We enjoyed our stay very much, from end to end. There was one receptionist (Kostas) waiting for us despite our (very) late arrival. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations, super quiet and with an amazing balcony. The staff were super friendly at all times and the entire property was clean, tidy and well taken care of. There are a few shops nearby that stay open until late, which we found very helpful. We rented a car to go around, so didnt check the Stalos Beach, therefore cannot comment on that.

There is nothing that we didnt like about our stay.

Artemis staff were very friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily, the pool is great and clean, the room has everything a tourist needs for relaxation.

Thank you very much Nikos and Kostas, we had a great stay in Stala village, near Chania city. The flight was late, so the hosts arranged our transfer from the airport to the hotel, everything was on time, quality and fast. A pleasant surprise - the hosts left water in the room. Artemis Hotel is not on the first line of the coast, but very close. After crossing the street, the best beach in Crete can be found not far away - sand and sea, no stones, very safe for children.

The room was clean. The gave us clean towels, slippers, shampoo. The room has good A/C and reliable Wi-Fi. The poo area was very relaxing. The breakfast was tasty with varieties. Available parking.

Artemis was placed up a quiet lane just off the main road, sothere was very little noise, it is very peaceful being close to the beach with good tavernas and bus stop all nearby. With it not being too big 27 rooms we got to know most of the people staying there. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. The excellent pool and bar were very clean and Petros was in charge of the bar and breakfast was absolutely brilliant and very helpful if you had any questions. We had a problem with the loo, I told Nikos the owner, and by the time we got back that night he had it all taken care of. it is a small family owned complex that has been in the family for many years So the pride and attention to detail that they lavish on the place really does pay off and shows. Thank you Nikos, Kostas, Petros and your team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Richard and Eryl.

Artemis Apartments is a 3-star hotel with 5-star services. The hosts were delightful and helpful, being able to provide amazing recommendations for day-trips and for some amazing spots to eat. Rooms were spatious enough and very clean, a state in which they remained throughout the stay there due to the very thorough services of the cleaning staff. We were beyond pleased with everything and, for the amount of money spent, we definitely got the better end of the deal.

The only thing I didn't like is that our stay had to come to an end. Will be back here, definitely.

I recently stayed at the Artemis Apartments in Kato Stalos, Chania, and it was an excellent experience. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a short walk from the beach and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff at Artemis Apartments were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Any issues that arose were addressed promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania. The value for money was excellent, and the level of service was really nice.

Artemis Apartments is a beautiful place to stay with magnificent hosts . The rooms are spacious , clean, quiet , comfortable and have excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. We were made to feel very welcome and the environment is friendly . The pool is lovely with a nice cafe serving drinks and food while we relaxed by the pool. The hosts provided suggestions for great traditional Cretan restaurants and they also helped us with local travel information . We look forward to visiting again soon. Thank-you Nikos and Kostas .

For breakfast (8-10 a. m.) there was enough variety of food for everyone: eggs prepared in three different ways - fried, scrambled in a roll, boiled -, small sausages, croissants and sweet pastries, toast, three types of bread, fruits (pineapple, bananas, apricots, watermelon ... ), olives (green and kalamata), milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, water, yoghurt, cheese, ham, feta cheese, cereals (mixed, corn flakes, chocolate balls), butter, marmalade, honey ... I hope I didin forget something You have to take a trip to Balos lagoon (alone or take a boat trip together with visit of Gramvousa island - cost 40 €/person with bus transfer to harbour Kissamos) and (evening) visit the old part of city Chania (local bus from Stalos costs you around 1,6-1,7 €). Near our accomodation you have a variety of restaurants and bars - we have chosen for Maria's restaurant - https://www.mariasrestaurantstalos.gr/ - top food, very reasonable prices, nice personnel, we had to wait a little longer for food and service than we are used to, but since we were on vacation and we were in no hurry, that was really no big issue for us.

We arrived after midnight but the owners where there to welcome you and explain everything about the room. The room was super clean, with daily maid service and it was ideal for our needs. Every evening you could enjoy the sunset and the beautiful colors in the sky from the balcony (which has pool view also). The pool is big and clean. There is a bar which serves delicious food. The Wifi works really well, throughout the complex. Special thanks to Nikos and Kostas for being such kind and wonderful hosts, for doing anything they can to make my stay such a wonderful experience. See you next year!!!
