Value for money, breakfast was an amazing selection of sweet, savoury, cereals and fruit, Staff were so welcoming and always smiling, Sofia and Silvia to name but two! Rooms were spotless thanks to Helen and bedding and towels changed daily. Perfect for short stay or longer holiday. Being able to buy drinks throughout the day and use the little restaurant for lunch or eve meals was handy. Also asked for a room with a sea view and had probably the best room, 236. Right at the front with balcony overlooking the sea and the balcony was twice as big as any other.

On arrival there was a kettle in the room but no cups. Swimming pool sides could do with a clean. Traffic from road outside can be noisy but not a problem at night when patio doors are closed. if you don’t want traffic noise ask for a room towards the back.

The room is very good size,spacious. It's really nice that is with pool view. Nice size of the bathroom, too. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful, especially lady with Dark hair and glasses. ( should have check her name ). Also, the blond lady with glasses surprised me with getting me cousions for sun lounger after I expressed they were not comfortable. It was such a nice gesture - I made my last hours at the hotel super comfy. As everyone mentioned already- all staff from cleaners to receptionist really really friendly! Me and my partner loved breakfast - especially the greek breakfast selection. Both pools very clean.

This is not a criticism but observation of someone coming from hospitality and hotel management. Layouts for breakfast buffett needs improvement as it creates a que for water and coffee. Products maybe good quality but if you leave them in plastic domestic container does look cheap! I was in the hotel in 2015/2016, and most of the equipment looks like it's from the same time period. Also, the selection for food on the bar is very tiny. However, so many guests stayed every day near the pool!great a great opportunity there to expand the menu as customers were there. Pool towels would be great too.

Exceeded my expectations everything fresh and clean staff excellent in their jobs and friendliness - Rooms good clean and well maintained and serviced ever day - A/C good with good control - Nice breakfast choices Ok bathroom and shower could have been bit larger but adequate and everything worked well - nice pool And surroundings

Very minor point it would have been better during breakfast to have a Hot water jug for tea than having to pour hot water option on coffee machine but that is really an observation. Not a criticism

The straff was nice: from bartenders to housekeepers. They were friendly and chatty, they remember you:) A man at the reception (maybe the owner) waited for us until 6am because our flight got very delayed! We were in a separate unit with suits where there was an own swimming pool, but we also could use the main one with the pool bar. Both swimming pools are very clean with a good temperature, and there were sun beds next to both of them. The pool bar offers plenty of drinks as well as the food there was very good, especially pizzas and burgers. Our room was freshly renovated and modern with a comfy bed, good AC (cools the room fast, has a sleeping quiet mode), fridge, kettle, some kitchen appliances, etc. Shower was good as well with all necessary things. The room was cleaned every day at the perfect time of the day when we were out, they even mop the floors in the bathroom. There are cute cats, one of which is very friendly and playful, it made our evenings so much better!

Well where do I start :-) This family run hotel has been refurbished to a high standard but still retaining its friendly, intimate feel. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Kalamaki but within reach of some lovely restaurants and also good bus service which takes you further into the town and Chania which is beautiful and busy if that’s what you like. Great selection provided for breakfast, catering for all tastes, with a snack bar open all day by the poolside for meals and drinks. What truly makes this hotel the go to place is the staff who go over and above to make your holiday perfect. Always friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble, especially a big shout out to Sofia , Maria and Irena, 3 sisters who work so hard to make your stay there, as close to perfection as possible. Sofia is so kind, she’s knowledgeable and will always help you with ideas and local information so In conclusion, if you’re looking for a rich slice of Greek hospitallity for your holiday in the sun this is the go to place in Kalamaki ☀️❤️

Maisonette 301 is situated in "Elektra Suites" - a new building across the street from the main hotel. On the lower level there is a living room with a balcony, a kitchen sink + mini fridge, and the bathroom. The upper level is the bedroom with a balcony offering a partial view of the sea and a chapel. Elektra Suites has a separate reception and a swimming pool. We were provided a private parking place in an underground parking lot. The buffet breakfast is excellent - varied and food is of good quality. The room maintenance is worth a special mention with towels being exchanged daily and the room tidied up perfectly. Hotel staff are great people - welcoming, efficient and professional. А small problem with the room safe was solved immediately and the staff followed up with us after completing the task.

The wi-fi is weak to almost useless at times. There is no real restaurant in the hotel, just the breakfast area and a pool bar.

We are completely satisfied with our stay at the hotel where we stayed for a week. The staff is really friendly and they try to help in everything. The hotel is very tastefully arranged, both the courtyard and the spacious rooms. There are two swimming pools which are of a very satisfactory size. The beach is close and nice. The room is thoroughly cleaned and the towels are changed every day (there was one day - Sunday, when it was not cleaned properly, all other days perfectly). The breakfast is very good with a variety of food and also the food that you can order for dinner for very reasonable price. Bus 21 and several other buses stop 20 m from the hotel and can easily reach Chania and the surrounding villages. There is a store 100 m away where you can buy things you need for everyday use. Car rental is also about 100 m away.

Nothing really. The only thing I could mention is this one day, out of seven, when the room was not cleaned properly.

We stayed in a Junior suite in the new building, the room was very nice,clean and spacious w a pool view. Big plus that you have a free parking space in the garage under the building. Breakfast is in the other building (5 meters apart) next to the other pool (you can use both),very nice selection: continental, sweets and various Greek dishes every day,serving staff is very nice. 5 minutes walk to the closest beach,restaurants and souvenir shops. In case you don't have a car the nearest bus stop is 50m from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was very repetitive not the best quality or freshness, some of the options seemed to be reheated, which I found very disappointing given how many people mentioned it as being exceptional, Also I found the 2 hour time slot too tight given the hotel was as busy as it was breakfast area was always busy & noisy
