Very good facilities including a private beach, and multiple pools and restaurants. Room was modern and clean with a seperate bathroom.

The music was very loud around the pool area and was quite repetitive. Our room was under the Deep Blue restaurant and it could be a bit noisy (we had ear plugs so could block it out). The location by the beach is pretty but the resort is a bit out of the way and requires a 20-minute bus ride into town.

Hotel is beautiful lively beach and great swimming pools with a lagoon as well. Good location for travelling to Chania by bus , snacks and drinks reasonably priced.

Have stayed in many similar quality hotels so was very surprised to have to have to pay for the sauna and spa area - understand treatments are chargeable but access should be free for other facilities. Also pool towels should be freely available to exchange whenever guests require without having to ask at the spa. Indoor pool is not suitable for swimming as it is more along the lines of a rehabilitation pool as was cold and had exercise equipment in it.

I was lucky enough to enjoy an upgrade of my room. The upgraded rooom had a private pool and plenty of space for relaxing. The staff was extremely polite. Although I arrived well before the check in time, i was offered breakfast and i entered the room much earlier than expected. The personnel was very polite and very helpfull. The hotel had a good croud- a nice mixture of youngs and elders. I tried two of the a la carte restaurants, and both of them were very good. I also enjoyed the spa service very much.

I found a litlle bit strange that the bars were closing at 5 pm. The breakfast was very good, but it was my least favorite of the services offered.

Incredible room. In my life, this was the absolute, best suite/room I have ever stayed in! Iryna made our stay unforgettable, and we thank you for being the most gracious person! All the staff were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the local Greek musicians while relaxing with cocktails. And the food was really great. It's right on the beach. And it's just down the street from Chania. Highly recommend!

Nice and newly refurbished internals. Location is incredibly convenient particularly when it comes to travelling around. We didn’t have a rental car for the first few days of our stay and there is a bus between the front of the hotel and Chania old town every 8 to 10 minutes until midnight. We also liked that there’s plenty of pool area and the beach is nice and shallow. The staff were really friendly particularly Anastasia who really made us feel home. We stayed on the bed and breakfast basis so cannot comment on the dinner and lunch quality however the breakfast variety was more than enough and the quality was really good

The guest car park has limited space but there is road parking right in front of the hotel available. The front desk is a little bit open to improvement. We had to wait for our room while it was available and in general during our dialogue with the front desk staff didn’t feel as smooth as it could’ve been. The front desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly though.

We felt extremely relaxing and happy during our stay there thanks to the positive vibe of the hotel. - The dining area in the main restaurant of the hotel has a stunning view. We had dinner there and watching the sunset from the restaurant terrace was simply magical. - What truly set this hotel apart was its outstanding staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, the team went above and beyond. Iryna at reception was particularly remarkable—her hospitality left a lasting impression. Having stayed at two other 5-star hotels on this trip, we can confidently say this one had the friendliest and most professional staff of all. - The rooms are clean and modern, and we had nothing to complain.

The food at breakfast could have had more variations, but I am just being picky here.

The staff were great and all really nice. The hotel is on a great beach but still has two outdoor pools, so lots of variety for lounging in the sun. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options and the fresh fruit in particular was very good. It was very clean throughout the hotel and it never felt too busy or crowded.

There wasn't much we didn't like. Maybe the cost of food and drink in the hotel was a bit higher than nearby restaurants, but that is expected in a 5 star hotel. It would have been nice to be closer to the town of Chania so that you could walk into the town, but it wasn't far in a taxi or the local bus.

The pool desperately need a pool boy, some guests unfortunately put towels on poolside sunbeds early in the morning and hog then for the rest of the day leaving rule-abiding guest to scavenge for sunbeds The cleaning staff failed to clean the terrace The poolside bar can get a bid loud at time. The bathroom is surprisingly not tiled, and the grey paint makes it look dirty Room for improvement re entertainment

A wonderful place on the tourist map of Crete! If you’re looking for an “adults only” holiday destination, this is the perfect place for you. The hotel is perfectly located – right on a sandy beach with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach service, while still being just a short distance from the charming town of Chania. The property is clean, very comfortable, and recently renovated. Guests have access to several swimming pools and bars, which definitely enhance the overall experience. The HB (half board) meals were tasty and varied, and the à la carte restaurants offered excellent cuisine – we especially recommend the Italian and Greek dishes. Last but not least, the service – incredibly kind, discreet, and always ready to help, making the stay truly top-level. Special thanks to Ms. Daria and Mr. Sokratis for their exceptional approach to guests and outstanding coordination of the entire hotel team. With full confidence: 10/10. This is definitely a place worth planning your holiday!

The location was great, just a 12-15 euro taxi to the old town of Chania while being situated on a beautiful beach with stunning sunset views and clear blue sea. The breakfast offering was excellent, from made to order omelettes, pancakes and waffles, to selections of fruit, pastries, cereals and cooked food items.

If I was being super critical, I would pick on the queue at breakfast, sometimes waiting around 5-10 minutes to be seated at peak times... but who is in a rush when you are on holiday? One other slight annoyance was the competition for loungers on the beach, the hotel do have signs to say you're not allowed to reserve sunbeds, but this seems to be ignored by guests... so if you can't beat them, join them. I found myself up at sunrise, sitting on the beach with my towel in place watching the sun come up and take in the peaceful surroundings... so every cloud has a silver lining.
