Loved the location, great views of falasarna beach, beautiful sun sets. Lovely pool, needs a bit refining but obviously being refurbished and will look stunning once complete. We loved the pool always clean, toilets in the pool area clean, lovely sun loungers and parasols. Food great and well presented for breakfast. Amazing staff.

Beds comfy but 2 wooden framed single beds pushed together for a double bed, big gap in middle due to wooden frame. Would have liked a double bed, or as in other hotels they use devan beds that can be pushed together. Fridge goes off when you take electric key out. No bottled drinking water provided, need to buy big pack from supermarket.

Panorama certainly lives up to its name! A lovely hotel just a three minute walk down to the stunning Falasarna Beach, and an easy 2km to the harbour where the boat to Balos/Gramvousa leaves from. Our room was tidy and clean, leading out to an expansive terrace that was gorgeous to sit in during quiet mornings or after a long day. Comfy beds, decent shower pressure and food at the taverna was pretty good! Would definitely stay again.

Almost everything was perfect but getting charged for espresso at breakfast felt a little silly (filter coffee is free).

Most of all, the views of the sunset 🌅, beautiful bay, beach and sea were fantastic! Also, the food in the restaurant in the evening was exceptional - absolutely delicious and probably one of the best - if not the best - meal we’ve ever had in Greece in the 35 years plus we’ve been travelling around Greece - and the Greek islands in particular. Plus, the local beer (from a microbrewery in Chania) and the local wine were excellent and good value for money too, as was the meal. Far better than the local competition. Breakfast was good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. A real family effort too.

The room had several things that were either broken or didn’t work properly. Given our stay was less than 24 hours we reported them to Adonis, the manager, on departure and there wouldn’t have been time to fix them if we reported them sooner (broken holder for shower head, sink plug stuck and cooker hobs not working). He was very grateful for us informing him. We weren’t aware the hotel was under further construction. Though our short stay was unaffected by it, apart from the look of it.

We had the perfect stay at Panorama Hotel. The room is beautifully decorated and spacious and the view from the balcony is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The hotel is a 5min walk from one of the best beaches in Crete with crystal clear waters. Highly recommended!

We did not particularly enjoy the food from the restaurant (but maybe we did not get lucky when choosing the dishes).

A Wonderful and Relaxing Stay! We had a fantastic time at panorama hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with many great restaurants and attractions nearby. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The seaview, especially from the swimmingpool, is amazing. Walkable distance to the beach. Food and breakfast were good. They let us use the facilities after checkout so we could spend almost a whole new day there. Enough parking place and located very good for daytrips to Balos and Elafonisi,especially through the mountains.

Some of the staff could be more welcoming. The AC of the old part rooms and the shower and the matress can be replaced. The Red wine could be served at cold, at 16C not at 33C.

Сozy hotel close to Falasarna beach. The first great pros is location, just 3-5 minutes by foot to the beach. Another one is the restaurant (delicious cuisine). Also - the staff. It's a small family hotel, everybody is very friendly. Just a note: we were for the first time on Crete, so cicadas singing (quite loud) was a surprise for us. But due to it's a sound of nature, we quickly got used to it.

I liked everything, from the room itself and the size of it over comfortability of the beds with balcony overviewing the Phalasarna beach, 2 bathrooms. Vicinity of the Phalasarna beach. Cleanliness. Room has a nice kitchen with necessary cutlery and stuff but we didn't use it cause why cooking :) when there's gastronomy abundance all around. Breakfast although simple, it was all very tasteful. Tavern itself offers very tasteful menu for lunch and dinner. The pool is really nice and big enough. Big parking.

Nothing major nor much, last few days internet was misbehaving. Before that it worked like a charm. A suggestion to expand breakfast menu a little.

An amazing place with nice staff and great onsite restaurant - the sunset is beautiful. We had sea view rooms in the D building and we loved it! Tasteful, clean, only few mins on foot to the Falasarna long beach which is one of the best beaches we ever saw- perfect for families and couples too. Our teens loved the place too, the onsite cocktails by the pool were also great!

We were in the modern new building which is beautiful and very stylishly designed. Beautiful view of Falasarna, which is an amazing place in an it itself

The new building does not fit to the rest of the place, which is very rustic. The breakfast is rather simple and the breakfast area, which is where the restaurant is, does not at all fit to the modern design of the new rooms. There are too many cats begging for food and no one even tries to steer them away from the guests. Pool area also is rather basic and not fitting to the new building. All in all a bit too much of a clash in styles, which makes for a bit of an overpriced stay all tho gs considered
