A beautiful hotel with nicely decorated common areas, full of local greenery, and a pleasant pool. The apartment was comfortable, with elegant furniture and a large, convenient bathroom. The living and dining areas were enjoyable, with a spacious terrace. We easily prepared our own breakfasts and dinners at the apartment. Close to sandy beaches with lifeguards, umbrellas, or shade from nearby trees, with small waves and a pleasant depth, making water fun accessible for both strong and weak swimmers. Several shops in close proximity. Bus stop to go to the city centre right in front of the hotel. Another major plus was the staff: everyone was very kind, cheerful, and extremely helpful (they assisted us in purchasing tours and finding the right buses). I highly recommend it!

Such friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere, decor. Our room was a whole 2 floor house, nicely all new decoration, with a beautiful view in a sea of flowers and the mountains. Good food and prices. We had take away every evening. You can see the beach from the hotel.. a few minutes walk. My son got his first valuable surf lessons and I chilled on the sunbeds. Then we had lunch at the restaurants around, milkshakes and back gammon for desert with the stunning view of the bay. Also the bus is just outside, takes you to Chania with ease. Such a beautiful ancient town and harbour, filled with cool atmosphere and delicious food. My son went gokarting. You just call, free transfer. All in all a wonderful memorable hotel and surroundins for vacation.

Eva at reception was exceptionally helpful. 2 swimming pools. the larger one in the more private section was very relaxing exceptionally clean. varied and full breakfast short walk to lovely beach 45 mins walk to Old town Chania or bus stop right outside the hotel upgraded to a very spacious apartment without delay after first night, by Eva, as our room was noisy and in main area where privacy was an issue loved it . would definitely recommend

minor issues: 1. night flood lights shinning in through kitchen window making it difficult to sleep. unable to close bedroom door to block light as A/C was in kitchen and bedroom became too hot. 2. bedroom cupboard draws were stuck. cupboards could do with an upgrade

The Suite, the surroundings, a lot of plants, flowers around and above the building. The appartments were ín a tropical garden. Big space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terracces. High quality materials, a lot of stone inside. Nice staff. Change the textiles during the four nights. Cleaned every day. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Normal size plates and glasses. Fast service if you want something. Close to Chania city center, only 3 kms by foot, but outside the city. Close to the sea, only 100ms the beach. Enough parking area. Close to shops and supermarkets.

Wonderful location 5 min walk to beautiful beach. Swimming pool and sun baking area offered sun and shade. Very relaxing and access to food and beverage was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day and crisp clean bed linen was changed every few days. We only used the restaurant once which was very good. The bar we used every day especially sitting around the pool. As an Australian traveler I found Anais perfect for our stay in this town in Crete.

Wonderful location 5 min walk to fabulous beach. Swimming pool and bar are perfect. There was plenty of shade as well as sun baking areas. Very relaxing and close to restaurant and bar . Apartment was cleaned every day and clean crisp white bed linen was changed every second day. The staff were very friendly and helpful they gave us excellent advice on what to see and how to get there. We loved staying here as we had been travelling from Australia for two months.

Everything was fantastic Perfect for our long trip from Australia

We stayed at the top of the resorts apartments away from the main road. The pool there was deep and a lovely temperature. The room was a good size,well equiped and the air conditioning was excellent! The room service cleaned bins every day and gave fresh towels ever other day and on the other day changed the bedding. It was short walk to the beach where we spent all of our stay, returning to the pool for a cooldown with a swim and a beer in the afternoon. the reception desk were very helpful and spoke good english.

Perfect location few minutes stroll from lovely golden sands beach. Very friendly staff. We had a very nice apartment with amazing views of the sea and mountains. Would definitely stay again.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we thought 12 euros was too much for a continental style buffet. It was easy and much cheaper to buy breakfast things from the mini Mart across the road.

So i stayed in room number 41 which had amazing views towards the mountains, but also the ocean. It's a short distance to the beach (~5min walk). And a 3 minute walk to a nice local resturant and 2min walk to local grocery store. The Pool area was incredible with lots of sun beds and a bar. The room was big and it also had a giant terrace. It was like having a studi aparment.

Only thing i didn't like about the hotel was that bathtub in the bathroom. I'm a rather big guy and the bathtub shower combo was tiny. My feet did not have space to move around while showering and it took up a lot of space. And i see no reason for having a bathtub when the hotel had an amazing pool.

Personal was amazing and very helpful, room was big enough for 2 people (I consider 3 would be fine also), you have everything you need for a pleasant stay (fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc), clean, great location (5 min away from the closest beach, 2-3 beaches nearby), bus 21 leaves you right at the entrance of the hotel, there is a marketplace 2 min away from the hotel.

The AC was noisy.
