A peaceful and green oasis – perfect for a relaxing holiday! The hotel is small and very quiet, surrounded by olive groves with no noise from nearby areas. The grounds are lush and beautifully maintained — the gardeners do an amazing job. The pool is cleaned daily, and the lifeguard is very attentive. It’s a 10–15 minute easy walk to the sea through a lovely pine park. There are four great beaches nearby: family-friendly ones, calm lagoons, and spots for surfers — something for everyone. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was excellent. Cleaning was average. The air conditioner is located directly opposite the bed, so we just opened the windows instead a We stayed in an apartment on the second floor. It was dual-aspect, which was very convenient — we could open the balcony doors on both sides and enjoy a light, pleasant breeze. Each balcony (one private, one shared) had a small table, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. There are bins for trash located behind the bar, and a laundry service is available, but Noone told this Also, a lovely family of cats lives at the hotel — a charming touch!

The room size was sufficient, but there wasn’t much storage space to keep things organized. A shelf in the kitchenette, in the bathroom, and/or in the in the wardrobe (which had hangers but no shelves) would have been very helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and grateful for the relaxing experience. Those who want to find flaws will always find them — but we chose to focus on the positives.

Place is about 400-500 m from the local bus station (in front of Lidl and Synka on the other road side). Beautiful area with olive trees, citrone and banana trees. Owners and workers - very nice & friendly people; always there to help. Very nice stay: calm and beautiful place. Cleaning ang changing of the towels every 3 days (too many towels :) ). Clean and nice pool. Couple of friendly cats (some kittens there) - additional bonus for our children. Very good bus connection, close to big shops; close to some nice tavernas. 4 or 5 beaches to be chosen; in the distance between 800 up to 1200m. Good connection to local tourists trips. Good and easy connection (bus every 20-25 min.) to Chania center.

Personally I'm very satisfied and do not have any negative feedback.

Beautiful place all sourrounded by olive trees, flours and a great swimming pool. Apartament also very good with terraces and nice view.

1. Before our (late) arrival we tried to comunicate with the apartment without success. They did not answer to our message in booking. However, when we arrive we found clear messages/instructions to reach our apartment. It would have been great to receive a reply to our message to confirm that everything was ok. 2. Half day power cut. Not their fault. Usually happens in august due to power overconsumption in the district.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is super comfy, it has separate bedroom, main terrace and backyard balcony, also there is a place to dry your swimsuits and towels. Kitchen has everything necessary (plates, cutlery, frying pan, cups), small fridge (enough for your needs). Bathroom is small but comfortable. AC works well, wifi is also ok. Hot/cold water - also without complains. And if you need, you can ask for iron. Hotel is in quiet place far from main roads ( but only 5 min by walk and you can get to the bus station, 2 big supermarkets (lidl and synka), 4 or 5 tavernas, and sea, of course - there are several beaches. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Pool is great, clean. A lot of cicadas, and their little concerts are unforgettable :) Highly recommend this place!

A great choice for a holiday! We spent an unforgettable week in the apartment, and the impressions were the most positive. The pool is just great - clean, well-groomed, ideal for relaxing swimming in the sun. The owners of the apartments deserve the best words. They are very hospitable, attentive and always ready to help with any question or request. The beach is literally a stone's throw from the house, which makes the location ideal for lovers of sea holidays. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, furniture, comfortable beds. We didn't have to worry about anything, as everything was provided by caring owners. The garden around the apartments is simply amazing! Well-groomed flowers, green lawns and cozy corners create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking this beautiful garden is a real pleasure. I recommend these apartments to anyone who appreciates comfort, coziness and quality rest. We stayed in the studio on the ground floor. The room is spacious with a complete kitchen, table and wardrobe. The kitchen has all the essentials for a 1 week stay. The bathroom is also a good size and the shower is good. The AC works great! The pool is the best part about this place. It was very clean and large, with plenty of sunbeds around it. We loved hanging out there in the mornings, soo relaxing! The staff is very friendly and kind, super helpful, could not ask for better! The location is also very nice, 4 minutes from two large supermarkets, less then 10 minutes from the beach and 15-20 min from Chania old town depending on the traffic!

We stayed for 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday) and only got one cleaning (Tuesday). We could have used some fresh towels and linen at least one more time. Also the floor can get quite dirty with sand from the beach so would be nice to have it cleaned more often. The garbage can in the room was very small, like a bathroom bin, so we would need to have extra garbage plastic bags laying around. Would be good to have a larger bin. The WiFi really doesn't work great. We often couldn't get any signal in our studio. If you plan to work or do anything requiring WiFi connection bring your own.

The location is ideal, being in walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach! The environment is very peaceful with lots of trees and wildlife. The kitchen was well equipped and having a balcony at the front and back was great!

When we first arrived there was alot of flies in the bathroom but this didn’t affect our stay. We would’ve liked a bigger bin or to be provided with bin bags as it made taking the trash out a bit tricky.

Elea, was friendly and easy to get too, no 21 bus and get off beside Lidl then a 5 minute walk. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean, no mosquitoes! There were nice beaches around a 5-10 minute walk, and supermarkets closed by. It's a good walk along the beach into Chania, maybe stopping for a drink or a swim along the way. The swimming pool is small but very nice. We also had fantastic mountain views.

The garden was a little bit overgrown, Lots of good shade. The neighbors dogs we noisy.

Nice place in proximity of the beach. The kids loved the pool and the accommodation was cozy well situated around the pool.

The fact that we had to leave the property at check out and absolutely could not use the facilities ruined the experience. The staff told us we had to leave right away (with small children) despite asking whether we could spend a couple hours on the premises (not our room) since our flight did not depart until late that evening. Not fun to be strolling around with luggage in 35 degrees with kids.
