A lovely little hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. A very, very rich breakfast. Espresso coffee and unique mountain tea included. Quiet terrace in the shade. Top location. Lovely cafeteria with lots of tables. Quiet green garden.

It is bad that there is no hanger for outer clothes by the door. There is also no clothes dryer if you wash clothes on the terrace. The Internet is weak, as in all of Greece. There is no view to the lake, but it is quiet. Saturday night is noisy from restaurants and bars.

Not hotels fault but other guests smoking on their balcony is very unpleasant for non smokers who can’t use balcony and need to keep door shut to stop smoke siphoning in. Many hotels globally restrict smoking now in communal outdoor areas due to recognised health risks.

This small hotel is very special. My room was immaculate. Large comfy bed, beautiful bathroom. And, wonderfully, a very large patio that can only be described as a private garden. Breakfast is made to order, delicious and generous. The staff are efficient, organised, and very friendly. The hotel has a great cafe. The hotel itself is well located, a five minute stroll from the old town where bars, shops, and tavernas are plentiful.

The stuff was very friendly and welcomed us at arrival. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and had hot water all the time. The location is just outside the center, about 10-15 walking. It's near the lake where you take a stroll. It doesn't have parking but it has plenty of space near the hotel.

A modern, stylish and very comfortable hotel. Excellent location next to the lake and just 3 minutes on foot to the Castro. Newly built hotel block. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice bathroom. Strong wifi. Stylish cafe/bar downstairs. Excellent breakfast with good ingredients. Attentive and friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and the room was a good size. It was clean and fresh with a double balcony.

The breakfast was a letdown. Poor quality omelette and bizarrely they wouldn't make an omelette with ham and cheese, just put it on the side? My partner asked for a plain omelette and got one on top of a ham sandwich!

I visited for two days, with my parents. We had a great time at Z Inn. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, warm, and quite helpful! The room was a 10/10 in all details: hygiene and functionality. Excellent breakfast and the freddo espresso was perfect!

The room was a little small but for travelers it is OK. We where on 2 floor and the light on the 1 floor is automatic and when went put it took time till it turn on and it was unpleasant to walk in the dark.

It was very modern, comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities for our short stay. It was short walking distance to many restaurants and shops and sight seeing points. Staff were lovely and very accomodating to our needs. Would highly recommend.

The city of Ioanina is very authentic and picturesque. The hotel is on walking distance to old town, beautifully restored and has a lovely, large courtyard. The staff, all young people, are wonderful hosts as they were helpful, informative and made us feel welcome. They provided us with tips for the region (places to eat, places to visit etc) that have been extremely helpful. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, with Coco mat products and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was great, consisted of local products and home-cooking. We had a great time in Ioanina at Z hotel and are looking forward to returning.
