The Lithia is a boutique hotel in the heart of Ioannina. Located on a walk street and close to restaurants, lakefront and Acropolis / castle. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and had quality linens and pillows. We slept very well. The served breakfast is outstanding. For 10 additional euro we had delicious coffee, bread and pastries, eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, yogurt with toppings and fresh squeeze orange juice. A supercharge morning for our days of exploring the surrounding areas. The Lithia was our base for four nights and we had great day trips. Parking was convenient and close by. During check in and check out we were able to park in front of the hotel for easy loading. The hosts are wonderful! Kind and helpful. We will stay here every time we are in Ioannina. I highly recommend for a lovely stay.

This hotel is stylish, modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location for all the restaurants, bars etc....We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of hot/cold dishes and fresh pastries! Could not eat another thing for the remainder of the day! Ellena is a professional and friendly host who could not do anything else to make our stay a more memorable one! "Well Done" Lithia Hotel! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Ioannina, Greece. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that made us feel right at home. The place is beautiful and perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The owner was incredibly attentive and responsive to every need, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent – fresh, tasty, and with a lovely variety. Everything was spotlessly clean and well organized. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ioannina – we would definitely come back!

Without a doubt one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail in the renovation was incredible, the public spaces and the rooms were beautiful. Our host was knowledgeable, kind and ever so helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, so many personal touches. It’s in an ideal location, minutes from the lake and all the nicest spots in Ioannina. Really appreciated the personalised google maps for food/drink and attractions, helped hugely. Do not hesitate to book: it is amazing!

At first glance this may seem expensive compared to others in the same local but be assured that it is worth every penny. We were made to feel like a very special guest from start to finish. Plenty of options for parking and the breakfast was fit for royalty. The rooms are very comfortable and to a high spec throughout. There’s even a night light switch next to the bed to give a soft light to guide to the bathroom in the night. This hotel has all the character of old Greece but has been renovated to meet today’s needs. It’s worth every penny and we need to save this one in our favourites for sure.

A beautifully designed boutique hotel on a quiet street just one minute from the lake and main restaurant area. We loved everything about the property, including beds we wanted to take home (they were so comfortable), the delicious breakfasts and the warmest welcome possible. We loved the city - the Silversmith museum in particular - and it was a perfect location for a days walking in the Zagori, to see the stone bridges. A perfect place to stay, thank you.

There was nothing not to like, everything was great

Lovely refurbished traditional building, a few steps from the lake, a few more steps from the castle and in short walking distance from the city center. Nicely renovated and decorated, respecting the history of the building and paying attention even the small and last detail to make your stay comfortable. Spacious room with all the contemporary facilities, super comfy mattress and a very welcome and helpful staff.

Excellent location, very close to the lake and castle area. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of dining and drinking options within 2 minutes. Easy to stroll around the city on foot. Cozy designated working area.Very clean. Good breakfast. Would defintely come back when in Ioannina.

The location the staff, the boutique hotel was excellent. The hotel was centrally located and it was accessible and convenient to all the sightseeing, and to all the attractions of the city. It was a block in from the boat that takes you to the island of Ali Pasha as well as the castle it was walking distance to wonderful restaurants as well as shops. The owner/staff were so welcoming from the time we arrived till our departure we will be definitely recommending it to friends and we will definitely come back again. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was a wonderful size.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotels I have ever visited. Perfect both for families and couples. Gorgeous ambience, design and vibe. Very cute and I mean very. The owner is a wonderful host full of positive energy and love for the place and the guests it welcomes. Perfectly located on a back street just by the lake with easy access by foot to the centre with all the stores, restaurants, cafes etc. Parking your car is easy in the nearby parking lot. I would recommend a stay at Lithia to everyone visiting the beautiful city of Ioannina.
