Hotel is beautiful lively beach and great swimming pools with a lagoon as well. Good location for travelling to Chania by bus , snacks and drinks reasonably priced.

Have stayed in many similar quality hotels so was very surprised to have to have to pay for the sauna and spa area - understand treatments are chargeable but access should be free for other facilities. Also pool towels should be freely available to exchange whenever guests require without having to ask at the spa. Indoor pool is not suitable for swimming as it is more along the lines of a rehabilitation pool as was cold and had exercise equipment in it.

I was lucky enough to enjoy an upgrade of my room. The upgraded rooom had a private pool and plenty of space for relaxing. The staff was extremely polite. Although I arrived well before the check in time, i was offered breakfast and i entered the room much earlier than expected. The personnel was very polite and very helpfull. The hotel had a good croud- a nice mixture of youngs and elders. I tried two of the a la carte restaurants, and both of them were very good. I also enjoyed the spa service very much.

I found a litlle bit strange that the bars were closing at 5 pm. The breakfast was very good, but it was my least favorite of the services offered.

Incredible room. In my life, this was the absolute, best suite/room I have ever stayed in! Iryna made our stay unforgettable, and we thank you for being the most gracious person! All the staff were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the local Greek musicians while relaxing with cocktails. And the food was really great. It's right on the beach. And it's just down the street from Chania. Highly recommend!

Staff, Facilities, Ambience

On some occasions the wait time for a taxi was a little too long..

The location was great, just a 12-15 euro taxi to the old town of Chania while being situated on a beautiful beach with stunning sunset views and clear blue sea. The breakfast offering was excellent, from made to order omelettes, pancakes and waffles, to selections of fruit, pastries, cereals and cooked food items.

If I was being super critical, I would pick on the queue at breakfast, sometimes waiting around 5-10 minutes to be seated at peak times... but who is in a rush when you are on holiday? One other slight annoyance was the competition for loungers on the beach, the hotel do have signs to say you're not allowed to reserve sunbeds, but this seems to be ignored by guests... so if you can't beat them, join them. I found myself up at sunrise, sitting on the beach with my towel in place watching the sun come up and take in the peaceful surroundings... so every cloud has a silver lining.

This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at. The hotel has a lot of different facilities, three pools, two beach bars, a snack bar, very comfrotable sunbeds, three restaurants, spa center etc but the best thing is that pools are very close to the beach and sunbeds are located between the beach and pools. Also, breakfast is very diverse and delicious. The hotel has a lot of staff and every one of each is very friendly and polite. They are very attentative and are always around to make sure that we have everything we need. Almost every day in the evening, the staff would check to offer a quick room service if we need any in addition to the regular daily room cleaning. Night before our leave, the reception lady called to arrange a taxi to the airport and to offer a late check out since our flight was in the evening. Hospitality is really outstanding!

Hotel was lovely with good facilities to use and nice bedrooms.

There is a policy preventing people from reserving sun beds which is unfortunately not enforced at all. 99% will be reserved (people put towels down) before 8am but then they’re not showing up for hours so most people can’t get a bed and the hotel don’t remove it. i wouldn’t stay again due to this reason as it was stressful and I wouldn’t want to be one of the selfish people who went out early to do this. I think the hotel will lose customers due to this.

Cozy hotel in a nice and calm place on the beach.

The hotel was exceptional. We had room upgrade since it was our honeymoon and that was so thoughtful from the management. There are 4 restaurants to choose from, all fascinating and quite delicious. The food and drink quality was superb (all inclusive is highly recommended). The staff were so friendly and helpful like (Haris, Salma, Roberto, Sam definitely deserve a raise). There are evening programs that are quite entertaining. We LOVED our stay and we will definitely visit again. The sea, the beaches and the pools are just amazing. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, we always found a place at any time of the day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL.

I LIKED EVERYTHING

Very clean, very beautiful, very comfortable and is staff very friendly and helpful. Location is right on the beach, several large and varied pools to choose from, 2 pool bars. No charge valet parking for your car. Abundant, lovely and diverse champagne breakfast.

The private pools are not too private. They are mostly viewable by the whole resort. Some private pools have a little vegetation hiding them a bit, but then your room shares that same pool as one of six rooms. The swim out lagoon is completely viewable by the whole resort. Additional very small observation. The sea side lounges and tables could benefit from a buzzer to ring for food/drink service.
