Great location on the beach. Great breakfast and really relaxing quiet rooms.

Guests left towels in the pool beds without being there so couldn't get a pool bed most of the time. Out tea mugs and glasses weren't changed during our stay.

This small family run hotel is a very well oiled machine with everything working like clockwork. Friendly and efficient staff both in the hotel and the private beach. Absolutely recommend this hotel I would like to have seen tourist information in the reception area instead of having to ask each time I needed to know something but in any case the staff were always willing to answer all questions Sadly apart from a lovely copious breakfast there was no restaurant open only bar snacks..... The facilities state restaurant so we were disappointed The staff are welcoming and attentive, superbly clean and beds to dream in so comfortable All in all a perfect little hotel where we will definitely return

The hotel was very clean and sleek inside. Our room was one with a partial sea-view and a balcony. It was a big room, very modern decor and had all the necessary facilities. The bed was huge and very comfortable, the air-con worked great. There was no noise at night and we slept well. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfasts were very good, but mostly the same each day. The beach was nice and right outside the hotel. It was good to be able to get straight into the sea or pool, use the shower room and then dry off on a sun lounger or head straight up to our room. The sea was crystal clear and nice to swim in. The beach bar was also good, great service. We didn't have a car, which was our choice/mistake. I'd recommend it to others if you can. However, we arrived on bus from Chania which was easy and we also had one day out on the bus. We took the 46 bus from the bus station (5min walk from hotel) to Phalasarna beach. It was a really great day. The beach, views and restaurant/bars there are great.

The wifi didn't work very well for us, but it wasn't too much of a problem. Kissamos/the local area lets the hotel down. I'd recommend hiring a car so you can get out of the area and explore - if you want to do more than sunbath/swim.

The hotel had everything what one would need. The room was big and the same was the bathroom. Everything was new and of good quality. We had a side-view room but you could see both the sea and the mountains which was great. There was full variety of products for the breakfast, the beach is few steps from the hotel and the sunbeds were included in the price of stay.

The attitude of the receptionist towards guests was not pleasant (not only to us). The beach towels are available for warrancy but please remember to keep a tiny piece of paper which is given to you as a confimation you paid for the towels, otherwise you might not receive the deposit money back on you check-out (and the receptionist will not help you). All the other members of staff were extremely nice and helpful, the owners included.

The hotel has a great location—not far from Balos Beach and the city. The rooms are spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom and a cosy balcony. It’s situated right by a beautiful, quiet beach, which made the stay even more relaxing. The pool and beach area are both very pleasant. Free parking is available close to the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, it was good value for money as well.

The only downside was the bathroom—it looked newly renovated, but it didn’t have a shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere when showering. Overall, still highly recommended!

I spent in this hotel two weeks, what to say... Well, it was a really nice experience. It was like to be at my home, but with all the services of a hotel. It has "only" two stars, but it should have more. All the people working here, do it with passion and you can feel it: they always have a smile and they are ready to help if you need something: - the cleaning ladies did a great job and the room was always perfect; - the receptionists were there to answer to all the requests and information with a smile; - the owner made it feel like to be at home. The breakfasts were full of different options in order to satisfy also the costumers more demanding; the small pool was a perfect alternative of the sea if you needed some break from the beach. The position of the hotel is strategic and near to all the beauties that Chrete has to offer. I would surely come here again and I suggest it also to others.

Everything was wonderful. The location right on a quiet little beach, the gorgeous pool area, the rooms and facilities were perfect and the staff very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The bedroom was spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed and bathroom, and an outside patio surrounded by lush garden- delightful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet overlooking the pool and beach and varied each day. There was ample on street parking in front of and near the hotel. It is conveniently located near enough to Kissamos for supermarkets etc as well as neighbouring beaches such as Falasarna and Balos. We will be back next time we are in Kissamos.

Nothing - it was superb

Wonderful hotel situated right on the beautiful beachfront of Molos Bay. The hotel is recently refurbished with spacious room and modern decor, exceptionally clean and quiet. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and also a large number of sunbeds and parasols right on the beach.Breakfast is good and the hotel is excellent value for money. However the staff make it, such a friendly welcome and we were made to feel right at home.

Not much to fault at this price

Excellent breakfast with good coffee. Staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. Spotlessly clean throughout. Able to loan beach towels with returnable deposit. Drinks and light meals/snacks/Ice cream available all day around the hotel and on the beach. Food served till 8 pm drinks till l1 pm. A very efficiently and friendly run hotel. Our room was superb, very comfortable with first class Aircon and balcony.

There was nothing to dislike

All :D I would like to recommend 10000% and with all sincerity the Aproditha hotel. Especially for families. It is a beautiful hotel. The staff is super friendly always ready to help you and the rooms are modern and clean , the food very tasty. I would love to come back to this hotel again and again. The reception girl Sadi was always very nice and friendly. She became our friend. The pool was also great. If you want to have a Special holidays in Creta with your Family or kids, this is the place!
