Great location, nice restaurants and even beach nearby. All the best beaches of the island are less than hour drive by car, also its very close to Chania. The hotel is fresh and good looking, with nice parking. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was small, we haven’t noticed that it was only 22 square meters when we were booking it (but the terrace balcony was huge, almost like a room, strange planning) No place to put our luggage, tight even for 2 persons. The breakfast area was also very tight, its small and packed with tables, with almost no place to walk. The breakfast was fine, but the same all the week, very simple and basic. No laundry for guests in the hotel at all. Cleaning was not so good, they only change bedsheets and towels. The pool is also not big.

Small cosy hotel, not far away from a nice sandy beach, water there is not very deep and close to the shore you can observe colourful fishes. Pool is big enough to relax after sightseeing. As family 2+2 we liked that two rooms were joined together, we had also a spacious balcony. We liked the breakfasts, cold and warm buffet everyday, including Greek specialties. The lady in the kitchen was very helpful, on the last day we had to leave early to the airport, we could eat breakfast as usually, including warm buffet too.Two ladies at the reception were always ready to help, with a smile all the time, they were also nice source of information about local attractions. Perfect communication in English with the staff at the reception. Almost everyday came a man to take care of a small garden around the pool and the pool itself. The air conditioning was working very good, many different options to find the optimal personal settings. We also used it at night - was not too cold or too warm. We felt really good in Elia Kalamaki!

At arrival the cleaning staff forgot to leave the towels for our kids, the problem was solved very fast in a very satisfactory way. So actually we cannot consider it as minus.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Thw breakfest was ok. Confortable beds and clean rooms every day. Big hotel group, we enjoy another elia hotel from agia marina private sunbeds in a very nice sandy beach.

The location -Kalamaki . Not the best beaches in front of the hotel... and neighter the restaurants wasn t the better and very poor to choice something But the pitagrill ( good and cheap) and the manny tavern was tasty . We visit elafonissi ,falassarna , chania old town agia marina , and every where we saw this Elia hotel group so it s a good choice with high standards

Perfectly lovely hotel for an extremely reasonable price. About 10 minute drive from loud and crowded downtown Chania. Our room was small but comfortable, with a great bathroom. The AC took a while to get going but in the end worked fine. Convenient free parking. The pool is small and not heated, but still great for a quick dip after a long hot day of sightseeing. Excellent and plentiful buffet breakfast in the morning. Comfortable bed, and very quiet. Would be happy to stay again.

I loved the family feel to the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for all the visitors. I stayed for one month and would happily stay there again, I really didn't want to leave! Gogo, in reception, is very informative about the local area and the trips available. Milena in housekeeping was brilliant, always making my room sparkle, and Semina is a fantastic cook who looks after the breakfast catering, again superb. If you're looking for a family-friendly, super clean hotel, then I can definitely recommend this one.

I couldn't fault anything.

I stayed for one week in May 2024 and really enjoyed my stay in the Hotel. Escpacially the staff is very friendly and did support me on different things (organizing airport transfer, joining spontanously a next day trip tp elafonisi, etc). Breakfast is very tastefull and everything is clean and in good shape. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The Bathroom was very modern and the balcony was quite big. On my last day (I had a late flight), I could leave my suitecase within the hotel and could still use the pool area, which was very nice.

Such a perfect location here for the beach and really nice restaurants and bars - not a super busy area, but also good buses to Chania. Lovely staff who arranged our airport transfers and late check in process. Fab breakfast - different selection each day, everything was delicious. Very good value for money - the room was spacious and modern with really comfy beds, great air con and a balcony. Lovely pool area.

Basically nothing, it was so much better than we expected! The balcony was very narrow so maybe not suitable for kids, but no issue for us.

We turned up late to the hotel as we had a fault with our car and the reception was not going to be manned which we were told about in advance. We had good communication via booking.com and they gave us clear instructions in how to enter the building, collect our key etc... The rooms were pleasantly designed and furnished well. I feel like they got a lot of the the space, the beds were super comfy, kids loved them too. We were so tired that we passed out. Our room faced the pool and we had a wraparound balcony. It was a really lovey room and a great use of space. I wish we had more than one night there. Gogo was lovely to chat to and made us feel very welcome. We only stayed one night because we were heading to Balos Beach & Lagoon and were catching the ferry the next day. Breakfast was also great, a very lovey place indeed and I hope to go back to Chania.

Loved accomodation, staff, location and overall experience! (Breakfast was delightful- variety of freshly made savory and sweet food!) Perfectly located to explore popular beaches, coutryside and Chania area. On another hand, if you are looking to just chill and not move alot, Kalamaki is again a great choice- It is peaceful place with clear and not crowded beaches. Not to forget, staff was amazing- Gogo helped tons with overall friendly approach and vibe! P.S. Just accross the road you have a market and one of the best giros places on Crete.

Rooms were modern, spotlessly clean and well appointed, staff were very friendly and helpful, location was very convenient not far from Chania, garden area was attractive, breakfast was generous and tasty. Car park was convenient.

The breakfast and pool area felt a little small and cramped and an air-conditioned space for breakfast would be good in the peak summer months.
