This is a pretty hotel with trees and colourful plants everywhere. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. You order from a menu as many times as you want and juice/water is included. The double room was a good size and immaculate. The towels were changed daily. Towels were provided round the pool area and you could pick one up on your way to the beach. The staff were exceptional and friendly, they were also very helpful if you had any questions or wanted recommendations for restaurants etc. The beach was sandy and just a few minutes away from the hotel.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Our rooms were lovely and had nice balconies overlooking the pool. Breakfast was a quality offering and you won’t go hungry that’s for sure. We didn’t have dinner though as there are many other local options and at night the hotel dining was a bit dead and soulless looking. The bus into Chania town is easy and the local beaches are very close and beautiful.

This isn’t an issue of the hotel itself but unfortunately a few local properties have dogs that bark a lot at night and will likely disturb your sleep. Apparently it’s a Greek thing to have dogs in yards and ignore them. Not great.

We have had the most Amazing week in this fabulous hotel. It’s absolute perfection and deserves 10 stars and more. The rooms are perfect, everything in tip top condition, impeccably clean with everything you need and where it needs to be and very spacious with luxury bathrooms and spacious balconies. The pool area and restaurant are impeccably clean and well thought out and very beautiful to look at, sun beds are all very comfortable and the best aspect is that no one, no one races to grab sunbeds in the morning, it just doesn’t happen. Even the pool is the perfect temperature. The restaurant area again very clean and tidy, the breakfast is a la carte, plenty of choice, very tasty, well presented, completely faultless. The staff have been extremely polite, helpful, attentive and very friendly. A special mention for Alexis who has been very helpful throughout our stay and very professional. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived with welcome drinks and assistance to our room. This hotel is probably the best we have ever stayed in, it’s just perfect in every way. The beach is just a short walk away, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and little shops nearby too, everything you need is on hand. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

- room was wonderful, spacious and well decorated - bed was extremely comfortable and large - staff were excellent, special thanks to Karyna at reception who was super helpful for suggestions and information as well as the breakfast team who were always on hand - delicious breakfast, lots to choose from (we loved the yogurt as well as the traditional Cretan pastries) - our private terrace and plunge pool was amazing, we spent most of our time relaxing up there

- location was slightly outside of Chania, however, easily reached by 21 bus and it was great to be be able to pay by card directly on bus - chose not the eat at the hotel restaurant as the menu was not to our taste and preferred the more traditional options around the hotel (can’t comment on the food as we did not eat there however bfast was delicious)

Inea Sole is a beautiful oasis tucked away in the centre of an area full of shops and restaurants only a short walk away. The rooms and facilitates were exceptionally clean and the staff were just incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were able to personalise each guests’ experience. The a la carte breakfast is also fantastic and very fresh. The hotel is only a short walk away from multiple blue flag beaches, with great snack bars and clean sand - the sunsets from these beaches is also incredible. We had a fabulous time and would love to return again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this relatively new hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. Breakfast is served à la carte, and you’re welcome to order multiple items from the menu - a thoughtful approach that ensures quality while minimising waste. The pool area is a highlight, with a good-sized swimming space, comfortable loungers around the edge, and even two loungers built into the pool itself. The cold towels handed out daily by the pool were well received! There’s also a small gym available, which was a nice added bonus. A lovely touch was the complimentary bottle of wine waiting in our room upon arrival (thanks!). Our room felt more like a suite, with a separate living area, hallway, bedroom, and bathroom. The spacious patio was perfect for relaxing or drying clothes after a swim. The location is great too, just a short walk to the beach, which can get a bit busy, but it’s convenient. While we didn’t explore the immediate area much, we enjoyed venturing out to nearby regions (via taxi) when we weren’t by the pool. All in all, a fantastic stay with lots of thoughtful details that made a real difference. Highly recommend.

I would imagine that during busier periods, the number of loungers by the pool may be limited, and the poolside area might feel a bit crowded when the hotel is at full capacity.

Really nice hotel to relax in. The staff are very attentive and really nice to chat with. The breakfast was fantastic and went late enough to really enjoy it. The pool area was also really relaxing, we were afraid since we read so many things about people fighting for sun loungers at other hotels but they managed it perfectly here. No kids so it was nice and quiet. Also great proximity to beaches and places to eat.

This has NOTHING to do with the hotel but just a little warning that there are a couple of dogs nearby that bark constantly. This is a Crete thing

Rooms clean and spacious, everything new and in good condition. Breakfast was great, all fresh and al a carte - able to accommodate gluten free quite well Sun loungers very comfortable and pool is new Hotel quiet and peaceful The staff seem to genuinely want to make sure you’re happy.. loved the frozen towels at lunch time

Be mindful of the location, super close to beaches but not in walking distance to town. Bus stop literally outside buses run very often all the way past mid night so didn’t impact us at all

The hotel was so modern and clean and the staff were so friendly. The pool area gets sun all day long and umbrellas are available for shelter. The cleaning staff take such good care of your room daily. It was located beside a number of different beaches and restaurants with a bus stop right outside that can take you into the old town in less than 20 minutes.
