I loved the friendliness of Katerina, the hotel manager. She is very cheerful and helpful. Always ready to help and give good advice on sightseeing. The apartment is clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The location is good, however, it is advisable to have a car because buses are rare, and there are parking spaces on the street. The place is quiet and the pool is magnificent for the end of the day with a cocktail recommended by Katerina. I had a very good stay. I can only recommend it! The family studios are very comfortable, very well arranged and neat, plus they have a balcony. The swimming pool is awesome, especially for kids. The owner is great! She makes each guest feel special and comfortable. We arrived past midnight due to flight delay. She welcomed us with warm sandwiches and cold bottled water. Ask her anything, she will find a way to satisfy your request. She washed our laundry 3 times free of charge during our 1-week stay. She also arranged taxi rides for us. She exceeds all expectations. Big kudos for her!

If you are looking for a place to stay and these apartments are available, don't waste your time and book now! Great location, large clean pool, lovely room and wonderful Katerina (the owner of the hotel). Near the hotel there are 3 large supermarkets, 3 great beaches, many restaurants, a bus for 1 euro will take you to the very center in 10 minutes, and Katerina will make you a fabulous strawberry Daiquiri and book you an excursion to any place cheaper than on the Internet! We will definitely be back! Thanks a lot!

A Wonderful Stay at Theo’s Holiday Apartments – Highly Recommended! We had the pleasure of staying at Theo’s Holiday Apartments for two days during an extended trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Katerina and her family made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attentive service really made a difference. The apartment itself was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped – a perfect home away from home. Katerina went above and beyond to help us with taxi bookings and offered great recommendations for the best places to visit in the area. The location is also very convenient – just a 10-minute taxi ride to the Old Town, where there’s plenty to see and do. We also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks offered on-site, which added to the relaxing experience. I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay genuinely deserves the praise. Theo’s Holiday Apartments is family-friendly, welcoming, and run with real care and attention. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected place to stay. Spotless rooms, warm hosts who treat you like family, and the whole place punches well above its weight. Parking? Right out front, every single time - no hassle. The pool’s always clean, water’s warm, and they’ve got you sorted with umbrellas and towels. Cocktails at the bar? Properly done. Location’s a gem too: just 10 minutes to the beach, with sand you’d write home about. Chania’s nearby, and places like Balos, Elafonissi, and the local gorges are all within easy driving range - perfect for day trips without the headache.

Katerina was the perfect host! Always around if we needed anything or to ask for recommendations but not overbearing and allows guests to feel comfortable and relaxed. The room (no.64) was exactly what we needed, comfortable beds, a fridge, decent air-conditioning, plugs next to both sides of the bed! The pool was perfect; very clean and a good temperature! Nice sunloungers and always space around the pool. We had a very relaxing, comfortable stay and would definitely recommend.

This is the best place to stay if you are in Chania, Greece. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels and sheets are changed daily as well. There is everything you need in the room: fridge, table with chairs, TV, air conditioning, even kettle and coffee maker ( per special request and availability).Katarina is the sweetest lady and she is exceptionally hospitable to all the guests staying at Theos apartments. She provides you with all the information needed, you can take beach towels and umbrella in case you don’t have them. Moreover, they have a lovely bar and cafeteria where they can cook lunch and snacks+ make delicious cocktails, prices are reasonable. In case you want to buy food from supermarkets - Synca and Lidl are just 10 min away by walking. There is another supermarket open till 24:00 literally 1 min away from the Theos apartments. You can reach the beautiful sandy beach in 5 minutes from Theos. Coffee shop Monterno is the savior and only 2min away. Overall, a very happy stay at Katarina’s hotel. Everything was excellent, the property is family run, all who have a great passion for customer service which will more than exceed your expectations. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All areas are spotless, rooms are cleaned to a very high standard, with clean towels and sheets daily. Rooms have air con, and a hairdryer is provided. The shower was excellent with very powerful water pressure. There is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, a two ringed hob and coffee maker, we also requested a kettle which was provided free of charge. Our room also had a balcony with table and four chairs with a clothes drying rack. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds with inflatables provided. Beach umbrellas can also be borrowed for beach days. There is even sun cream if you need it, again every eventuality provided for. There is a bar which provides breakfast, meals, snacks, drinks and cocktails all at very reasonable prices, again all served with a smile! The property is five minutes from mini market and five minutes from buses running either way or two major supermarkets a short walk or bus ride away. There are lots of really good restaurants in the close vicinity. The nearest beach is about ten minutes walk away, but there are lots of beaches with all the necessary facilities close by. The sea is also shallow for quite a way out so is ideal for small children. If this property is available for your chosen dates do not hesitate to book, you won’t find anywhere that provides this level of service and friendly hospitality. Very highly recommended.

"Theos Holidays Apartments" have a very good location, somewhere between the main attractions of Chania. Very close to this location you will find 3 great beaches, supermarkets and many Greek taverns where you can taste local specialties. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday, a fabulous swimming pool where the children had fun almost every day. Mrs. Katerina is by far the kindest and most hospitable person I have met in the 12 years since we spent our vacation in Greece. She helped us with absolutely everything to have a quiet vacation. The children always appreciated the Bolognese pasta prepared by her. I spent a week where I did not notice how time passed, from which I left with new experiences and many beautiful pictures. At 1h-1h30m from Chania, you will find the most beautiful beaches on the island: Balos and Elafonissi, and at 2h from this location you will find another important city on this island, Heraklion, where you will find the Museums and the Venetian port of Heraklion which we can't wait to visit next time.

We were a big group of mothers and children. This couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The apartments were clean and a good size. The sofa bed was also comfy even for adults! The pool was great. And nothing was so big that there weren’t sun beds or the children could get lost! It was nice being able to eat there so if the children (or us!) were too tired to go out in the evening we could eat there. We arrived in the evening and there were sandwiches made up in our room for us which was really lovely. It is a short walk to the beach which is just lovely. It stays shallow for quite a way and it was nice to hire pedalos. Fantastic hosts who are so genuinely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely holiday!
