Really convenient location, stone's throw from the Old Town and the sea, and a walking distance from the bus station. Very clean, well-maintained and furnished apartment. Small but functional kitchen with all the basic utensils. Nice, shaded parking space downstairs. Very close to small grocery and convenience shops where you can grab your morning coffee. Excellent value for money. The only thing that you should consider is the fact that the apartment is across the street from a school with two basketball courts and there are two construction sites operating in the neighborhood (as of April 2024), so there might be some noises during the day.

The property is very central only 5 mins walk to old town and harbour and 6/7 mins to the beach. Nice to sit out on balcony and have a the sea view . The property was clean and comfortable. We hired a car and having a parking place was fantastic as parking is a premium on the streets. Was contacted by owners to check everything was ok which was a nice touch.

Need air con in the bedroom

Not the typical touristic building, somewhat a feeling not to be in a dedicated structure and live like Chania inhabitants..... And very good location, just some minutes walk away from the old town. Visiting the western part of Creta during the day, and enjoying the city life in the evening.

We spent the last 4 days of our 3 week Cretan holiday at Pilot Lux Apartments & were extremely happy with our choice. Location was great, very close to the old town & had a lovely sea view from the balcony. Easy walking distance to the beach where there were a wide selections of tavernas & lots of choice of sea food dishes. Apartment was well equipped & it would have been possible to cook for yourself but we preferred to eat out for lunch & dinner. Very large comfortable bed with wide choice of bedding & lots of storage space. Didn't use the tv or air con so cannot comment on them. Very easy to locate keys & although we didn't meet the owner communication was excellent. Owner arranged our taxi transfer to the airport with Crete Lux Travel who I would recommend & will use when we are in Chania. Lovely end to our holiday.

Some traffic noise & noise from school opposite but didn't impact on our holiday as we were out most of the day.

Wonderful view, near to the city centre of Chania. Lot of place to park. It was our honeymoon and oir host have us a bottle of wine 🥂

The location was excellent with easy access to beach and old town. Comfortable apartment and great to come back to after day of sight seeing around chania - especially being able to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves and watching the sunset behind the chimneys. Comfortable bed and great shower.

No atmosphere, just basic apartment, no air conditioning in bedroom and no fan provided. Difficult to sleep at night due to this issue, apartment directly across from school basketball court very noisy
