Lovely accommodation up a quiet street but still only 2 minutes walk to the main street in Platanias and 5 mins to the beach. Loads of restaurants and bars really close by and a good supermarket at the end of the road too. Set in attractive and really well kept gardens, with a good sized pool and nice bar area which did breakfasts and lunch with a good choice of food. We had one of the newer studios which was spacious and comfortable with loads of hot water and a great shower. It was well equipped and kept really clean by the team of cleaning staff, with frequent changes of linen and towels. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Platanias.

Got a bit annoyed with guests reserving sunbeds very early in the morning, as mentioned in previous reviews but that's my only real complaint.

The best rating for Omega Platanias. So nice, helpful and friendly staff. Could not be better. I can really recommend Omega Platanias. The hotel is very clean and pleasant with a beautiful garden. It is close to the beach and all restaurants. I am very satisfied.

Great place for families just in the center of the popular village of platanias. A lot of nice restaurants and cafes within a walking distance. Although Platanias is crowded and busy in the summer we found the hotel really quiet and relaxing. The pool was big and clean and there was a smaller one for kids as well. Pool towels are also provided with an extra cost. A pool bar /restaurant is at site with fair prices. The room was large and clean with comfortable beds and a kitchenette with all the necessary accessories.

Every thing. The pool was lovely and the staff kept the pool toys in for customers to use. The bar area was fabulous. Not especially cheap but was fine. Air conditioning worked brilliantly.

I thought the furniture was very dark and old fashioned. We noticed mouse droppings around the pool. But it didn’t bother us at all.

Friendly and cozy atmosphere, just a step away from the Platanias beach and the main road where you can find many nice restaurants and the bus to nearby towns and Chania. The pool area and the orange trees are the heart of the village. It feels like home!

The property was in a fantastic location with beach and tavernas a short walking distance away but set back from the hustle bustle of the road.

Everything. Our room what stunning. The pool area looks beautiful and plenty of easy access to get in. The robot that clean it at night was fab to watch.

Loved our room as it was further back and looked out to the beautifully manicured gardens and pool. With our late check in, Tony greeted us and was funny, caring and helpful.

Excellent property. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful kept gardens. Staff great, so helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Lovely big clean pool. Enough sun beds for everyone. Third stay and will definitely go back again.

Not hotel fault, nature of resort - lots of young children around pool. A few guests reserving sun beds early morning.

Atmosphere is wonderful. Yard and pool are beautiful and in order. Room is clean. You get all the help you need. Short 100 m walk to the centre.
