First of all, the owners were very kind and always smiling. The place was really great, we rented a car at the airport and it is around 30min drive there. The location gives you access to 3-4 beaches in walking distance and great location for travelling by car around the island. Hotel has a nice chilling place with a pool and a bar which is serving great breakfasts, drinks and snacks throught the day We will definitely consider this again if we will return to Crete some day ! Nothing, maybe the bathroom could be larger but it was enough for us.

It's our second time staying at Sun City and it was another 10 star experience! The hospitality was exceptional, hotel is charming, spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The friendly atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Location is great near a few lovely beaches, we recommend Yanis beach where we spent most of our time and some great tavernas yet it is in a quiet area. It's easy to catch a bus to the Chania, making exploring super convenient. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay. We look forward to our next visit. Everything was perfect, the location is great, vis a vis you have two restaurants, you have two big supermarkets and you are close to Chania town which you can go very easy. The hotel is very clean, the ladies are coming every day to clean the room, the AC working properly and the stuff is very very friendly. I recommend 100% for a beautiful experience in Crete! We really enjoyed staying at Sun City. The family running the hotel are really lovely and made us feel very welcomed. The room we stayed in was a bit small but that didn’t bother us at all as it was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel has a great location as it is very close to restaurants, bus stop, two big supermarkets, car rentals and also nice sandy beaches.

We were on first floor where the WiFi connection wasn’t stable and only worked some of the time.

The entire family that runs the hotel is so nice you feel like you are at home. Rooms are big and allow you to take the best rest possible. There is a swimming pool in front of the hotel,there is also a nice small bar with great people working in it. Have a beer or whatever drink you want and meet people from all around the world - the best experience ever and like a big happy family. You can also decide for a breakfast there or to grab a quicl snack. And also beatiful beaches are just a few minutes away. Across the road there are 2 great restaurants which give you chance to explore great greek cuisine (Angelo and Oregano). I would recommend Sun City to everyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation and feel like being there before even if it is the first time. Gina and the family - you are the best and really thanks for everything from heart!

This is our third stay at this hotel - it says the most. Great to have family rooms suited for 4 people. Gina and all the stuff are extremely nice and hospitable. The pool area, the plants and flowers, great balconies. Great location next to supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches. If you ever need, a pharmacy and a doctor are also nearby.

Everything works, but the facilities are starting to age. The WiFi coverage in the family apartments could be stronger.

Amazing property we had best time ever thank you very much. The room had a sea view for 2 different beaches. 4 different beaches are nearby all super beautiful and few minutes walk. The rooms had great service, very clean, the host super friendly and caring. Could not have a better stay! thank you!

Great host, very helpful, nice and welcoming staff, one of the largest family apartments in the town, nice pool, great location next to beaches and supermarkets. We really appreciate the grass and the plants in the area making it look like a small oasis on a busy street. Stayed there for our second time. Big thanks to Gina and the other staff for accommodating our extra needs and being helpful!

If I had to be picky, I'd wish the water pressure in the shower was higher, the WiFi signal in the family apartment stronger (had to go down to the pool / reception for getting good connection). The facilities are all working and perfectly useable, but far from new and could use an upgrade. There is nothing the hotel can do with it, but the street it is located on can be quite noisy if you have a baby sleeping.

Nice things: the pool; the size of the room; the balcony; the location (bus stops right next to the hotel, very nice beaches a short walk away, restaurants, cafes (I recommend Move On creperie for a real morning coffee) and a sports bar Loca Cafe nearby).

Not so nice: the size of the bathroom which is actually tiny-tiny, breakfast almost the same every day, no ham, no cheese, just bread, jam, yogurt and some fruit.

The people who owns sun city are the greatest, very sweet and welcoming, the apartment, pool and area was very nice. Everything was quite lovely and we had a real good time there, great for children too. If we come back to Greece we definitely will choose the same place.

The air-condition made lots of noise.
