The reception and staff were very polite; they asked if it was our first time here and recommended places we should visit. The location is excellent, right next to the beach, which is very convenient. Also, the rooms were cleaned every day while we were at the beach. The beach has perfect sand and a gentle slope into the sea, which is especially convenient when you have a small child. Sunbeds and towels are provided. After the beach, you can relax at the beachside bar, which is also very convenient. For our comfort, they helped us book a taxi to the airport, which arrived exactly on time.

The staff was very kind, the hotel had all the facilities, the breakfast is varied, and access to the gym is free. On the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are free. An extremely useful service is the towel rental, a deposit of 20 euros/towel is offered, money that you get back when you bring the towel (you can exchange the beach towel for a clean one every day, at no cost).

We had a problem with the bathroom fan, which was very noisy, and this problem was not solved during the entire stay, although every day we were told that someone would come to fix it.

Everything was perfect! Great room, great breakfast, awesome staff(they gave us lots of beach toys), great beach(beach beds are free). I would definitely recommend! Many thanks for giving us such a beautiful vacation!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Very well positioned with acces to the sandy beach where children can play in the shallow crystal clear water.

Some rooms can be a bit noisy from the cars running a the very near road, but the staff was very helpful with switching the room.

very lovely setup, huge rooms, nice balcony overlooking the beach for breakfast, very quiet and serene with convenient location for parking and getting in and out Kissamos to roam around to other beaches/areas the breakfast was really good - cretan delicacies and the regular stuff all really tasty the staff is also very friendly and helpful

The bathroom only has a soap dispenser next to the sink and one in the shower -- I'd love to have had shampoo (and ideally conditioner) as well. The swimming pool is also located in an awkward spot, not necessarily a bad spot though.

Besides the comfort of the rooms and the affable staff, we particularly enjoyed the location. The hotel is at one side of a small bay, which is somewhat protected from the winds. This allowed us to do one of our favorite activities: to swim some distance without swallowing a lot of water. The pool also worked well one day when it was windy. The sitting area above the beach and next to the bar is a great place to spend time. We suspect that families with children would especially enjoy the location.

The location, the private beach, and the excellent staff, especially Manos. the very friendly and very Cretan beach bar manager, made our stay pleasant, enjoyable and wanting to return.

The parking can be challenging, but it worked out.

Hotel was really lovely, just a little walk from the town centre. Lovely setting with an outdoor bar with grass area facing a private beach area. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way and were extremely accommodating. Best of all was the buffet breakfast which was way above our expectation. Probably the best breakfast we have had in Crete. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Friendly, quick and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, nice breakfast and everything that you might need close by. We were two families and everybody was very happy with our stay at Molos Bay. Would visit it again.

Our room offered a beautiful sea view, it was spacious with a nice balcony. Loved the sandy beach directly in front of the hotel, and they provide complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests- which was a great gesture! We appreciate friendly and helpful service from the staff, they even provided some wine and refreshments for my partner’s birthday. Excellent breakfast spread enriched with Cretan delicacies.

The rooms and furniture were slightly dated but we still had an enjoyable stay.
