Lovely small apartment with a kitchenette, good shower, balcony and very comfortable beds! Also the location is very handy as the apartments are situated close to a beautiful beach, and there's a small supermarket almost next door. The bus stop for Chania is only a few steps away. The fact that there's a bar on the ground floor didn't bother us as it closed early and the wasn't any noise late in the evening. The owner was very helpful as he sent me practical information per whatsApp before our arrival. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a holiday in Chania area.

There was nothing to dislike

Recently renovated and spotless. Excellent location just by the best beach in the area. Large room with basic kitchen, fridge with freezer box, comfy bed, good Aircon and WiFi. Supermarket and cafe bar right next door. Bus stop to Chania town right outside. Tho you can walk to Chania along the pretty coastline in 20 minutes. The area has everything you could want. The owners are very helpful, booking taxis and restaurant recommendations etc. lovely little pool to cool down and sun loungers that get the sun all afternoon. My terrace got the sun all morning so it was perfect. Road is pretty quiet and even though there is the sports bar just outside, I was never bothered by noise. 10/10 definitely recommend.

They wouldn't let me keep "scooby" the gorgeous little puppy in the sports bar. 😁

Sun Beach Apartments exceeded our expectations for a relaxing holiday. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, including a cozy balcony that was perfect for unwinding. We loved the convenience of the on-site car rental, provided by the same friendly owner who runs the apartments. The location is fantastic, with a quiet, stunning beach just a minute's walk away. There’s also a great sports bar nearby where you can watch football and enjoy food and drinks. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely nothing. The only downside was that we had to leave!

We stayed for a week here. The host Savvas was extremely helpful, polite & knowledgeable. He organised a taxi to collect & drop us off at the airport . He has his own car hire service that is available right outside the apartments so is super convenient and reasonably priced. He gave us great recommendations & information for trips and attractions. Our apartment was clean, very comfortable and in a perfect location for the beaches and local shops & restaurants. The apartments are serviced every 3 days with cleaning, fresh bed linen & towels. Toilet rolls are replaced, shower gel & shampoo, hand soap & washing up liquid are provided. Tea towels too. It was great and we would definitely recommend & return .

Double Bed was super comfy, there was also sofa in a living room, but didn't use to sleep. Beach, shops, bus stop- everything in minutes by walk Loads of parking space infront and a minute walk away Very important air, space - 2 balconies, loads space in living room Been to 3 places that time and this was best He also have rental of cars and bikes can see it in front of on google street map

Fridge didn't work properly. Bar for ones could be great for others not. But time I was it was only on weekend and wasn't open till late night, don't know how is summer, but if will be busy I will better run away and back when they close. Balcony is just over bar

The host was very, very helpful and friendly. He quided where to go and where to eat. Every evening when we returned about 20:00 he inquired was the day succesfull ..and gave succestions listening to our wishes. !!!! Near our place was the best and cheapest food place of our 10 days trip. Visited there two times. The apartment is about 100m from the beach. And a restaurant approx. 500m . Pool was sufficient to our needs. NOTE the host has also car rental company...rolling car rentals...price at same level than others . We had rented car from airport for 10 days,,,about 450 eur(full insurance). The department has air conditioning system. Large balcony...everything was so good and functional...the host's wife took care of cleanliness of the apartment...every 3 day she changed the sheets...she also was so friendly and helpfull.

Downstars is also a Sport Bar.different owner.jeah....i order at first evening Margarita pizza and the bar keeper asked me : if we add tomato to pizza...? Whaat?and the result was confusing.... we didn't go there anymore ,we had a car for searcing for new experiences

A fabulous place to stay and great value for money! 3 minutes from the beach and one of the most amazing beaches in the area. Other beaches 10 mins away were lovely too.. The apartment was basic but fully equipped.. just what we were looking for. The bed was super comfy... our most top requirements of all! Andrea's and Chrissa, were super hosts! I really couldn't recommend this place more 😍

It was all good. A bus service takes you into town about every 30 minutes. A super location.

Sun beach apartment was great. Located in a quiet area but close enough to walk to restaurants (we really liked Pergola)Very comfortable bed and aircon. Good size rooms and kitchen with everything you need. Two good size balconies with pool and sea views. A two minute walk to the superb beach and a supermarket and bar right outside. It's also only ten minutes in the car to Chania which is great place to explore. Savvas and his wife are lovely people and are happy to help with anything. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment spotlessly clean with towels and sheets changes every three days, great size room with balcony. Our host Savvas was really friendly and helpful, the resort was perfect for us Fairley quite we loved the informal beach bars and great Tavernas especially the Pergola. I would defiantly recommend this accommodation.

The attached bar that is nothing to do with Sun Beach wasn't for us the owner was a bit stressed and disagreeable lots of other nice bars to go to though.

Very clean and modern apartment, close to the beach (1-2 min to walk), close to nice tavernas and shops, quiet area, appr. 3 km to Chania center, possible to walk or use local bus (station is close to hotel).

We liked everything and had a good time in this apartment hotel.
