Everything!! The staff were amazing, especially lovely Kostoula and her son and the cleaner. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was great also the lovely gardens which had views of Mount Ida. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable with a great terrace- Apartment 4. Views of hills. Close proximity( walking) to 3 beaches and a Lidl and a great local supermarket also restaurants. A taxi to Chania is around 12 euros and the bus is 2.5 euros. In Chania we found 2 lovely vegan restaurants. Excursions available from tourist info. Very friendly people. Weather great. We also walked to Chania which took about an hour. The airport is about 35 minutes away. Highly recommended!!! We will be back !

Only the huge number of thin stray cats all over the neighbourhood and Chania. A few barking sad abandoned dogs too. Some of the cats looked ill. We tried to feed the dogs and cars fairly but it was very sad. Some were pregnant. There are wonderful people helping the cats and dogs too with cat colonies supplied with water and food. Many businesses have bowls of water outside. But to see 9 cats huddled in one place crying out is hard. The lovely apartment owners of course help their local cats. Just something to bear in mind. Carry dry cat food with you !

The apartments are spacious, modern with excellent outdoors space to enjoy the pool and have your own dining area. The location couldn't be more ideal. It is 10 min walk from a couple of sandy beaches with all the facilities, 5 min walk from various restaurants, 10 min wall from two massive super markets and a 10 min regular vus ride to chania old town. It is also very quiet and neighbourhood like and close a to big playground. We ll def come back!

Polite, friendly host who welcomed us with fruits, drinks and flowers in the room. Great location - bus stops, various beaches, 2 supermarkets. High-quality cleaning and snow-white soft towels and bed linen. A comfortable room - comfortable beds, a large terrace, a very well-equipped kitchen.

The sunbeds by the pool are a bit dated, but it didn't spoil our stay at all.

Great host, near to the beach, apartment have a fully equipped kitchen and a lot of space also.

The only minus i can find for this location it's the weak Wi-Fi connection. But when you come to Crete, you don't come for internet.. :)

Everything was great. Clean apartment, fresh beds and towels, a lot of help from the staff. Nice pool area. An excellent view from the apartment to the mountains. Highly recommended.

Host and his mother super kind and caring. Wonderful apartment and pool, near the beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and road to Chania centre in 10 minutes. Recommended!

we stayed at Sorta for 2 weeks and we are very satisfied!!!!! very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, everything you need for life in the room! cleaning every day, change of towels and linen every 4 days!!! nice territory, everything is taken care of! clean pool! But the owner of the apartment is very friendly! managed to solve many issues! next year we will definitely come again!!!!

Clean apartment, kind owner

Washing machine wasn’t in the apartment, it was in basement (description of the property is wrong it doesn’t contain washing machine), in order to wash your clothes you have to contact owner of the apartment. It wasn’t my variant, especially at 10pm.

Absolutely amazing experience staying in Sorta Apartments. The location is great: bus stop, supermarkets, tavernas and of course beaches - everything is not more than 5 min away. The apartments are being cleaned every day and we always got help from owners when we needed it. Can definitely recommend and hope to come back again.

Me and my son loved being there. Owner's mum was looking after us, let us use facilities on last day until evening as our flight was late. She let us books and parasol to take to the beach. Spacious and comfortable. Apartment was cleaned every day, even our dirty dishes. Location is amazing, 5 min walk to 4 different beaches and many small ones. Bus stop 1 min away, with regular buses to Chania and to the other direction. Two supermarkets 2 min away. Great traditional restaurant 2 min away and many more.

We had to change apartment after 2 nights to a different one due to late booking. I would prefer shower cabin rather than bath with shower but it's my own preference.
