The best choice ever! Mike and his wife are very nice, they help in everything, they give great program ideas. They solve everything, great hospitality. The breakfast is amazing, huge selection. Clean rooms, cleaned every day, beautiful surroundings. We hope to see you again, thank you for everything!

A lovely clean and comfortable room with 2 balconies which was serviced daily. Superb breakfast with lots of lovely fresh fruit and just about everything you could possibly want. Mike and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly suggesting places to visit, local restaurants, arranging car hire, taxis etc etc. The pool was very clean and a good size. The outdoor breakfast terrace overlooked the sea. I would highly recommend a visit here to this small 15 room private family hotel. Quiet and away from the main tourist drag this is a place to totally relax

My partner and I recently stayed at a charming place near Chania, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. The owner, Mike, was absolutely fantastic—always cheerful and eager to help with anything we needed. It really felt like he went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights for us was the presence of the friendly animals around the property. The cats and dog added a lovely, homey touch that made the place feel even more welcoming. The pool was another great feature. It was occasionally empty, which made it feel like we had our own private villa—such a treat! The location was also convenient, with several nice restaurants nearby. However, we did have a disappointing experience at one place called Salavantes—the food there was honestly the worst we’ve ever had. Our room was spotless, thanks to the wonderful cleaning lady who was incredibly kind and always happy to help with a smile. And let’s talk about breakfast—it was superb! We especially loved being able to make fresh orange juice every morning. It was such a refreshing start to our day. Overall, this place was a gem, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Just maybe skip Salavantes if you’re looking for a good meal!

Everything was amazing, from the time we where picked up from the airport by Michael (the host) to the time we left, we had a family room with a sea view which also looked over the pool, a large balcony and were greeted with a small bottle of Ouzo in a basket with sweets, a map of the area and lots of information from Michael. There was a fully stocked fridge with soft and alcoholic drinks, wine, water and milk which you could help yourself to and pay on departure. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds and a small pool bar, the breakfast was out of this world with everything you could possible wish to have from meats and local Greek cheeses, breads and pastries, fresh fruits, large chucks of water and yellow melon prepared for you, the ability to squeeze your own fresh orange juice, yoghurts and cereal's and lots more with both the hosts on hand to help you if you needed it. The main road was a short walk down the hill with lots of restaurants and beaches a very short distance. The bus stops going both directs where at the bottom, a 15 minute ride into Chania main town and harbour......All ready planning our return next year

Very comfortable place - it was ideal for our family with 2 kids. Hotel is small (in a good way!) and you can really relax in there. Hotel has comfortable rooms, it was very clean, well equipped. Swimming pool area is also very convenient. Breakfasts are really awesome, everyone will find there something that would fit his taste. And hosts are just fantastic - very friendly, helpful and making sure that you feel well taken care of and that you can simply relax and enjoy your vacation.

Room/studio very clean, super breakfast and certainly excellent value for money. I suggest you to rent a car because the island is very big and it is difficult to move from one side to the other. The west area is still the one with the greatest attractions. In the structure what makes the difference are Mike and Inka who know how to give you an answer on anything (and if they don't have the answer they find it). Thanks for your availability. You are one of the good memories of this holiday. Restaurant is placed outside the building (more or less 300 meters from studios) with excellent quality food (many Italian and international dishes, some few local). Reading some comments (thankfully few) I don't understand what people want. If you want a 5 star, then go to a 5 star, but the price you will pay and the treatment will be very different. ;-)

- parking area is not very big but you can put your car in the street - first day (owing to the rain) it was not possible to eat breakfast on the terrace and the closed room is not very big........but luckly other days weather was perfect and we had the possibility to have it looking at the sea

Mike and Inke were very friendly and welcoming on our arrival. Our room was large and well equipped, with a very reasonably priced mini bar, comfortable bed, and nice big shower. The pool area was lovely and gets lots of sunshine. Breakfast was excellent, and we especially liked making our own orange juice, yum!!

Paying €2 for washing up liquid, a sponge and tea towel? We didn't use it, but felt that was unnecessary and it did put us off from using the coffee machine and buying from the mini bar.

Pool was lovely with pool bar, decent breakfast with lovely patio with lots of shade and very short downhill walk ( less than 100 m) to restaurants, beaches, promenades. Mike, the host is probably the best host I have ever stayed with in my life, - I am 55 and have travelled a lot for both work and pleasure and he is brilliant. He is always friendly, offers advice, makes great cocktails by the pool, a cracking iced coffee in the morning, etc etc

In one room, the shower power was a bit weak, not dribble weak, but not fantastic. But this was in the rom we stayed in for the first night before we were moved to the family room we had booked.

great environment and peace the owners are super friendly the rooms are nice and clean close to all restaurants and beaches in the area we loved the swimming pool and the relax in this place breakfast was very good we are just sad we couldn't stay longer but hopefully next year we'll be back!

only thing to suggest is to improve the WiFi connection that is very weak and slow compared to what we are used to, the area also doesn't have a good mobile internet connection so if you want to stream a movie or even use the social in a fast way this is not possible at the moment.... but who needs to stay always on the mobile when the place is so peaceful and relaxing? Toss that mobile away and enjoy the pool! :D

A perfect welcome with a pleasant surprise from the owners. Excellent apartments and atmosphere. Everything has been thought of. You can feel that this work brings joy to the owners. From the terrace you can see the sunset, the sunrise, the sea, and the romantic courtyard of the apartments with 2 pools and a bar where the owner himself will serve you. About breakfast. It is not correct to call them breakfast. Rather 2 in 1 - breakfast and lunch. Very rich and fresh breakfast. We miss them already. Dinner takes place outside the apartments, in the restaurant. Also very rich and tasty, with a surprise at the end. Food can be chosen from the menu. When checking out from the apartments, the host said goodbye with another surprise.

For now it is difficult for us to understand what we are missing for more - beautiful and diverse Crete or Alexandros Studios. Anyway, we want to return to both places :)
