The view was stunning. We stayed in Room 3 and we had a small terrace area in the front and back of our little apartment. The cleaning lady was also really kind with us, friendly and helpful. Shower always had hot water and the kitchen area was good. 15 minute walk to Stalos beach and restaurants and bars. It's a very peaceful place, with lovely green area in the front and back. We made friends with a tiny kitten, she was adorable and so friendly! If you come across her, please treat her kindly. She is playful, cuddly and so cute to be around. She's white with black and ginger patches :)

Very nice localization, sea view, clean room with daily cleaning service. Spaceful parking plus possibility to rent aq car from owners was a grreat bonus, with greaat price. Moreover they leave you to us the pool of Gregory Comfort Hotel, which is very near by car. We ussed it twice during 6 day stay.

The doors of no. 8 room ( entrance door + bathroom) need service. The first is heavy, struggling to open and close, while bathroom is not closing correctly. This was the only spot on beauty for us.

It’s really nice place if you would like to escape from the crowd. The staff is so kind. It’s pretty well equipped and you have everything you need even for a long stay. Good sea view and nice outdoor spaces in front of every ground floor room which is really good to chill.

The only think that I don’t like was are the same photos for all the options when you book it and it’s kind a confusing exactly which room you are booking. We are thinking our room is located on the second floor but when we arrived we found out we have a ground floor room.

The service is top notch, room was staffed with essentials and the property was away from the city (Chania) and in a calm neighborhood (Kalamaki). The property owners offered us a brand new car for rental with very affordable price (no deposit needed). The staff were very friendly and they offered us a drive to the bus station the last day. Recommending this place.

If you don't rent a car, life becomes a bit challenging. You'll require to walk about 3 minutes to the nearest bus station (n 21). They offer breakfast at a reduced rate but you should go to their other hotel (5 mins by car). There is a wedding ceremony place near the property so some nights can be challenging to have a good sleep if you are not a heavy sleeper.

We booked this apartment but on that day the internet didn’t work in the vicinity of the hotel (not even mobile). So I asked the sister hotel Gregory Comfort Hotel if they can provide a room for with good internet (because i had a video interview to attend). The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and for a little extra pay we got a nice room and even generous buffet breakfast included! We ended up extending another night the pool at Gregory Comfort is great and even the Gregory Village Seaview guests are welcome to use it.

Nothing to dislike

You don’t quite get the roses and fruit treatment but it is really pretty good with outside space front and rear, almost daily house keeping, 15 mins walk either way to bars/restaurants, sea view, plenty of space inside, and lots of parking.

The water pressure totally went a couple of times whilst I was there. I was too busy to report it and the pressure did return each time. I wasn’t too inconvenienced as it happened but I imagine it would have been a bigger deal for some. Could do with a coffee machine, however basic, rather than sachets of instant. But the accommodation does have a kettle so this is really a minor issue.

We really enjoyed that is was a bit far from the center, we were able to park, lots of restaurants nearby, sea view from the terrace. We had an equipped kitchenette, and an additional sofa. The place is quite. We didn't see the staff, but they responded quickly to the messages. We tried the breakfast at their other hotel, it was pretty complete.

The bed was a bit hard, the bathroom a bit small, not very practical.

Very beautiful location - be prepared to walk to nearest shops and restaurants but only 10-15 minutes away. We used the sister hotel pool and paid for breakfast which was lovely and fresh and plentiful. Everything in Accomodation is very compact and basic but that’s good as encourages you to use as a base and go out and explore

Nothing, could of things needed tweaking during our stay and the owner was very receptive and helpful

didn't use the breakfast, location was a little hard to reach, because google maps took us via a more complicated route than necessary

shower water ran cold at night and in the morning, but no big deal - i take it's probably healthy, we came late at night so other guests probably used up the reservoir and it couldn't have heated up until morning

It was a very nice stay and the place worked very well for the purpose of having an active holiday base. Good info from the owners and all worked as expected and good transportation close to the place. Very nice balcony
