10 out of 10. The host and actually the whole staff of this place was super nice! They even gave us recommendations where to go, eat! The beach is also perfect, close to the sea with sunbeds and minibar where we had great coffe, fantastic bar food. The lady who runs the bar is superfun with great stories!:) Chania is 15 mins away from here with bus, which only costs 2 eur/person. Great restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, gyros, surfing are nearby or within 1 mins walk. The room was perfectly clear, everything worked, we didnt have any complaints. The whole hotel is wonderful! I do recommend to book here! A big thank you to everyone, we had great time here! We wish all the bests!

Lovely small hotel, very friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Nice pool area by the beach. Sun beds available at the pool and beach (no extra charge). Whole staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were well cleaned every day and towels replaced on every other day. Pool bar served drinks, snacks and food. Nice sea view from the balcony.

Only negative thing was the room location next to the busy road and the traffic noise which naturally isn't the hotel's fault. If you have a room on the road side, just bring pair of ear plugs and you'll be fine.

I cannot recommend enough this place! Everything you need on walking distance, with a bus you can go to Chania city Center, the sea was nice and with sand (personal preference). The staff was the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever met and the owner is the kindest person, doing everything he can for your comfort! The room was more than spacious and we booked the abstract view and even so we lived the “partially” sea view which for us was great!

The hotel is just perfect-it has a great location on the beach& close to all restaurants& shops. The rooms are spacious, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool area and beach very tidy and the poolbar has a good selection of food& drinks. The best asset of the hotel is its over- the- top staff! Everyone is super friendly and doing their best to make your holiday a special one. Even though it is not a 5 star hotel officially, it truly feels like one to us.

Perfect location with all amenities on doorstep and only a short taxi trip /bus to the old town if you want to explore. Excellent value for money and Nikos was very helpful with any requests we had . Amazing views from the apartments, spacious, great sized pool (and deep too!) and of course a sandy beach on your doorstep if you prefer to swim in the sea. Family friendly, nice food available all day in the bar (Georgia is fabulous!), really loved our stay here and would definitely return!

We recently had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful beachfront establishment, managed by Nikkos. From the excellent communication, even before our holiday began, to the warm welcome, exceptional service, and pristine facilities, everything was perfect. The stunning beachfront location and the attention to detail from the staff made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again. A lovely welcome from the host Nikos and the staff when I arrived at the hotel, great room, much larger than expected and very well equipped. Georgia is wonderful and runs the pool bar, so helpful with everything. Pool is superb and the beach just past that, so everything very close to the hotels rooms. A wonderful hotel with lots of returning guests, year after year, it has a great family atmosphere.

I cannot fault anything in this hotel, I would definitely come back.

We have traveled a lot and stayed in various places, but never have we encountered a friendlier and more welcoming host than Nikos! From the first email with all the information a traveler might need to the free upgrade to a bigger room, he was a perfect host. Always there for his guests, no matter what they might need. When we went to other beaches he lent us sun umbrellas and had tips for everything, from where to have dinner to how to find a doctor in the evening. The hotel is very cosy, situated directly on a wide, sandy beach. There are enough sun beds both around the pool area and on the beach, no matter when you decide to go. Pool towels are free of charge. The rooms are nice, the kitchen has everything you might need. Internet is fast and available everywhere, even on the beach, also free of charge. A maid comes daily to tidy up. Chania is a short drive away, just 7 km. We rented a car, which I can recommend, as the island is very beautiful and it would be a pity not to see as much of it as possible. Thank you Nikos for a wonderful stay! We will definitely come again!

Everything was perfect!

Great location. Near to any facility you may need but the quietest part of the beach. Great rooms all with a sea view. The pool was beautiful and clean. It feels much more like 3 or 4 star. Great staff. Nicos the owner could not be more helpful or charming. We will be coming back.

Awesome location near the beach with a lovely swimming pool beachfront. Lovely and welcoming owners Nikos and Georgia who were most helpful with information. We had a split level sea view room and they supplied beach towels, robes and slippers. Room was spacious with a small clothesline on the balcony and pegs. Lovely smelling shampoo and body wash. A kitchenette was provided. Don’t hesitate to book this fabulous property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
