Everything was excellent- super friendly staff (Ms Fotini was especially helpful - arranging trips to Elafonisi, Imbros gorge & Loutro) bus tickets, taxis, general advice & tips). The breakfast was a big highlight - different every day & everything homemade & delicious. We loved the fresh orange juice machine! The pool was relaxing & beautiful & you could get drinks /snacks until the late afternoon. Short walk to the beach (there’s a beach bar there - good for sunsets) supermarket. Apartments very clean & spacious, calm & lovely to gone back to after the busy & lively atmosphere of the old town harbour in the evenings. We walked into the beautiful Chania town every day along the sandy beach (35 mins) to eat at night then catching the bus back. There were restaurants on the way after walking 15 mins or so with a huge choice in the old town.

So glad we picked Sea View Hotel Apartments. The hotel is small enough to feel boutique and seemed to be mostly hosting couples so the atmosphere was very civilised and chilled out. Rooms are a good size and we would use the kitchenette for lunch. Sea view rooms have a great view down the coast toward Chania, ideal for an evening drink before going out to the many restaurants available. Chania old town is an easy 30 mins walk but there are many other options for dining a long the way and the lady at the reception, who was excellent throughout our stay gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The beach nearby is quiet and sandy and a very short walk. Breakfast was plentiful with vast options, friendly staff and a relaxing jazz soundtrack. Finally, the pool is a good size, not too chlorinated and well laid out with a variety of loungers of which there were always some available. The barman was so good we at first thought he owned it as a concession. My partner thought the chill out music was a bit too load so insisted we sit away from the speakers but I was just glad they were playing music that suited the environment and not some dance music like some places do. Utimately if they were a chain restaurant I would seek their other venues out as they know how to do it right!

Key to safe in rooms is a bit unwieldy could be upgraded to a code. No toilet by poolside. Wardrobes space could be a bit bigger.

A lovely hotel with everything we could want, modern facilities, really quiet location and spotlessly clean. Located 5 minutes walk from the beach, and a 30 minute walk into Chania Old Town. There are 2 supermarkets just a short walk away and a few restaurants. There’s a greater selection of restaurants in Chania but the path back along the coast is a bit rough and not well lit at night. There is a bus service though to /from Chania if you don’t want to walk or want to explore further field. If you want to eat in’s easy though to rustle up a basic meal using the self catering facilities in your room. A nice touch when we arrived was complimentary water and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. Breakfast was included- contintental style - loved the freshly squeezed orange juice machine! Communication was good with details of how to access the hotel if we arrived after the reception had closed . I had also requested 2 adjoining rooms a couple of weeks before our arrival which the hotel kindly accommodated. All the staff were great , everyone so friendly and welcoming, from the guy by the pool to the cleaners. Special mention to Fotini the receptionist who went out of her way to help us with any queries we might have. The jewel in the crown in addition to the staff was the swimming pool - well kept and lovely. It was never particularly crowded and we were always able to get a sunbed.

Nothing about the hotel itself. The only thing I didn’t like was the paths around the hotel if you wanted to go out at night were poorly lit.

Very pleasant, intimate, charming little hotel with excellent service and excellent location. Fantastic pool with comfortable sun loungers and bar service. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, a beach that is spectacular, diverse with nice places to eat and relax. You can go to the center on foot, about 30 minutes along the sea. The nearest restaurants in Chania are very close. 5 minutes from the hotel there is a bus stop, line 21 will take you to the old center of Chania in about 20 minutes. After dinner you can walk back because it is already cooler. Breakfasts are very tasty, varied and light. The freshly squeezed juice does the job and the coffee is quite tasty. I highly recommend it because it is clearly a treasure. PS. If your flight is after check-out time, the excellent service will allow you to stay at the pool and take a shower before the trip.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, this stood out from the moment we booked. Thank you. The breakfast was delicious, such a tasty selection. The beds were comfortable, air con worked well. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like a chilled bottle of water (and wine) in the fridge, thank you. The kitchenette was well organised. Seaview is located near a lovely beach, there are places to eat nearby as well as a mini supermarket and bus routes into Chania. It was very helpful to be able to store our luggage safely and use the shower after checkout before our late night flights. We really appreciated this, it made our last day comfortable. Thank you so much 💓

The hotel was brilliant with a lovely pool and good access to the nearby beach and Chania old town. The staff were exceptional and made our stay very enjoyable. I would very much recommend this place and would stay there again if I was coming to Chania. The hotel was very clean throughout and we were provided with fresh sheets and robes daily. It’s a lovely place made even better by the staff on reception and the pool bar.

We had great time at Sea View Hotel, the hotel was calm and quiet. Breakfast was nice with some modifications every morning. We appreciated the fresh orange juice in breakfast buffet. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms had comfortable bed with softer or more dense pillow for both preferences. We had sea view room with terrace. We also enjoyed hotel pool. It was nice that we could rent out beach towels for reasonable price.

We upgraded to a full Sea View studio and we loved it. The room was spacious, modern, clean. The bed was comfortable, but a bit on the soft side for our taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering hints and suggestions when requested; otherwise nothing was needed from them as everything went smooth as silk. The breakfast was indeed fabulous, many things to choose from, both warm and cold, several deserts, changing a bit every day. A beautiful sandy beach (Kladissos) was just a 2-minute walk away, with a small rocky hill to one side as a nice observation point. The surroundings were a bit unkept on the side from the main road towards the hotel entrance, but that is not the hotel's fault. If you rent a car, it is easy to park on the street near the hotel.

Personnel is highly professional and very friendly. Breakfast is various and very delicious, everything, including typical Greek pastry, is prepared with love by their excellent cook. Rooms are very clean, some with beautiful sea view. The hotel offers also a pool with a bar open until early evening. The location is calm and idyllic.

It was overall a very nice and comfortable stay. The room with a sea view was spacious enough and clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. Gorgeous pool. We really liked the experience.

Nothing really. Only the shower was leaking and we should have told it to the staff to get it fixed but forgot and days went by. We don't take out the points for this one though.
