Firstly, they really are not lying when they say the suites are luxury because we felt like royalty with our room and stay. We stayed here for 6 nights and we genuinely did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived, Vanessa made us feel so warm and welcome. Room:- We stayed in the Master Suite with Hot Tub and Panoramic Sea View - and all I can say is WOW, and WOW again! This room was something you would find in your dreams. The views were nothing short of spectacular and utterly breathtaking. The room itself is spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and very good air con unit (which was perfect when the temperatures were almost at 30 degrees!). The room also has a good mini fridge (which actually keeps drinks cold!), a shower unit with good pressure, a separate toilet room, balcony with two chairs and a table which overlooks the sea below and of course, the hot tub with jets, which is set overlooking the stunning views of the beach. There genuinely was nothing that could be added to this room, it was fully equipped which made the stay relaxing. Staff:- Vanessa made us feel so warm and welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She was more than happy to give us tips on things to do in the area and genuinely there is not a bad thing we could say about the service and reception we received. The Kalamaki restaurant also owned by Vanessa and Stephanos is absolutely superb too. I’ve left a separate review on both Google and Trip Advisor so have a look there for a more detailed review! But all I will say is it is 10/10. During our 6 night stay, we ate there almost every day whether for breakfast, dinner or just for drinks and the food really is, in our opinion “elevated and mastered homely cooked Greek food”. My family are Greek and I can truly say the food brought back amazing memories for me. Cannot recommend enough.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DISLIKE!!

We LOVED our stay!! It is a family owned hotel/restaurant with very friendly staff, especially Stefanos! Stefanos helped us with whatever we needed/wanted to know, we could check in earlier upon arrival and on our last day he even gifted us his favourite rosé to drink when we return back home. The room is just as in the pictures, spacious and it has a very comfy bed. The pillows were a bit hard for our taste, but we received softer ones when we requested it. The shower is very nice! The restaurant has very good food and good portions, we ate here frequently. We even ordered lunch to go for a day cruise, which was perfect. The hotel/restaurant is on a beach, and as a guest staying at the hotel you get free access to the sunbeds (second and third row). When we arrived the sea was a bit rough, but that was due to a storm. Later on the sea was perfectly calm.

I recently stayed at this amazing apartment in Crete, and it was perfect! The view of the sea was breathtaking, and the jacuzzi in the apartment was a highlight. Spending time in the jacuzzi with my loved one while enjoying the sea view was truly special. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The host was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment for a perfect getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is absolutely phenomenal. The hospitality of owners and staff was outstanding, they went above and beyond to help with whatever I needed, make me feel comfortable, and cater to my dietary needs. The location is excellent, 10 minutes to the center of Chania and a beautiful beach on the doorstep. The apartment was brand new, very clean, and beautifully designed with stunning views of the bay (especially at sunrise). If you’re an early riser you can have the beach almost to yourself in the morning and enjoy your coffee in the restaurant with an amazing view. The food is delicious, and fresh, and the restaurant has a great bar. Definitely recommend, it’s undisputedly worth it. I will certainly come back.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was comfortable as well as the bed and they offer a lot of good quality amities. The location is just perfect: in front of the beach and just 5km from chania city center. We also liked that it was easy to get parking spots near the hotel. It was very clean. The staff was amazing, super nice and very professional! They supported us in every way we needed and also gave some good tips for exploring the surroundings. Would definitely stay again!

You have restaurant and private beach at 1 min walk and if you are an early bird you can have it all for yourself for some hours. Such a clean,quiet,safe and beautiful place owned by a wonderful family,ready to help you with everything you need. If you have no idea how you could spend time around,Ariel will make sure,you will regret not staying longer :)) (From that long list I tried Pallas and was definately worth it) On my last night my phone charger broke inside phone and Ariel’s dad and uncle helped me getting it out and borrowed me a charger. I will definately cime back next year❤️🫶🏼

Kalamaki Luxury Suits We stay there 14-19 August 2023. Room no 1 ground flour. Room with shower, double bed, modernly designed, view for backyard, no balcony. Nice and functional room, bed very comfortable. Ideal location: 1. beautiful, sandy, cosy beach with sunbeds and umbarela included in price. Best view for sun sets. 2. Kalamaki Restaurant in the same building. Very tasty traditional Greek cuisine, not expensive. Dish "Lamb Kleftico" expecially recommend. This was the best Kleftiko I've ever eaten ( I was im Greece 4 times). 3. Bus station in front of the building, city bus to Chania (line 21) 4 times per hour. Also bus station to Kissamos, Falasarna and Paleochora. Perfect place for couples. For us it was like" Small piece of heaven". Receptionist (Ariel) is incredibly nice, kind and helpfull person, very open and warm, smiling all the time. She is like Cretan sun - always shining!

It was our second stay at Kalamaki Luxury Suites and we will definitely be back. The rooms, the people, the food, the location, we love everything about this place. When booking the contact with the host is very informative and pleasant, they offered to fix a taxi for us when we arrived at the airport. The suites are spacious and have all amenities we wish for on our holiday. If there is anything extra you need, they will help you the best they can. Next to the suites is the family owned restaurant Kalamaki Beach bar from the same owners, the food is great! We ate here at least once a day (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and the restaurant/beach bar is located on a beach that feels very private and is amazing if you want to have a sun filled beach day on a day bed and/or go snorkeling. We loved staying in this neighborhood as it feels very peaceful and the whole village is near the beach, which gives a lot of exploring options, also it is a short taxi ride to the city of Chania.

Beautiful, sizeable, and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The shower is built into the bedroom, with transparent walls. And this first-floor room has windows opening to a pedestrian walkway. So you need to close the curtains to have any privacy during your shower.

Location location location!!!! The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. The beach is right there and we loved our time there. Parking is also right outside the Hotel.

The toilet seat was broken. It didn't really effect our stay, but the only down side
