Our room was very nice and had all the necessary amenities, bathroom was very modern and nicely designed. There is also a balcony, so at night one can enjoy a nice sunset. the beach is only half a minute from the hotel and there is also a parking place and swimming pool with a shower.

The AC is a bit old, so at night at times it gets quite loud, like wise for the little fridge at the room. The bed mattress was a little bit too hard for my taste and in my opinion such hotel needs better mattress. The breakfast could also have more options, as it looked quite basic.

Nice hotel in a great location, pool area always clean and tidy. Breakfast was more than enough although it didn’t vary much from day to day. Staff on reception were always friendly Very easy to get the bus into Chania and if you want to stay close to the hotel there are plenty of nice places to eat.

Visiting with family ( same booking) but our rooms were not even in the same block, not a major issue but would have preferred to be a bit closer The room we were in given had a connecting door to another room which was awkward as it certainly wasn’t sound proof. I feel this set up is best for families who are perhaps with children/teenagers ect

Staff was very nice and helpful. For example they organised a rented car for us with a reasonable price and they brought the car to the hotel. We didn't have any problems or unpleasant surprises with the rented car. The location was great - bus 21 (and 15) came right next to the hotel and it took about 15-30 minutes to get to the Chania center. The hotel had a nice pool and the beach was only a couple of minutes walk away.

Breakfast could've varied a bit more and have more vegetarian options. The beds in the room weren't the most comfortable either. Other than those couple things I don't have anything to complain about!

this was our second time here because we loved everything about it the first time. The management, the stuff are so kind and accommodating, family like friendly. The location if you want to stay in Chania is best with no crowds and rush. Easy parking, walking distance from the beach and a top of the line swimming pool. The breakfast at Yakinthos is so good and varied probably worth 15 euros a person if you had it at a restaurant. For those with no car, a taxi ride to the old port area is only 7 euros Thank you people of Yakinthos and we are sure to come back on our next visit to Crete.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean, towels were changed every day. Breakfasts were amazing! The hostel is in a great location, we rented a car from the company recommended by the staff and were very pleased with it.

In the bathroom there was a weird smell - it wasnt mold but it came from the drain. I think its not the hostel’s fault but it wasnt nice. The coffee could be better - tgey only had a nespresso instant coffee, no coffee machine ;(. During tge night it was quite loud because hotel is near the big street. But still I will come back, amazing hotel!!

Very nice breakfast. Hotel is located around 1 min walk from lovely sand beach. Water is very shallow for around 30 meters though. Pool is exposed to sun for quite long, and it's very deep (around 2,5m in the deepest point). Beds are quite comfy.

Initially we get the room that didn't smell very well. We could feel mustiness all the time. We told that to the reception and after some time we were given better room so we really appreciate the approach. Staff is generally very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast included in the price provides a fair selection of hot and cold food. Location within the resort is excellent, one minute walk to beach, with restaurants, bus stops and local supermarket nearby. Direct buses to Chania old town which is worth a visit.

Room was ok and location 10 mins driving from Chania.

At the end of put stay they ask us to pay inserting in the machine our bank account number and all the card details and without showing the total amount on the machine. I didn’t found this so secure. Also, we asked if we could stay a couple of hours more since we had a late flight and they wanted to change us €40.

Breakfast is good but the same every day. Cleaning ladies were very noisy, every day they cleaned around our room, where our kids were sleeping after lunch…first night we have to sleep in two rooms far from each other, and we get our room only next day.
