Absolutely fantastic stay! We stayed in apartment number 308 with four of us, and it was a perfect choice. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, featuring a small refrigerator and a stone stove ideal for preparing simple meals. While the hotel only serves breakfast, there's a charming tavern nearby where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Even with a late flight, we appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the reception and still enjoy the hotel’s pool, complete with complimentary towels. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, helpful staff, and convenient amenities. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay. Externally is absolutely perfect. Nice common areas also around the swimming pool. Bar ok. Staff absolutely friendly. Starting from Maria (she gave us the welcome) to the lady during breakfast, to the lady serving at the swimming pool bar (super nice), to all people working there. We had also breakfast (super if you go there early…. Maybe stuff then starts to miss, but was also our fault since we were having breakfast late).

Inside our apartment (we were in the block 2) everything was ok, but needed some maintenance and renewal. In particular inside the bathroom. Would be nice to have some privileged umbrellas/sunbeds maybe with some discount in the beach.

Flamingos has a very friendly staff, our appartment was super (we got a free upgrade to Deluxe) and the location is perfect. Parking space close by, many restaurants and the sandy beaches were so close. We enjoyed ourselves very much and definately a place to go back to for a relaxed holiday on the beach. Appartment, great twin beds with good matrasses, swimmingpool,breakfast. All was good.

Just one thing Flamingos can not do anything about. Next to Flamingos there is a stripped hotel which is an eery view but you get used to it.

It is a very cozy and quiet place. The hotel has 40 rooms, but even when it is fully booked, it doesn't feel crowded at all. Always there was few people near the pool and on the territory. What I liked most was great location. On the way to the beach you'll find a big park with pine trees and eucalypts. In the morning there are many runners. Between beaches there are big pieces of wild nature with rocky seashore and and incredible views. Beaches are located in bays, so the water is quiet. And the place is good for snorkeling. Sunsets were scenic with the sea and mountains around.

Sometimes there were mosquitos in the evening. You have to close windows to protect or use fumigators. Also there was stone floor in the room, and it dried long time after the cleaning.

Hotel is situated in a very lovely place, near to beach and mini market. All was as on the photos, clean beds, towels, little balcony, kitchen with all necessary appliances. Breakfast was good and personnel was very kind. Territory of the hotel is very clean and nice, near is good taverna so to have quick dinner.

Air conditioning was working with some issues (sometimes just stopped to blow). 2 sofas we used for sleeping for 2 people and it was little hot to sleep on artificial leather. The door to the bathroom was very difficult to close and open

The location is perfect. Nice beaches a few minutes away by foot from the hotel. Perfect location to explore the west part of the island too. Nice restaurants/tabernas. We highly recommend "La Pergola". The hotel is also off road which is a huge advantage. It is quiet and relaxing there. Friendly staff.

The breakfast can be improved. We missed a proper homemade coffee and a proper freshly orange juice. Also, olive oil. Bread was boring too. Cleaning ladies need a proper trolley to carry stuff from one apartment to another. I saw them carrying what they needed it in shopping bags. I felt sorry for them. The swimming pool was more like a paddling pool. We didn't use it. Good for little children thou.

It is really close to the beach and in a quiet area. There are shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are spacious although some of the bathrooms aren’t renovated. In our rooms there was a small kitchenette and a coffee machine, so more than enough to enjoy a coffee, fruits or even a proper meal in the room.

The breakfast could be more diverse from a day to another, but it’s enough to start your day.

Overall, the hotel is really nice. The room has everything you need for your stay, the balcony is a big plus. We really enjoyed the pool - it was big enough and had some balls and floaties for entertainment. Also, the staff was very friendly - the ladies at the reception and the guy at the pool bar. The hotel is at a quiet place and at the same time close to bus stops.

The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom and more specifically the "bathtub" - it was really small (like for a little child) and it was hard to get a shower inside.

Perfect location, minutes walk to the 3 local beaches, bus and dotto train depot and local shops and restaurants. Hotel is small and friendly, overall clean, good pool area with good food and drinks. Had a good accessible room option. Good shower and toilet block for using when checked out.

Some rooms have been refreshed and refurbished and look great but others havent, Very dark and retired detail in the rooms Bathrooms needs updating desperately.

So close to beach. Beautiful, freshly decorated and renovated apartments. Spacious and clean. 2 balconies. Small pool with poolside bar. Small and friendly hotel. Staff very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Loved everything about Flamingos. Would definitely stay again. Can ride bus to Chania old town for €1.2 with buses every 20 mins. Lidl and other supermarkets close by
