This was our second stay at this lovely hotel, and we truly hope it won’t be the last! 🩵 Located in a peaceful area, yet just steps away from local markets, Jumbo, Lidl, and Synka, it offers the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and convenience. The beautiful Golden Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, with no uphill walk. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable with a modern powerful air conditioning units. The beds are exceptionally comfy, and we loved evening chats at the balcony table near the lemon tree. A special thank you goes to the sweet girl at the reception – always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. Her warmth truly made us feel at home. We were also allowed to check in early and check out later, which was a huge plus. And when our friend's child from another hotel wanted to stay overnight with our kids, the hotel kindly allowed her to sleep over with no extra charge – such kindness is rare and deeply appreciated. Everyone at the hotel is doing their best. We are sincerely grateful to the lady who runs this place – thank you for making our holiday so special! 💙

The rooms are clean and modern. The location is excellent, there is a bus stop in front of the house for a city line to Chania city center and across the street to the beaches. Just a minute walking to the intersection there are buses that can take you to other cities. Sofia was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with beach towels and an umbrella during our stay. They even provided us with complimentary wine and water when we arrived and provided us with early check-in once the room was ready. Housekeeping happens every day regularly. They provide parking next to the house and have a common kitchen available for use.

Beautiful accommodation in a great location - close to town, yet quiet and secluded. It’s near the beach and the main road, which makes it easy to explore the entire western part of the island. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and has a large bathroom. The bed is comfortable, and the terrace is roomy with a nice view.

On a few days, there was no hot water available after 8 PM, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was wonderful - the place definitely deserves a 10 out of 10.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was exactly like the photos. Every room had its own A/C. It had a big balcony, a washing machine, and many useful electrical appliances. The location was really nice, because it's 10 minutes away from the city center and it is quiet at night. It's also 5 minutes away from Xrysi Akti beach. We had a beautiful stay.

The whole apartment had only 1 mirror in the bathroom. We are a group of four girl friends, and only one small mirror wasn't enough. Also, there is a parking lot next to the reception, but it doesn't have enough parking spots for every apartment, and you may need to park elsewhere. In addition, there is no elevator available.

I visited some friends who live nearby so this was the only good place to stay for a resonable price. The bed was comfy and it was generally a large hotel room. It's about 2min walking distance to the store and 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. There is a bus stop also right by the store that will take you into Chania city. The aparment also have some nice views of the snowy mountains.

I staied in room 104 and you get a balcony but it's kind of small when it comes to sitting down. And at the end of the balcony which face towards the road you can look into your neighbours room. I think they should completly close up the seperation wall so you get some privacy.

Such an incredible experience! Our stay at Aequor Luxury Rooms & Apartments was truly five stars! everything was conveniently at our fingertips. We enjoyed every moment of our time there. From the moment we stepped into the brand new apartment, it felt like stepping into our own cozy haven. It felt like we were at home. What can I say? Words can hardly describe the level of hospitality we received. Our host was always super super friendly and accommodating, attending to our every request with a smile and a Cretan hospitality which we will never forget. It was our first time in Crete, and the impression left on us was simply the best. Exploring Chania with our 10-year-old was a joy, and the team was more than happy in helping us plan amazing excursions and day trips in the area. They even took care of arranging seamless airport transfers for us, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We taste the most amazing local cuisine at the restaurants recommended by the team. Bonus tip: Don't miss out on visiting Therissos village, especially during winter. Our little one was thrilled by the vibrant surroundings with the colorful nature landscapes and, of course, the mouthwatering food there. Already looking forward to our next holiday with you guys this summer! We have already made our reservation and we cannot wait to explore the island during summertime. See you soon!

Beautiful modern hotel and very kind front desk staff. Great location if you rent a car. Very clean and in close proximity to Theodosi, our favorite restaurant in Crete.

We had a nice room, it was clean and comfortable. The terrace had a table, chairs, and a patio umbrella, it was pleasant to have breakfast there in the morning. We arrived late at night when the reception was closed, but they proactively contacted us via WhatsApp beforehand and were checking how are we all the time (we traveled from Heraklion late at night by bus), so we were able to get to the room with no issues, huge thanks for this! Upon checking we were also given beach towels and an umbrella that we could use for free during our stay. There are a few coffee shops with an enormous variety of sweets within walking distance, as well as the amazing Sterna Authentic Greek Cuisine restaurant. It is 5 minutes walk to the Golden Beach, and 10-ish to other well-maintained beaches. It is around 15 minutes bus travel to Chania city center, there are 2 busses and they don't necessarily follow the schedule. We stayed for 5 nights, and had da perfect time!

The breakfast delivery varied from the agreed time so we never knew if we should go to the beach before or after and ended up spending a ridiculous amount of time (ours and the delivery person’s) trying to get the breakfast and us at the same time at the same place. Even though the breakfast was fine, having the same stuff for 5 days bored the hell out of us, so we ended up wasting a lot of food.

breakfast offer vs price it is poor and the portions are small. you get the same things every day per person: 1 butter (just 1 small pack) 2 jam (why more jam than butter…?) 2 crispbread 2 toast bread 2 nutella 1 egg 2 slices of ham 2 slices of cheese corn cereal and milk 2 mini croissants 1 slice of cake cherry tomatoes fruit (mellon and grapes) orange juice coffee (tasted really weird in my opinion) In short, I regret paying extra for this breakfast instead of using the money on different restaurants for some cooked options as well. or at least 2 packs of Lurpak :)

The bathtub is amazing and also the little balcony very enjoyable. The people were very polite and the rooms has been always well cleaned.

We had to change the time of breakfast because we were following a course in the morning and the staff had problems adapting back. So we received breakfast very early when we didn't ask for. The breakfast can be repetitive after a week Also, the staff would knock on the door for room service without waiting for our answer and eventually enter the room.
