My parents had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished — everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect: just a short walk to both the beach and the town center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. One of the highlights was the convenient on-site dining option, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, friendly and well-located place to stay!

Everything! The owners and staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. Our room was perfect with the most amazing sea view across Nea Chora beach and beyond. The bathroom was great with some lovely toiletries, beds were comfortable and the air con was quiet and effective. Everything was kept beautifully clean. Just a two minute walk to the beach and a choice of fabulous restaurants or a ten minute walk into the old town and more fabulous restaurants! I would absolutely recommend Arocaria and hope to be going back on our next visit to Chania. Efcharisto!

Absolutely nothing.

Fab location. Near good restaurants, lovely beaches and easy walk into town and to bus/coach station. Room fine and comfy bed. Good supply of tea and coffee and little treats. Blue towels to take to the beach a nice touch

WiFi was erratic. Would have been nice to have had a couple of small plates and cutlery provided in the room to make eating on the balcony easier. We had asked, via email, about the new breakfast deal but it was never mentioned and didn't materialise so we didn't bother with it. Went to get supplies from local mini mart. But only minor points, overall a lovely accommodation.

Spotlessly clean, cleaned daily. great , friendly hosts, couldn’t do enough for you. Great view over looking the sea and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Good air con. Complimentary toiletries. Smart tv. And a lovely touch from the hosts which was much appreciated when arriving was a bottle of wine, water, fruit juice , breakfast items. Bath robes and slippers also came in very handy As well as coffee machine, coffee, tea, milk filled up daily. Really enjoyed our relaxing stay here.

Beds a little too firm. Could do with a topper on the mattress to soften them a bit.

The location is great - right at the beach and next to some really good restaurants. Added bonus - you can see incredible sunsets from the balcony. The room was recently renovated and cleaned every other day (btw on my personal opinion looks better in real life then on the pictures). The staff was really nice and helpful, overall - great place to stay!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations in every way! The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking. Upon checking in, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful welcome gift that included croissants, a bottle of wine, juice, and water—a lovely gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, from a coffee machine and kettle to a selection of teas, coffees, sugars, and even milk. The housekeeping staff were outstanding—friendly, efficient, and meticulous in keeping our room clean and tidy. They ensured that our coffee supplies and toiletries were replenished daily without us needing to ask. Other highlights included reliable wifi, well-appointed rooms, and the convenience of staff fluent in Ukrainian. The nearby beach was pristine, surrounded by numerous restaurants and mini-markets. Also, supermarket is just a short 10-15 minute walk away. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience.

I don’t even know where to begin, everything about our stay at Arocaria was absolutely delightful.. The room was cleaned every day, coffees, teas and all the other goodies (all complementary) replaced, we had a complimentary bottle of wine and juice. The location of the property is perfect if you want to be close to the center (walking distance) and still far from the hustle and bustle, because there are many tourists. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. We couldn’t have had a better stay :)

The host and staff at Arocaria Apartments are exceptionally warm and friendly. Our room was perfect. Amazing view, overlooking the sea and fishing harbour, and cleaned to a high standard every day! Great location. Many restaurants and Cafes along the seafront to choose from. The restaurant (50/50) under the apartment was great - Antonio very helpful with taxi service and local information. Walking distance to the centre, bus station and Venetian Harbour.

Absolutely nothing!

The hosts are very kind and helped us with everything we needed. They were so easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect and adjusted! The hotel is just by the beach and only a 10min walk to the city.

That we had to leave.

Thanks to the hotel staff for their kindness, help and of course for the perfect cleanliness of the room every day. And also for a beautiful room with a gorgeous view and delicious wine as a gift upon arrival. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The place where the hotel is located is the best, not far from the beaches and the center, near a quiet promenade, a huge selection of restaurants. I recommend the restaurant which is right at the bottom of the hotel. Separately, I want to note the hotel administrator, he is a very kind, pleasant person, ready to answer all questions and help. I'll be glad to come back here someday.

Hair dryer. It's time to replace it. Nothing more to add, everything was perfect.
