Short walking distance from both Nea Chora beach & Golden beach and 15 min walking to Chania Old Town / shopping areas. Excellent restaurants on the passing street and Nea Chora walking street by the sea. Kitchen, AC and all the other needed basic amenities of an apartment. Grocery store on the same street around 150 meters to the center. Bus no 11 stops next to apartments. Free parking places on the side street.

No big negatives - more like good to be aware that the morning traffic on sunrise Mon-Sat around 7.00-7.30 am will probably wake you up at the streetside / seaview apartments so bare in mind if you are a late sleeper. Some shelves at the bathroom would have been handy.

The location is great - close to a nice beach if you want to go for a quick swim, you can park your car on the street, close to markets, bakery, restoraunts. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, 20 min walk from the center. It's cleaned every day, towels are replaced, the service is nice. The bed is nice and comfy, the balcony has a nice view at the beach.

It's on the street that has some loud traffic at all times, so you can't sleep with the balcony open without the risk of being woken up by something that sounds like a tank at 4am. Bring ear plugs. Sound isolation is good tho, when you close the balcony. Also, the AC unit is old and really loud.

Our balcony overlooked the beach and we experienced a unique Cretan vibe watching the people and traffic below our unit. The Bello Cafe downstairs offered terrific coffee and a late night pizza (or breakfast in the morning) served by cheerful staff who answered all our questions about Chania. The red elevator was an unexpected charm. Wifi worked very well!

Street parking can be a bit tricky but we managed.

We’ve spend 7 nights at Kleanthi Studios and really enjoyed it! Comfortable for 2 adults + a baby or 3 adults (has a double bed and a sofa). We had a huge corner balcony. Beach is pretty close (one is like 3 min walk, another one in 10 min walk). Staff is super friendly and helpful (allowed us to leave the luggage in storage after we checked out). There’s a cafe on a ground floor with lots of TVs (useful during Euro).

No salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen.

Thus is a great location if you don’t fancy being on the centre of chania, which, although gorgeous, can be very busy and just for tourists. I could see the sea from my room and it’s a two minute walk to the beach. Walking away from the town is a nice quiet spot to swim and the beach is fine and quiet in late April. There’s a nice cafe downstairs and a great restaurant on front right there. Feels local and local prices

Nice, clean apartment with a small kitchen and balcony with a sea view. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very good location - everything reachable by foot. One beach is just across the street, another one 5 min walking distance. The old town within 20 minutes walking distance. You can find few restaurants, bars, bakeries, mini-markets in the same street, which is very convenient. We would definitely recommend to stay in this place.

I had really good time at this place. Small apartmant with balkony and the view of the sea, just few metres from the beach. Food in the restourant was great, service also. Worth of every penny, also you can hear the waves at night. In walking distance of fhe old town. Wifi worked great.

It would be good to have bigger tv, as well as netflix. The only thing that can be better is that one.

lovely view, friendly owners, big room with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the room got cleaned everyday

would have been nice having curtains for the shower. The room had a beautiful view and nice balcony however had to keep doors close due the smell of cigarettes and noise coming from the street

Everything from cleaning services was brilliant food all staff owners could not do enought for us so friendly would highly recommend

Shower could have been bigger as the bathroom are good size so have the space

Staff was lovely and friendly, and very helpful. Rooms were clean and included all the basic tools you need for cooking. Location is lovely, like 1 minute walk from the beach or mini market. Cafe Bello was also good, especially the toast and club sandwich.
