Great location on the beach. Great breakfast and really relaxing quiet rooms.

Guests left towels in the pool beds without being there so couldn't get a pool bed most of the time. Out tea mugs and glasses weren't changed during our stay.

Our fourth visit in 12 years and the first time since our son was born. We love it. The owners and staff make you feel like part of the family, the location could not be better - right on a sheltered beach which is great for kids and snorkeling at the rocks. A beachside bar and free sunbeds, always people there but never too busy to get one 😀. The pool area is fantastic, clean and great for the kids to swim whilst the adults sunbathe on really nice big wooden sun loungers or sat at the shaded tables next to the pool. Breakfast is fantastic with a good mix of traditional cretan food and other cultures. Different every day but brilliant every time The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with balconies that have a sea view even if you have one towards the rear of the building. Optional of cleaners every day at ni extra cost, beach towels available for a small deposit - generally they can't do enough for you. Truly beautiful people and great facilities. The beach bar is a fantastic addition in the last 6-7 years. It is located in a tabled decking area between the beach and the hotel swimming pool and has staff vigilantly serving and tasting up all of these areas throughout the day. The cocktails are fantastic, the food during the day is so good there's no reason to have to wander anywhere, be it cretin salads, burgers, or a basic chicken nuggets and chips for the kids. Close to kissamos port for the great tours to gramvousa/balos, 20 minutes drive to tiny beach (pink sands) and fallasarna beach which are all worth a visit - and finally it is walking distance to the many seafront restaurants and shops at kastelli. My happy place

A bit harsh to say don't like but it doesn't have an evening restaurant. Fear not though, if you don't want to travel far, a matter of meters away is one of the best restaurants you could find in stelios and katina's. Wonderful family environment, great food and merely 2 minutes walk from the hotel (with a 5 year old in tow)

.What deserves special recognition: impeccable cleanliness – every space is spotless and well-maintained, kindness and hospitality of the hosts – always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring, fantastic location – right by the sea, with a private beach and a beautiful view, comfortable and functional rooms – well equipped and thoughtfully arranged, tasty and varied breakfasts, a lovely snack bar and a pool just steps away, close to local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. We also appreciated the professional front desk service, including perfectly arranged airport transfers and help with any request, always delivered with a smile. And finally, it’s impossible not to mention the daily elegant outfits of Lady Aphrodite, which were a true highlight of every morning at the hotel!

This small family run hotel is a very well oiled machine with everything working like clockwork. Friendly and efficient staff both in the hotel and the private beach. Absolutely recommend this hotel I would like to have seen tourist information in the reception area instead of having to ask each time I needed to know something but in any case the staff were always willing to answer all questions Sadly apart from a lovely copious breakfast there was no restaurant open only bar snacks..... The facilities state restaurant so we were disappointed The staff are welcoming and attentive, superbly clean and beds to dream in so comfortable All in all a perfect little hotel where we will definitely return

This is a very nice small hotel in the Kissamos Bay. The location was perfect for us - 5 minutes by car to the port of Kissamos (from where we took a boat tour to Gramvousa and Balos) and about 20 minutes to Falasarna Beach (which was really excellent). The apartment was large, clean and comfortable, with a great terrace overlooking directly the sea and the beach nearby. The bar in a small grove between the hotel and the beach is a very pleasant option on hot days. The breakfast was very good - with more than sufficient variety and best quality local products. All the staff - very polite and helpful - thank you!

Nothing to really complain about - just a bit more amenities in the kitchenette and the bathroom would make the apartment even more comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and sleek inside. Our room was one with a partial sea-view and a balcony. It was a big room, very modern decor and had all the necessary facilities. The bed was huge and very comfortable, the air-con worked great. There was no noise at night and we slept well. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfasts were very good, but mostly the same each day. The beach was nice and right outside the hotel. It was good to be able to get straight into the sea or pool, use the shower room and then dry off on a sun lounger or head straight up to our room. The sea was crystal clear and nice to swim in. The beach bar was also good, great service. We didn't have a car, which was our choice/mistake. I'd recommend it to others if you can. However, we arrived on bus from Chania which was easy and we also had one day out on the bus. We took the 46 bus from the bus station (5min walk from hotel) to Phalasarna beach. It was a really great day. The beach, views and restaurant/bars there are great.

The wifi didn't work very well for us, but it wasn't too much of a problem. Kissamos/the local area lets the hotel down. I'd recommend hiring a car so you can get out of the area and explore - if you want to do more than sunbath/swim.

The hotel has a great location—not far from Balos Beach and the city. The rooms are spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom and a cosy balcony. It’s situated right by a beautiful, quiet beach, which made the stay even more relaxing. The pool and beach area are both very pleasant. Free parking is available close to the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, it was good value for money as well.

The only downside was the bathroom—it looked newly renovated, but it didn’t have a shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere when showering. Overall, still highly recommended!

Huge room, Wonderful location by the water. We had a great view of the sea and the pool. The room had kitchen facilities and utensils which was perfect for our needs. The wifi was perfect too. Breakfasts were varied and fresh! There were a lot of options. There is a supermarket close by to shop for whatever you might need. You can rent beach towels with a 10 euro deposit. The staff are very very kind and went out of their way to recommend restaurants nearby as well as to try to get us a late checkout.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel had everything what one would need. The room was big and the same was the bathroom. Everything was new and of good quality. We had a side-view room but you could see both the sea and the mountains which was great. There was full variety of products for the breakfast, the beach is few steps from the hotel and the sunbeds were included in the price of stay.

The attitude of the receptionist towards guests was not pleasant (not only to us). The beach towels are available for warrancy but please remember to keep a tiny piece of paper which is given to you as a confimation you paid for the towels, otherwise you might not receive the deposit money back on you check-out (and the receptionist will not help you). All the other members of staff were extremely nice and helpful, the owners included.

Beautiful private beach with a bar and restaurant, delicious varied and local breakfast, lovely clean rooms, friendly staff who were very helpful in organising trips. Right by a bus stop so you can get to Chania, Elafonisi and many other sightseeing spots. Kissamos is very nice too with lots of great restaurants (it’s very quiet but that was perfect for us). Watersports at the beach too and the local port is only a 20 minute walk away for boat trips.
