Just a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of Nea Chora with multiple seafront restaurants and just a 20 minute relaxed walk from the Old Port and town. Great communication, every day cleaning and at a great bargain. The standard studio can easily accommodate a family of 4.

The bed could be better. Driving in the narrow streets to get there is a bit tricky and it seems you can only reach the location by getting into an one-way street for a few metres. Obviously not the hotels' problem. This wouldn't stop me from booking again.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and serviced daily. The location is perfect – just a few steps from Nea Chora beach and a 15-minute walk to Chania’s Old Town. Free parking was always available, which was very important for us as we explored the beaches in the region. The staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. A big plus – you can rent a car directly at the hotel. Full recommendation for Tellus City!

The hotel was conveniently located if you did not have the car. The staff was very helpful, the rental car and the travel agency are located in the same building. The room was getting cleaned daily, and the towels were changed after the 3rd day.

The fourth bed in the room was located directly under the AC, which caused my kids to get sick when they alternated sleeping on it.

Everything was very clean and new, the beach was just a few minutes of walk and we were able to see it from the side of over terrace. There is a little parking lot next to the hotel, you drive through very narrow streets but it is OK, we managed to find a parking spot every day of our stay. Also the old town was relatively near and you could walk by the sea all the way.

The beds were not too comfortable. And the stairs were litlle bit tricky.

Great location, comfortable beds, pleasant check-in and check-out. You can leave your bags/suitcases there after the check out. Also I'm really greatful that I could check in earlier. Over all great experience. Would 100% recommend.

Everything was great but I have some thinks that I missed there. There was just kettle but no tea, coffee or sugar. Only 1 spoon. I would really appreciate if there was at least basic cutlary and place in the lobby or somewhere where you can heat up food.

Very close to the Nea Chora beach, you can hear the waving sea from the flat. The bed is confortable and the AC is really efficient, which is essential in summertime in Crete. There is room service every day, the bed sheets and towels are constantly changed. Near the Tellus City there is a construction site right now, but if you close the windows, it won't be disturbing.

Great location very spacious room which was cleaned daily beach just less than a minute walk on a lovely strip with lovely taverns and restaurants all with a sea view short walk to the bustling centre of chania ..a pool would have been a nice bonus but with the beach been so close it made up for it.

I really couldn't find fault the price we paid for this accomodation was very good valu.

What a fabulous location, a 15second walk to the beach! Very clean, and a super comfortable bed(and I’m fussy) We were also able to hire a car, from the Host, and there is onsite car parking. Lovely Host and also our cleaning Lady -Thankyou

Everything was ok. There’s no frills or fancy, but that’s ok.

The location is perfect, just next to the Nea Chora beach few steps and 15 minutes walk to the old town of Chania. The staff was very helpful. It is also very convenient when you want to have a tour from Chania. Just tell the staff and tomorrow you can go. Irini helped me to book a taxi to the airport that made the trip went smoothly. Strongly recommend if you need a place next to the sea of Chania and enjoy smooth holidays.

The air-conditioner was a little bit weak and took a little bit long time to cool down the room.
