It is a small hotel. It was nice to not have too many people there. The apartment was a good size and had a large balcony with side views of the water and the town. It is located very close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly. There was an honesty fridge where you could purchase water and other drinks. It was a short taxi ride 10 euro from the main bus terminal. The pool was a lovely size with plenty of sun lounges.

Lovely spacious apartment, nice small pool too. Love the honesty bar, appropriately priced too. Free tea/coffee too. Always got a lounger given there’s only 8.

I would have preferred being able to access the balcony of the kitchen rather than in the bedroom as I rise earlier than my husband. It is a good location for those that want to be away from everything however there is traffic going past all the time. It’s is a 20 minute walk to the harbour.

The location of the property is amazing. It is about 15 minutes from some nice beaches and you can also walk to Old Town Chania in 20-25 minutes. All of the staff members that I interacted with were warm and friendly. The pool was also very nice.

I can’t praise Sea & City Apartments enough. This property exceeded all my expectations. Absolutely loved the property including our apartment (Suites) and the overall decor and style. Our room was spacious, clean, well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. Loved that the room had a good quality coffee maker and pods refilled daily. I loved that the property has its own pool which was open 8am-8pm to allow early morning swims. The self-serve drinks area with refrigerated drinks (soft and alcoholic) and honesty system was so helpful and reasonably priced. The option to pre-book healthy & very tasty breakfasts for the following morning is a brilliant idea and to have this served by the pool was really special. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They were easy to contact and quick to respond. This is one of the most lovely and personal places I have ever stayed and I would love to return one day. In a great location to walk into Chania but far enough away to get away from the busy city. Love love love this place. Thank you.

We had the best time at Sea & City. Honestly, I was blown away by the value for money. Brilliant location - 5 minutes from the beach / lots of restaurants and bakeries etc. Then another 20 minutes to the Old Town / Port. Felt super safe. The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are wonderful & can’t do enough for you. We had a late check-in which they were happy to help with & organised taxis etc for us. The pool area is literally gorgeous & our room was lovely too with a fridge / nespresso machine etc. There was also an honesty fridge which was really handy when lounging by the pool. Literally can’t fault it and will definitely be back!

Beautiful, clean spacious apartment with large balcony. The space feels like a boutique hotel. Small pool was just perfect to lounge around. George and Virginia are perfect hosts and very accommodating. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like family. The location is a short walk into the main harbour and away from the noise. The sea is basically at your doorstep. I would happily return here and highly recommend this property. In addition, housekeeping was excellent. We came back to a spotless room at the end of every day. Thank you for a delightful 5 nights!

Easy check in very welcoming staff and helpful - apartment was clean and spacious - maid service every day - pool area had enough comfy seating - good location - 25min walk to Chaina old town lots of restaurants and shops - also had private parking if you hire a car - beach was a stones throw away - supermarket/fresh bakery five mins walk - we had a late flight on the day we were leaving we were able to leave our baggage with no issues and use the pools shower facilitates which was a real nice touch - could order breakfast daily if you wished which was delicious - bottled water and beer available with an 'honest' book to write what you took - felt very safe

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to Crete! The facilities are modern and exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises, just great quality. We especially loved the spacious balcony overlooking the pool, complete with a cozy seating area. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the port, where you’ll find plenty of charming fish restaurants. Plus, there’s a bakery and supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this stay!

The cabinet door covering the fridge should be removed, as it prevents the fridge from closing properly.

Situated just a seconds across from the beach and a short walk to the main fish restaurants and 25 min walk along the front to the main port of Chania the apartments were ideal. The host and owner Virginia was great, helpful and friendly always on hand. The apartments were fully kitted out and immaculate. Constantly being cleaned and tidied. Free tea & coffee available and also as a shared mini bar in the foyer which is a small cost but fair priced. The apartments have a great design and are spacious too, everything has been thought out including a W/C outside and an outdoor amazing lounge, pool and sun loungers. So quiet as it is an adult only so a perfect retreat. Again they have even made a waiting area for pick up outside with a bench and shelter which doesn't sound much but the design is great. The design and thought behind these apartments is very high standard and well worth the price.
