We loved our stay at Sun Nicolas for the following reasons: - Great location, near amazing beaches, supermarkets and restaurants in close proximity. Bus stop right outside for trips to Chania (so easy to get the bus) - Swimming pool was really nice - Room was suitable for our needs (2 adults and 2 teens), quiet, had everything we needed - Private parking when we hired a car - Jenny was an amazing host, made us feel so welcome and very friendly and helpful. She also gave us some really good tips for other areas to explore in Crete and also recommended some really nice tavernas to eat!

We booked Sun Nicolas due to location and positive feedback we had read. We definately made the right choice, we were located right next to the bus stop for Chania and Jenny our host was the most friendly lovely person. So helpful and greeted us every day with a smile which made us feel so at home and welcome. Our flight inbound landed late but Jenny waited up for us to arrive and our flight home was a late flight and again Jenny was so helpful by letting us keep the room a little longer to freshen up before we departed. Thank you Jenny to you and your team for making our stay so relaxing and comfortable.

There was nothing we didn't like, everything was just perfect.

The apartment was big with one separate bedroom, both rooms with air conditioner. Kitchen fully equipped, electric jug, coffee express. It was cleaned every day , towels changed often, and I never saw dirty ones. At the begging we get soap and tooth brush sets. Toilet small but clean.Big terrace . Poll , clean, water warm, for us size was enough, nearby the pool sun beds and sun umbrellas. Hotel is situated about 400 meters from the beach (at least 3 beaches). Couple taverna's and markets (even Lidl, and local Syn.ka)near the hotel. For the desert staff - wear kind and always helpful with a lot of information whatever you may need. Very good quality for the price. Jenny and rest of staff - thank you for beautiful vacation!!!

Nothing. What I eventually point if you are going to cook some dishes, it would be good to have better electric stove or pot and pan suitable for one the is in the room - very long heating up and cooking.. To consider - change lights for brighter.

We really loved the place! Jenny is a perfect host, always smiling, helpful. She even offered vegetables from their garden, yummy :) The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and the cleaning was done every day! The location is great as you can reach a couple of beaches on foot, and the bus to Chania goes every 10 minutes or so. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Do not expect a new and modern apartment, it is very clean and comfortable though, we would not hesitate to go back. One minus was the bathroom which is tiny but this is very common in Greece.

The apartment had everything we needed, balcony was perfect for sunrise and sunset. Great for people watching too. The pool was perfect and quiet. Jenny was wonderful and very accommodating to our late arrival. The location is perfect. The buses to Chania centre are so cheap, quick and often. The bus stop is only a few steps away from the apartment. The area has plenty of beaches with 5-10min walk, an abundance of places to eat and drink.

Nothing it was great

The host was awesome - very positive, welcoming, and available. She gave us some very nice raccomendations for places to visit. The hotel is located near the beach, so morning bathings were super easy to achieve. Near the hotel there are some nice places for lunch/dinner. The parking spot in the hotel was also a good addition to the overall nice experience.

Only thing was that there was no mosquito net on the door to the pool, and one of the evenings we had a mosquito adventure that disrupted our sleep.

Very good location, there are 3 good beaches nearby and a lot of restaurants and markets. I recommend to visit restaurant Fork n Knife. Food is delicious and service is polite. The apartment is big enough and terrace is huge. The hostess Jenni is very friendly and was always ready to help.

The bathroom is a little bit small and water is always on the floor after shower.

Quite good location, with a small supermarket next to the hotel. Jenny was amazing, always ready to answer any question and helped us with the bus / taxi. The pool was clean and never crowded !

When we would get inside the flat, there would be kind of a dirty smell, that would go away after opening the doors and windows, si no big deal. Also, salt and pepper would be good !

The place was so beautiful and the position as well, but the thing we loved the most was absolutely the kindness of the host. She made us feel at home and she was so nice and helpful. I recommend it!

The only thing that could have been better is the fact that from our apartment we could see the parking and we would have prefered the pool

This is a great place. Jenny is a wonderful host. All the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Quite a good location, close to a bus stop, several supermarkets, and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The room has everything you need and was cleaned every day. I could definitely recommend this place.
