It is a very cozy and quiet place. The hotel has 40 rooms, but even when it is fully booked, it doesn't feel crowded at all. Always there was few people near the pool and on the territory. What I liked most was great location. On the way to the beach you'll find a big park with pine trees and eucalypts. In the morning there are many runners. Between beaches there are big pieces of wild nature with rocky seashore and and incredible views. Beaches are located in bays, so the water is quiet. And the place is good for snorkeling. Sunsets were scenic with the sea and mountains around.

Sometimes there were mosquitos in the evening. You have to close windows to protect or use fumigators. Also there was stone floor in the room, and it dried long time after the cleaning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is really good, 2 minute walk for Apostoli beach & sunset beach (beautiful beach and not crowded). lots of restaurants around the area and also mini-markets and LIDL close by. We really loved the breakfast which was very rich and diverse. Pool is also really nice & rooms come with a cute terrace. Bus stop is only a few meters away from the hotel which was really convenient to go to Chania centre, which is only 15 minutes away by bus from the hotel.

We stayed in a standard studio, was not particularly happy with the bathroom as it was old. Also note that standard studio is a Cretan style room, a bit old looking in my opinion. If you prefer a more modern looking room, go for the superior studio. Pool & bar close at 6pm, should be open for longer.

The location is perfect. Nice beaches a few minutes away by foot from the hotel. Perfect location to explore the west part of the island too. Nice restaurants/tabernas. We highly recommend "La Pergola". The hotel is also off road which is a huge advantage. It is quiet and relaxing there. Friendly staff.

The breakfast can be improved. We missed a proper homemade coffee and a proper freshly orange juice. Also, olive oil. Bread was boring too. Cleaning ladies need a proper trolley to carry stuff from one apartment to another. I saw them carrying what they needed it in shopping bags. I felt sorry for them. The swimming pool was more like a paddling pool. We didn't use it. Good for little children thou.

Hotel is situated in a very lovely place, near to beach and mini market. All was as on the photos, clean beds, towels, little balcony, kitchen with all necessary appliances. Breakfast was good and personnel was very kind. Territory of the hotel is very clean and nice, near is good taverna so to have quick dinner.

Air conditioning was working with some issues (sometimes just stopped to blow). 2 sofas we used for sleeping for 2 people and it was little hot to sleep on artificial leather. The door to the bathroom was very difficult to close and open

Overall, the hotel is really nice. The room has everything you need for your stay, the balcony is a big plus. We really enjoyed the pool - it was big enough and had some balls and floaties for entertainment. Also, the staff was very friendly - the ladies at the reception and the guy at the pool bar. The hotel is at a quiet place and at the same time close to bus stops.

The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom and more specifically the "bathtub" - it was really small (like for a little child) and it was hard to get a shower inside.

It is very pretty and clean the inside area, the pool and garden of the hotel. The staff is very kind and humble, helpful people from the reception, to the cleaning ladies, the lifeguard girl and the lady from the breakfast (thanks for your recipe) who made amazing pies. The pool water is clean. It is a great thing for families that pool closes at 6pm so no parties are allowed, you can chill and rest on the balcony and enjoy the summer nights. This is an extra pro from my point of view, if you prefer relaxing vacations, this is the right place for you. Breakfast is delicious and classical stuff is combined with greek specialties. Another great thing is that the nearest beach is really 150m from the hotel, same the bus station that takes you to Chania. I would totally come back here with all my family one day. Loved to stay at Flamingos. Keep up the great work!

It is not something related to the hotel but if you expect good wifi or mobile internet, I think the whole area would need an upgrade.

Perfect location, minutes walk to the 3 local beaches, bus and dotto train depot and local shops and restaurants. Hotel is small and friendly, overall clean, good pool area with good food and drinks. Had a good accessible room option. Good shower and toilet block for using when checked out.

Some rooms have been refreshed and refurbished and look great but others havent, Very dark and retired detail in the rooms Bathrooms needs updating desperately.

So close to beach. Beautiful, freshly decorated and renovated apartments. Spacious and clean. 2 balconies. Small pool with poolside bar. Small and friendly hotel. Staff very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Loved everything about Flamingos. Would definitely stay again. Can ride bus to Chania old town for €1.2 with buses every 20 mins. Lidl and other supermarkets close by

The room was big with cozy wooden furniture and a little kitchen. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. The staff was very accomodatating and they arranged the breakfast half an hour earlier for us when we asked. Overall, the hotel had a "luxurious" vibe for a fair price.

Some of the bathroom equipment felt a bit worn out. We had a room with a pool view, but the lights in the pool were flashing all night with different colors (we called it disco pool), which was distracting, so we had to block the window completely with the curtain.

The receptionist is extremely kind and friendly. She really cares about providing good service and making guests feel welcome. Breakfast was good as well and offered in a wide time range.

Although it is true that mosquitoes are present in the area and that they cannot be completely avoided, the room did not have mosquito nets installed on the windows, so it is not possible to open the windows to cool the room, which means that the air conditioning must be used.
