We appreciated hopitality. They provided Useful advice on trips and what to see. It's a family business. They are always available for any needs or advice. Irini, Manuelis, Eva and their Family are very kind. It's very near to the beach/center of Kissamos. Parking is free. There is a fantastic big Pool with also a small pool for little child and Bar Services. We took a very good Caesar Salad and cocktails. Usually we took dinner outside in very nice restaurants (Stimadoris Fish restaurant was a very nice surprise), but we also take dinner in our apartment. there is a little kitchen and you can take dinner on a nice private terrace They also provided for free Beach Umbrella the day we decided to go on Elafonissi. It was a great pleasure to stay there

Nothing to highlights as negative. May be, just and advice, to prepare the breakfast area near the pool and not on the roof.

Very nice clean and neat complex right next to the main Plaza of a small little town. It seems family run and everybodywas exceptionallynice . Pool is never overcrowded even in high season. We were two families and for us it was perfect! We had enough places around to explore and yet could easily spend a day at the pool and then have dinner in town with lots of good restaurants. It is a small town with no big hotels. They offer a solid breakfast on the terrace, but u can also go 100m to the next restaurants or buy something and have ur breakfast inside the apartment. Overall great for the price that we paid.

The hotel was very clean it was in a central location the staff were very kind and attentive it was a very relaxing stay. Good easy accessible parking near to lots of restaurants. Lots of variety at bar and good value. Close enough to have a day trip to elafonissi where we wanted to go on our visit

There was nothing about the property we didn’t like we had young teenage children and it was quiet for them but it was good for family time. I believe if we stayed for two weeks we would have exhausted places to eat out. There was some really good restaurants and eateries a stones throw away. I suspect the bar did food but as we more or less had the place to ourselves we didn’t eat. This is a brilliant location for couples wanting a quiet time away.

Very nice accommodation in Kissamos. Central located so you could easily walk to the sea and shops in the village. Kids loved the pool who had nice temperature and was very clean. It could easily have another hour opening in the evening as It closes 20.00 It's a nice pool bar by the pool too. Appartement is very spacious but there were no separate rooms, all were in one space except the bathroom. Would love some shelfs and hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms as everything had few places to stand/hang. We were unlucky and had no elevator due to problems last 24h, and had to walk up and down with heavy bags to top floor when checking out.

Kitchen in the appartement isn't ment for preparing big meals. So on the plus side we enjoyed the cuisine in the local restaurants

The apartments and pool area is clean; the staff is nice and friendly. Bathrooms are very nice. The pool area is clean, and there are nice sun beds and not many people.

The apartments are very dated (except bathroom). it is impossible to prepare some food in the room (except breakfast). There was no proper knife in the room. no space to cut a piece of bread. No washing liquid, sponge in the kitchen No shelves in the rooms (one double wardrobe with hangers only), so you have to keep your clothes in suitcases all your stay. You can't drink or eat your own food next to the pool as they have a pool bar, however the food is very limited, there is no information about snacks or fruit.

- Perfect location for exploring Kissamos and the wider area of Crete - Great sized, and clean, outdoor pool with nice range of sun-beds and outdoor furniture - General facilities and rooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly - All communication was clear and staff stayed up late to check us in when our flight was delayed - Room had almost everything you could need and was a great size, bed was comfortable, and shower was powerful

Nothing really! A few ideas to improve the stay though: - Opening the pool for longer - Replenish tea bags when doing the daily clean - Provide washing up equipment - Provide a soap dish and toilet brush holder - Consider a day/changing room for when you cannot extend your room but have time before your flight

It was clean and spacious room. The kitchen was minimal but tea and everything for small breakfast making.

There was a steep ramp to the elevator which was impossible with wheelchair to get to the elevator. The public wheelchair accessible toilet opened inside and was impossible to go inside with wheelchair. Otherwise it was useful for a person like me.

We were an adult with 2 teenage daughters. New clean rooms and fasilities. Great water pressure. Amazing nice and helpful staff, specially Irini <3 Nice size well maintained pool with Cafe offering sufficient amount of snacks and drinks. Very nice breakfast on the 4th floor! Quiet enough, to allow sleeping in. Good base for e.g. Falassarna beach day trip and Balos Cruise.

The whole experience was great. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities, super clean with daily service. Pool ait its surroundings adds to the comfort. Hotel staff is friendy and helpful. Breakfast is served on top floor, where you can enjoy great view on the bay. Having seen almost all Kissamos during our stay, I'd say it's the best place you can be.

All was great. No issues.

Huge private parking lot, spacious rooms with a side sea view, very friendly staff and a quiet location. Upon arrival, I requested a bottle of local wine to be put in a room, highly recommend it, as it was a nice start to a first day in. Mitrilos also sent a direction on how to arrive at the hotel. AMAZING considering that Google Maps tried to point us to the closed or the reverse one-directional route. Some comments say that hotel staff ask for payment for the bar in cash, that is true, but also there is no problem in paying by card. In our opinion, it's not a one-star hotel as presented on Google Maps, more like a 2+, although we stayed in a 4* which had a worse standard and comfort than this one.

There were two things which can be bothering some. First, the plumbing system is poorly silenced, so you can hear your neighbours taking a shower. Second, breakfast tends to be cold, and barely luke warm at 8 a.m. when serving starts.
