Spacious, simple, good beds and clean sheets

Sadly we had ants which kept coming into the living room even after cleaning the floor and securely closing the doors every time; Baby high chair would have helped especially when lots of families usually book these type of villas and dining table chairs were extra curvy and lay back positioned so our one year old struggled to have meals; No additional rubbish bin bags, so we were literally overfilled after second day's stay; We are aware of such things are not provided, but the general salt for cooking and soap to wash hands in bathroom would have really helped as when you travel you don't want to bring "the house" with you :)

Quiet village, clean house, nice host. The villas are situated in a remote village close to the main road to Kissamos. There is a pool used by 6 villasand free parking. There are no supermarkets near by and most of them close at 9 pm so have that in mind :-) There are 3 tavernas near by (2-8 min walk) and Kissamos is a few km away where you could find lots of restaurants, supermarkets and services. Definitely recommended for a quiet stay for a family vacation. Not suitable for party-goers :-) One-bedroom villa is ok for up to 3 people, a 4th one uses a cot.

The villa could use a bit more glasses / plates. Everything else is great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible vacation apartment complex, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! This year marks our fourth visit to the Azure Beach Sea Front Villas, which speaks for itself. Our apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed and decorated. The complex has pools, rooftop terraces and patios. Our host Armela was super kind and attentive. What sets this place apart is its perfect location. Just a few steps from the beach, it offers the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and convenience. There are several tavernas nearby and right on the beach. If you feel like exploring the nearby area and going to some of the famous beaches like Falasarna or Elafonisi, or spending a day in the lively city of Chania, everything is just a half hour drive from this apartment complex. My family and I can’t wait to return! This place is truly a hidden gem along the coast. If you’re looking for the ultimate seaside getaway, look no further —this is it!

Had an amazing time at azure beach villas! Nikos was so helpful and made sure we had a good time. Also the apartment was well equipped, bright and also sparkling clean! We were there for Greek Independence Day and were very happy with the location. Only a short walk to the ocean, less than 2 minutes could see a lot of gorgeous views. Also you can walk along the beach and even hike towards the peninsula. The area itself is quiet but a short drive you can be in Kissamos and close to many bakeries super markets and nice hikes! Great if you want to get away, highly recommend. Our expectations were met well. Room was huge and kitchen had everythin! and the bed was super comfy. Slept well! Had AC and heating, very nice stay.

We arrived early and were very well greeted by staff, and the host immediately called back so we were able to access the accommodation 2 hours earlier.. Very nice 2 bedroom apartment/house, with shared pool with small number of other apartments. Very clean, good beds, large kitchen and well kept and serviced gardens.

the location of the villapark is still in development, and since it was early season the restaurants surrounding the park were not yet opened. In approx a year (estimation), the whole area will potentially look different because of the already happening construction... The villa park itself is definitely attractively build!

What a superb place to stay, right from the start we received a lovely welcome from Aramela who quickly sent us her what’s app address and sent links to recommendations of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches that were so useful. The villa is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the pool is lovely and the little balcony perfect to watch sunrise or sunset over the mountains. The pebble beach at the end of the road is ideal for a swim then you can use the sunbeds of the beach bar at no charge. Make sure you take your beach shoes. There is a very small shop on a camp site which is within walking distance but you need a car for the supermarket. There is no entertainment nearby just 3 restaurants that are on the beachfront so if you want nightlife this isn’t the place to be but for complete rest and relaxation this is perfect.

Armela is an incredibly welcoming and friendly host. She reached out before our stay, helped us book our transfers to/from the airport, and also helped us a lot throughout our stay with booking activities and taxis. This level of service was incredible! The villa complex is so lovely. The villas were great and really comfortable. We had a family villa (3 bedrooms, private pool) and a one bed villa with sharing pool. Great aircon, very clean, modern finishings, comfy beds. Location is really nice. You are right at the beach with a good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. You will need a car to get to the town centre of Kissamos and a supermarket. Beware, taxis are expensive! Kissamos is a lovely, charming town with some lovely shops (not just souvenirs/beach accessories like a few towns close by...). Overall, our holiday was better than we could have hoped for. We would definitely return and stay here again!

Family villa: there was no space to sit around the pool/pool area small. But I understood that the pools are all different sizes so it depends which one you get. Roof decks could do with more shade. Not enough cutlery/plates etc for the number of people in the villa but this was fixed quickly.

the accommodation was generally acceptable, the room we got on arrival I exchanged the next day for a villa 5.2. with a side view of the sea, which I later regretted. in the first villa 5.3 there were great beds that could not be compared at all. as for the location, the beach was not so good and there was no good access to the sea - a large number of stones, the biggest disappointment for me was that every morning the sewage leaked out and it was quite noticeable, since it was the second stop on our vacation and I had something to compare it to, so this I was not very impressed with the accommodation. I would not return to this place, but thank you Armelia for the perfect attitude and service.

Large and clean rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, several nice swimming pools inside the villas complex, a beautiful beach near by, free parking next to the villa. The villas complex is located in a small and quiet town (Nopigia) which is quite isolated so you need a car in order to get there (we rented a car at the airport). There are a couple of restaurants within a walking distance, but you can drive to Kissamos (a 5 minute drive by car) where you could find great restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. During our stay there was a leak in one of the sinks in the villa and the maintenance guy arrived very swiftly and fixed the problem within a few minutes.

There were quite a lot of ants inside the villa, and a pest control treatment is needed.

I got a bit worried when I realised that we had booked a place for 12 people in the middle of nowhere with no cars and in the middle of a public holiday. But this place turned out to be perfect for us. Very clean and well maintained villas with staff who respond very quickly to any requests for help. The fish taverna and the beach bar down the road ended up suiting is fine and the beach was actually nice as it was never that crowded. And just the right balance between a quiet villa at the back for the families with small kids and a cool seafront villa for the rest

Nothing really- we were worried that the wedding in front of the seafront villa would be too noisy but most of us who were there ended up enjoying listening to the wedding band late into the night from our rooftop. Not much going on in the beach so if you’re looking to do lots of activities then make sure you bring a car but if you just want to relax then this place is perfect
