We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Joseph, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Together with his whole family, he made us feel truly at home. The service was warm and personal, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach and at an ideal distance from Chania, making it easy to enjoy the charm of the city while still relaxing by the sea. We leave this hotel with wonderful memories and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is lovely, a few hundred meters from a gorgeous beach and easy bus ride into Chania. Joseph looks after his hotel and is around for a lovely breakfast in the morning. He's the nicest hotel owner i have ever met. The pool area and gardens are beautiful. There's a great restaurant near hotel called Sterna and a really good bakery called Monterno. Down at the beach there's several bars that do snacks/coffee etc. And Piranha Bar is great for food and cocktails by the beach. Loved it here, cannot wait to come back soon. Thank you Jospeh

Very nice hotel, would need some renovation but staff is friendly and support you in all requests. Convenient beds, every day cleaning, constant changing of linens. Convenient location: 5 min to sea, 3 min to bus stop and restaurant. 10 min to the town by bus.

Over time, of course, the rooms are already outdated and need refreshment. First of all, I would like to wish to install more powerful air conditioners and install better wifi. Unfortunately, cellular internet in Greece does not catch well.

Service was excellent! Hotel owner was extremely friendly and flexible. Perfect place to stay with family. Excellent restaurant nearby, area was peaceful and pretty. Supermarket near, bus stop to Chania city close and easy to reach. It was super easy to go to the Chania old town by bus and nice to stay at more peaceful area still city closeby. Clean and family-friendly beach nearby. Pool area excellent, peaceful and clean with a perfect pool for families. Higly recommend this hotel!

This was a hotel that we emergency booked after urgently leaving a villa that didn’t meet our expectations for 10 days in crete. When arriving to the hotel, we were met with the owner. May I just say, he is one of the kindest, most generous man I have ever met. He was so accommodating for us at last minute. He showed us around, tried to get our rooms ready for us as quickly as possible, gave us complimentary coffee when we arrived and was an all round lovely person. The breakfast was lovely, the pool was large and very clean, the location was fantastic (30 min walk to chania or 10 min bus) and the rooms had exactly what was needed. Although this is no luxury hotel, the lovely people who work there make this a great family friendly experience. Would highly recommend!

The air con was slightly temperamental but not the end of the world.

Such a genuine nice welcome everything was just as we expected but even more peaceful, calm and relaxing. We took a week here in this great area of Crete with great food, beaches and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Theres an all day 2 euro servive links to Chania in less than ten minutes from a stop a stones throw away why trouble in a car?. We had a lush garden facing room like an oasis paradise with lawn, large palms and flowering tree backdrop...so nice nature is all around you here it so natural! and to top off a great pool is shower and bathing water that just feels special, our hair and skin have returned rejuvinated "priceless". The beds in our room were fresh and compfy and kept that way by the team to a nice standard, we thought our room was above a three star rating. There was a couple of niggles with things that might bother some but we expected understood and respected the hotels wonderful independant operation and character. My advise is this is not a hotel for complainers or nit pickers its clearly for those who live beyond that kind of mindset and want a unique nice place to relax and enjoy with positivity and understanding... Thank you kindly for our stay ! and for everything that Hotel Kyriaki is!. Know that thanks to your family, my little family could recharge and enjoy what this beautiful area of your wonderful country has to offer...

The breakfast was excelent good choice of yogurt toast lovely fresh bread it was really filling and the pure orange juice was amazingling fresh the family who runs the hotel were very freindly and helpful they even offered to give us a lift to bus to get home to england the pool area was really good the best in the area the location was perfect just a short distance to beach bus stop very close to get to shops in chania the cleaners were amazing the room was spotless everyday and fresh sheets and towels overall it was a perfect holiday and im deffiantley going back i was gutted ti go home to england

Clean rooms, beautiful and large pool. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location if you are a beach lover, close to the bus station and lots of supermarkets and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and we were quite sad to leave. There is also a possibility to get breakfast and lots of room for parking. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning is available and they offer a service for laundry.

We had the most amazing stay at Kyriaki hotel from start to finish. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk from a gorgeous sandy beach and bus stop that will take you into the heart of Chania. Staff were so welcoming and hospitable throughout our stay. Rooms were comfortable and were cleaned each day. This was our second time in Chania, and it was absolutely gorgeous!

Excellent!! Very friendly and very clean hotel. Very helpful and make you feel at home. Joseph the owner is a very nice person. He makes sure that your stay will be much comfortable as possible. The pool is very big and always crystal clear. The attendants at the bar serves you with a smile. Very Quiet hotel to relax. 5 mins walk to the Golden beach from the hotel and there are supermarkets nearby. You can reach the city centre by bus in 13 mins and the bus station is just across the street. Buy tickets from ticket booths, it s cheaper. There are restaurants in the area if you don t want to go in the city centre of Chania, but it s a must to visit especially The Old Town with lots of restaurants, cafes and sweet shops. Hope to come back at Kyriaki Hotel :) I loved it!!
