubicle is very small. I am a UK size 12 and it was just about doable.

Really liked this place. Apartment was cleaned daily, comfy bed, terrace with a pool view (pool’s size is very decent). Hotel is 1-2 minute away from the beach with plenty of bars/restaurants in the area. Every staff member was extremely nice and friendly.

Not the biggest issue for me personally since I was there to relax but Wi-Fi is really poor in case you need to work.

The appartment was very clean, well equiped as described, spacious and confortable beds. Our room had a beautiful view on the pool and sea. The area near is nice with a lot of good restaurants and the beach is close (2-3min walk). All the staff were more than super nice, kind to us and ready to answer to all our needs. We highly recommend this appartment and hope to come back again.

Excellent location, quiet and not overlooked yet within short walking distance to the beach, Sohoro pool bar, Kompis sports bar and the numerous fantastic restaurants and shops. Elena at the front desk was absolutely fabulous and lovely, very helpful and organised our transfers without issue. Cleaning staff are lovely and very thorough and accommodating.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent location, in center of Platanias with direct access to the beach and main street (bars, restaurants,... ). At night, it's very quiet and allows a good sleep. Staff at the reception has been welcoming, friendly, and easy to communicate with. My room was super clean and confy. Balcony with small street view, very nice to have a meal or a drink.

Overall I had a great time there. If something "negative" to say, I could not park in the hotel garage because really too narrow, I was concerned to damage rental car. But I could easily find street parking close to the place, so no major issue. Pool area is a bit small compared to other hotels, but frankly speaking it was ok.

The location was 2 minute walk from the beach and the main street was right around the corner. Parking was available. All necessary stores and amenities are nearby. Property was excellent. Excellent staff

Wi-fi was provided for free. Unfortunately it wasn't too great. If you plan to work from the room you will not be able to. That is the only thing I think that needs improvements

The people who worked there (specifically Elena) were so kind, they helped with everything and did everything with a smile. Also, the location is good, all the shops, restaurants and the beach are nearby. Big plus is the bed, it's so comfy!!

The WI-FI is not great... Just use your 4G/5G and you're good.

The place is in an optimal position, with many services nearby. The apartments were modern and REALLY clean ("you could eat on the floor" clean!). Elena was a very nice person, I can only recommend Kallisakis!

Everything was perfect

Everything perfect from the arrival to departure! Clean apt. quiete location despite the very central location. Pool area best, no annoying sun bed show, sea very close. Staff so cute and welcoming, all staff! 😍
