Absolutely loved our stay at Nuovo Luxury Suites! The service was outstanding, with Elias and the team being warm, helpful, and always available. The suite was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a super comfy bed and great amenities. We especially enjoyed the private plunge pool and peaceful sea views. The location is perfect, quiet but close to the beach, shops, and Chania town. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, high-quality stay in Crete!

100/10! A truly wonderful place to stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Elias is an amazing host – warm, welcoming, and always available if you need anything. You can really feel the care and attention that goes into this place. What I especially loved: it’s a small hotel with just a few rooms, which creates such a calm and intimate atmosphere. And the absolute highlight: the view from the apartment. Simply priceless. Worth every single cent. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The heathed pool is great, and the apartment had all the necessities for my stay. The host also arranged for my transportation from the airport. The location is close (10min walking) to the Golden beach which I found a great beach. There is also a bus spot right in front of the beach which can take you to chania old town, so even without a car you can stay at this location (although a car is definitely better to have)

The pool side doesn’t catch sun (it’s in the shade), so don’t expect to take sun baths in the pool area. The location, although for me was good, if you lack mobility or aren’t able to walk up hill you won’t make it without a car, as the house is in a hil (so the walking distance is through some hilly terrain)

Ilias our host was magnificent! He was very attentive and professional as well as easily contactable via WhatsApp. He ensured we had breakfast daily and checked in with us to arrange room service/cleaning. He also helped us with getting food when we first checked in which was really appreciated.

The overhead shower would make a loud shrieking noise. However this did not take away from the overall experience.

The room was a good size - very large for two people. Also included a king sized bed. The outside area with the pool was lovely and the pool was always in the sun, with the seating in the shade so there was a good choice of places to lay if you liked sun or shade. We were able to check in early which was great and we could store our luggage after checking out so we didn’t have to carry our suitcase all day before our flight. Very accommodating staff. We didn’t have a car and were able to walk to dinner or the shops (although it is on top of a hill so you get your steps in). Would recommend.

Everything about our room was excellent , our host also was also very helpful and quick to respond to our questions or assist us with restaurant suggestions s ordering us 'uber eats', spend the extra and get a room with a pool. Coffee machine was great, very nicely appointed rooms not far from beach

The location although fine if you had a car or bike, we had to walk several steep hills to the beach to get breakfast or to get transport it was a killer in the sun but, so mice once we got home to our apartment Supply of beach towel would be nice addition.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and well equipped. We loved the place, the people and espacially the food there. A huge thank you goes to Elias, the proprietor of the nuovo luxury suites. He was always available to assist us with any additional requests we had. We would definitely book it again. 😊

We loved everything about the room, it was a really special place to stay. The private pool is worth getting and we liked that it was very close to many beaches. It is not in Chania so you'd have to walk or get a taxi in but I wouldn't count it as a negative as it helped us do some exercise (much needed as we were eating a lot during our stay!) the owner was super welcoming and accommodating. The entire stay was just lovely

We enjoyed staying here. Everything was excelent from the view to the cleaning services, breakfast and all the faclities you need It was over our expectation in everyway. 2 or 3 beaches are very close to this place so we enjoyed a lot. The comunication with Ellias was excelent and he helped us in everything we needed. We gladly recommend and for sure will come again!

We had room 1, a suite with private pool and it was by far the nicest place we’d ever stayed! We stayed for 1 night only for an anniversary and had added the extra of strawberries to be waiting in the room, but were surprised by a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for us too. Due to timing we didn’t actually Ilias the owner, only spoke on the phone to get the pin codes to be let in, but he went above and beyond for us including arranging the room to be ready for us at 12pm so we could arrive early. We spent the entire 24 hours at the private pool, nipping out only to get a pizza from Oregano’s restaurant nearby. The pool area was outstanding and far larger than we expected. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable.

We got the bus to the property, not realising that the walk (despite only being around 10 minutes) was up an incredibly steep hill - had we known we would probably have got a taxi!
