Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with fantastic amenities that make for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. However, what truly sets this place apart is not just the beautiful surroundings, but the people who work here. The staff are the heart and soul of the hotel — incredibly kind, genuinely helpful, and always greeting you with a warm smile. Their authentic Greek hospitality makes you feel not just welcome, but truly at home. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. New hotel opened in April 2024. Everything was very nice at the hotel. Incredibly serviceminded and friendly staff. Food was great. The rates for the hotel I would assume is temporary as the hotel is new. At around 200 euros per night for a junior suite is incredible value for a hotel of this standard. Even at a higher price I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was probably the worst located room with a so called garden view. It's located sub terrain towards a relatively busy side street. If I came back I would try and avoid this room as most of the other rooms are nicer. The room itself though is very nice. One day there were not enough sunbeds for almost three hours which of course was annoying when you have paid to stay at a nice pool hotel. I think it was the first time for the hotel. However they handled our dissatisfaction very professionally.

The service was incredible. Always did the extra mile to accomodate our needs! Very comfortable bed , clean room, beautifull location next to the beach and close to the old town of Chania.

Breakfast was fantastic, great selection and was cooked fresh to order. The location was great. It’s close to some beautiful beaches and Chania is a short taxi ride (€12) or easily accessible by bus which comes every 30 mins or so. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous. This hotel is newly opened and everything is immaculate. It’s a small but beautiful hotel.

If the hotel offered a dinner/room service option that would be great for nights when you don’t feel like heading out. However there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance so it’s not a huge issue.

Inea sole is like a ‘hidden’ gem in Chania. The staff are so lovely, they cannot do enough for you. The hotel is small enough to feel intimate and not forgotten in the masses. It’s so clean and the breakfast is brilliant. A really relaxed atmosphere. Surrounding area doesn’t have an abundance of places to eat/drink so we headed into Chania most nights to the old town which is beautiful. The cab is around 13 euros. The restaurant opposite ‘farmers tavern’ is wonderful, a real family feel with delicious food. Beaches are around a 3 min walk away and do walk around the coast if you can, it’s stunning.

The hotel is great, clean and the location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from 3-4 beaches. Also the bus going to Chania stops 2 minutes away from the hotel. The a la carte breakfast is awesome and feels like you went to a fancy restaurant. Everyone from the staff is extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. Karina was great in providing us with local recommendations and making sure we were well looked after and always greeted us with a smile.

As others mentioned here, the pool closes early at 6pm and there are a few rooms which door is facing another property where they have a dog so the dog sometimes can bake in the morning, but Inea can't control that.

Amazing and lovely staff - everybody is just really great, very polite and sincere and always with a smile on their faces, from Reception, to the Bar & Restaurant and including the cleaning & maintenance personnel. Everything is just top notch: lovely and delicious choices meal choices for breakfast, very attentive hosts, relaxing pool and recreation area with a cool fitness enclosure, spacious room with a very comfy bed, great air conditioning system and cleaning done daily, without the need of asking for it. On top of this, they provide towels that you can take to the beach and if you have a late flight, like we did, you can continue using the facilities of the hotel. And not to mention, the shuttle service that they provide from Chania airport is superb! We had a great vacation and we're really happy all the staff from Inea Sole made sure we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has been newly renovated and therefore everything was new and clean; the bed, sunloungers, towels etc. The bed was comfortable and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent as there are three pretty beaches within a five minute walk and the bus stop into Chania is about a two minute walk from the hotel. There were always enough sun loungers around the pool.

The music choice in the background although quiet was a bit hit and miss and I am not sure the restaurant has yet decided what it's "vibe" should be. We headed into Chania for the evening or walked along the beach to a beachside restaurant.

Absolutely lovely and super-friendly staff who would go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Great facilities, laid-back (really comfortable level of tourism) yet prime location to three different beaches (walking distance less than 5 mins each). Newly opened hotel. Close to different restaurants and supermarkets. Great option for anyone with a rental car and have also seen public busses running close by. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, thank you so much.

This hotel is truly exceptional. I already miss Crete and can't wait to return to this hotel. The hotel manager is likely a fantastic expert because the entire staff is so well-trained. It's rare to experience such a pleasant, yet professional, warm, and friendly welcome. The breakfast is outstanding. You get a menu and can order whatever you like (included in the price). The best omelet, delicious Greek salad, and fantastic avocado toast, etc. The breakfast server explained and recommended dishes, and everything was served promptly and in the correct order (previous comments mentioned issues, but they seem to have learned from feedback as everything was perfect for us). The rooms are spacious, with high-quality beds, and beautifully and stylishly decorated. The pool area is very enjoyable. Three excellent beaches are very close by. Our stay was truly beautiful, and we're very grateful.

There’s nothing negative to add, maybe just a small tip: check which room you book, as a few lower-floor rooms have less impressive views.
