We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond in every detail – we were upgraded to a beautiful room, welcomed with cake and sparkling wine, and received daily recommendations for our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Exceptional customer service throughout – we truly felt special. Highly recommended!

While our overall stay was wonderful, there are two small areas for improvement. The resort is located in a rather secluded spot and was a bit difficult to find when arriving by car – clearer signage at the entrance would be very helpful. In addition, as many different staff members were assisting us, we sometimes had to repeat the same information more than once.

Loved loved our stay. Final stop for us on Greek island exploring and what a treat to finish on, the staff could not do enough for us the entire stay. It was part of our honeymoon and we felt so special here, we were treated to an upgraded room, flowers, a cake and bubbly in the room waiting for us as well as access to an offering of fruit, veg, water & bubbly to watch the sunset with by reception. The spa was incredible, floated back to the room after. Would 1000% recommend and revisit this hotel, cannot thank everyone enough for our special stay

The stylish hotel felt at home and the pool had plenty of gorgeous beds to relax on. The kids club was a place the children couldn’t wait to go back to as they made friends all week. The gym was well equipped and well used. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfasts. We loved the locations as you could walk off site to restaurants or get a taxi into Chania. The hotel always felt spotlessly clean.

Our stay at the hotel was great. It offered a delicious Eastern lunch, the breakfast was very complete, with several options of Cretan traditional ingredients, and the facilities were very well maintained.

The hotel needs to provide better signage on how to arrive at the property. The street to access the hotel is very narrow and unmarked from the main road; this should be urgently changed. Also, the hotel is a perfect family destination, but it can be a little too crowded if this is not your desired type of trip.

Hotel was unreal - it was like something out of White Lotus if you've seen that TV series. All of the staff go out of their way to answer any questions and make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was incredible (too many options of anything), and the pool bar / restaurant is perfect for drinks in the evening.

Location is good if you're planning to visit the old town, but there isn't much else going on unless you're willing to travel 1.5 hours in a car / taxi.

Amazing property, very beautiful indeed and so well looked after in every detail. Extremely spacious rooms and those with the pool are like mini-villas - excellent value for money and added privacy for those who want to benefit from a pool away from the rest of the guests. Great options onsite for food and the breakfast is superbly rich in terms of choices and delicious. I can't wait to go back! One of the very best holidays so far:-)

Nothing, it was all just great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Domes Zeen Chania and I must say it was an exceptional experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff were incredibly polite, warm, and helpful, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Whether it was the front desk or the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The hotel’s interior is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy charm. The attention to detail in the decor was noticeable in every corner, from the lobby to the rooms. Speaking of rooms, they were spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. And the food—wow! Every meal I had was delicious, from the breakfast buffet to dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The variety and quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations, and the presentation was just as impressive.

Everything is great. From arrival to the rooms. We were lazy to leave the hotel but meals were good plus Beach restaurant changes menu everyday so it does not become boring. More importantly staff. Sophia , she is everywhere. Nathalia at the reception. Yorgos at the restaurant , he is following all the details. Agyris at breakfast. Very good idea, hôtel give information everyday about nice beach to visit next day according to meteo. Even though we did not move. Architecture is great. Hotel looks as if absorbed to the nature. Even rooms are close you have privacy.

I can not say we did not like but few things can be improved. -waiting time to have an outdoor table at breakfast -some of service staff are not very experienced. It can be organized better. Intention is there. I am sure it will get better. -minibar could be richer in choices even if there is roon service -minibar fidge was noisy in one of 4 rooms wr stayed

The food was great. The staff was incredible. The view from our room was fantastic. Loved having our own private plunge pool. The concierge was 10 out of 10 helpful - we missed a flight and she handled getting us new tickets with ease. Great place to stay in Chania, and lots of activities nearby.

I really loved this hotel - one thing to note though: the beach is essentially rocky (large round stones) so you will really require water shoes. It's very difficult to walk on. I still loved it but just note that it isn't sandy and it will kill your feet if you don't have flip flops or water shoes. That's the only reason I gave it a 9 - otherwise the hotel is perfect.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, truly superb. The reception / arrival is phenomenal, can’t think of a hotel reception view I like more. The facilities are great. The team are all lovely. Location to Chania old town is good, given it’s also a full service resort. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. You will not be disappointed. Special comments to Naya from Guest Relations who helped make our stay even more memorable.
