Location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful. It's close to the park with a lot of shade, several beaches and many markets. Easy to find. Clean and pleasant enough. Everything we needed for a short stay, but could comfortably spend a week. Although we stayed in a room without a balcony there was a space in front of our room where we could sit outside and also dry our beach things on a rack. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent.

It didn't mater to us because we only stayed for two nights but the hotel is squeezed among other buildings so don't expect privacy once out of your room. Also, once out of the room there is some sewage smell at parts of a day.

It was near 3 beach: SunSet, Iguana and Yannis for 5 minutes walk away. We had shops and restaurants by the corner of the street and bus station 2 minutes away (number 21 to Chania). The cleaning lady came each day except Sunday. Changed the towels snd 1x the bed sheets. We had free Air-condition tv through satellite a small fridge, in one room it worked well in the other made loud noises. By the reception you could borrow books and games, umbrella. They have taxi service to the airport and trips. Nice stuff and helpful

The electric stove did not work properly could not prepare any food. No microwave or coffee machine available.

Everything was wonderful. We've been staying at this hotel for several years and are always satisfied. The rooms are always clean, with fresh towels and responsive staff who are always ready to help and offer advice. This year, there was even a new addition to the staff—a cat named Yellow—who lived on our floor and didn't want to leave. However, he didn't bother us. The hotel also offers bus tickets to Chania and taxi services. There is a wide selection of books available. The beach is very close, and the store is just 800 meters away. This hotel is an absolute delight.

You should immediately understand that my rating is based on the price-quality ratio. The location is certainly very good. A couple of minutes' walk to the bus stop, a little further to the beach. There are several beaches at once and everyone can choose. The bus to the city runs frequently and quickly. There are supermarkets, restaurants and other shops nearby. The staff is very friendly. Right away, upon check-in, they told me everything, marked places to visit on the map, gave recommendations, it is possible to buy bus tickets. I liked the cleanliness of the room. It was really very clean. The room has utensils for cooking, not much, but enough. The air conditioning worked great! I didn't have a view from the room, it was on the wall of the neighboring building, but I knew about it before checking in, since I chose a budget accommodation option, but there is a table with chairs in front of the entrance. For its price, I liked staying here and I can't say that anything was bad.

The personal was very nice and helpful. The location was very close to the beach and to the park with pines. The room was clean with a good air conditioning and enough space.

the single thing that I didn't really like was the electric cooktop in the room. It took ages to boil water or cook. it's my second time in Greece and 2nd time with such cooktops, so it might be the local issue rather than exclusive Niriis hotel's peculiarity.

This is a one-star hotel with FIVE-star service. Spotless room, excellent bed (if you like a firm mattress), attention to guests' requests, great location with a beach nearby and nice eateries around. An intelligent and knowledgeable host George who picked us from the airport in the middle of the night, made us comfortable, gave us very useful hints, ...

There was a problem with Internet BUT it wasn't really the hotel's fault. The whole area was without Internet for some time.

Affordable hotel, ratio price/services very good. Clean rooms with all needed necessities. Excellent hosts, very hospitable and assist you/arrange for you what ever is available (tours, logistics info, transportation). Hotel is very close (walking distance) to many sandy beaches. Walking distance to Chania also via beach road.

The host was very friendly and gladly gave us 15 min presentation about all Crete and what to visit with great tips. Neighboring restaurant Talos is the greatest in town. Definately check it. And we could use washing service which we really needed ;) (4eur) Nice beaches nearby.

The room window was to a wall, and the "balcony" is not cozy to sit in, because people from other rooms walking by your room. The parking is not by hotel, you need to look for parking place in the nearest street, not far, 1-2 min by walk

Apartment was beautiful: It has a garden view, spacious shower, comfortable mattresses, it's own balcony, kichenette with everything needed, cleaning everyday, two clean towels per person every two days... Owner an the stuff are very kind. Everything is few steps away: three beaches good for snorkeling, two supermarkets, two restaurants, bus station for Chania (1.10 eur ticket) We' ll come again!

Nice accomodation close to the beach and the city. There is free parking close to the hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped.

There was sewage smell coming from the toilet and the aircon wing was a little wobbly and was quite loud. We had to manually adjust it firmly in place so that we could sleep.
