Everything was brand new, from the apartment to the outside area. The staff were amazing. The breakfast each morning was great and the staff was always ready to help with anything.

Nothing that we didn’t like. The only feedback is that there is limited parking space in the street. Would be nice if Eloque could collaborate with their neighbours to make their parking space available for Eloque visitors.

The property was in a brilliant location. The staff were super friendly and the hotel bar had great food and was fantastic value. It had comfortable sun loungers, a nice pool and was quiet throughout our whole stay with no loud music or street noise. The room was lovely, included AC with a comfortable bed, clean facilities and easy access to the pool and reception area. Breakfast was also great and the hotel was able to arrange transfers for us which were on time, friendly and comfortable.

There was nothing I disliked. A superb hotel and would gladly stay again.

Check in time suppose to be at 3pm, however the person from the reception came late, and we had to wait about 25minutos. Our room did not have 17m2 it was very tiny, and small room. It was clean but extremely small. Breakfast was served until 10am. We used to come between 8:30-9am and almost everything was finished. We had to ask to refill water, eggs, bacon, like basic staff. The person was asked multiple times to prepare food. The place is not organised well, however is calm, quiet and good place to relax.

Nice and clean, great location, friendly staff, very quiet pool area, nice and relaxing! Decent one bed apartment, with a lovely shower. Modern inside. Nice complementary toiletries too, and fresh towels daily. Always peaceful. Near a bus stop for the city too. Close to big supermarkets. Very calm and pleasant. Would go back again 😁

There were a few things not in the kitchen that would have been useful for self catering, as we cooked each day. But we got a knife and bowls from the shop down the road for cheap, so it wasn't a big issue. It's on the top of a bit of a hill, but at least you get some exercise on your trip that way! Pillow was a bit too big for my liking, but that's personal preference.

We stayed there in the second half of October so out of season. To someone who doesn’t want to stay in big city vibe such as Chania, Kato Daratso is 4km away, 10 mins by car, 20 mins by bus from city centre and it felt enough peaceful for us!!! We were looking for a place without hustle and bustle. The hotel is located in quiet area with a nice pool. It was renovated this year so everything seemed so new and fresh. The host is very helpful and supportive! He helped us with trips organisations and gave very good recommendations for where to go and what to see which turned out great! Our rooms were always clean after coming back to hotel. The bed mattresses are very comfortable (it’s hard type of mattress if that matters to you). We had AC in both rooms and two bathrooms which I didn’t expect haha but it’s great if you are in group of 4 people. It was clean, cozy, well decorated and it’s was giving vacation mood haha. The host is very friendly and communicative! We felt well cared and It’s definitely worth the price! I would come here again🫶🏻

I didn’t like the breakfast (but I’m on keto diet, so for me the portion wasn’t big enough and I do my best to eat food best or better quality). For someone who eats everything it should be satisfying but I think the one portion still may not be enough. Rest of the things are just some advices to improve, not that we didn’t like it! Smaller chairs and table at the balcony. There’s not enough space to even turn the chair and it’s hard to access to another one (but that was only at one balcony, another one was ok). We would also add more cabinets for clothes and stuff. There’s just one rack with some hangers and small cabinet for one room (two people). For few days it’s okay but longer could be problematic.

Newly renovated room and bathroom. Nice shower, good aircon. Staff is helpful and the rooms get decently cleaned every day.

The kitchen had only a few low quality items. Some oil, pepper and salt along with a decent pan would come a long way. The room we had didn't have a lot of storage options. A chair in the corner, a small dresser or a nightstand would help for exmaple. The room isn't that big but there certainly are some possibilities!

Hotel was clean, and new. Quiet location, modern inside, friendly and helpful staff. Close to bus stop and shops, restaurants. 15 minutes walk to the beach. We had bit smaller room

It’s quite loud when you have to close the door, as it bangs I found that very disturbing especially in the night time. You could hear everything, no soundproof. Breakfast was always same, sometimes even less choice. Big mirror was missing in the room. Small space for clothes.

The breakfast was great with a big selection of sweet and savoury food, fried eggs, Greek pastries, fresh fruit, dates, nuts, honey, Greek yoghurt etc. Nice coffee, fruit juice - and the staff encouraged us to take stuff for a beach picnic. The accommodation itself was clean, super quiet, modern, stylish - and there's a pool. Owners and staff are lovely - helpful and super friendly.

New and very clean apartments; nice design; drinking water is provided on the first day; shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body balm - pleasantly surprised me, besides, they have a pleasant smell

I had to wash my hair in cold water. There was no hot water in the first half of the day. Very little space for clothes, there was only one shelf (there was a winter blanket), so our things/clothes were in suitcases, it is not convenient at all.

Nice clean room, it’s minimalistic and small, but the bed is big and comfortable! Nice shower with a good pressure :) The location is great.

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning — there were greasy marks on the tiles all around. There wasn’t much storage space in the room — just one small rack for our clothes.
