I stayed in room 207 from August 16-19, 2025. Great Ocean view. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, loved the shower head that felt like rain coming down. There is a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, blow dryer and a safe that has a key to it. The hotel has a food area, and swimming pool. The Grilled Feta and bacon cheeseburger was so good, I had to order everytime I ate there. The entire staff were so nice and helpful especially with getting me a taxi to and from the airport. The beach was a sand beach with beach chairs to relax. The taxi to and from the old Town cost around 17 euros each way which was a short distance. The hotel is around 30 minutes to and from the airport, cost is around 40 euros for a taxi.. Across the street are a couple of markets and taverns. If you want a massage, there is a luxury hotel spa that is a 5 minute walk from the hoteI. I really did enjoy my stay at this hotel, it was very relaxing.,that I wish I could have stayed one more night. Thank you!!!

The pillows

Nice location by the beach, apartment in good condition, very clean and tidy. Very good beach restaurant right next to the hotel. Breakfast was good, and staff nice and polite. Parking area available. All you need for a nice and easy stay.

In the pictures you can see two pool areas, and the areas are connected with a path, but you are still not allowed to use the other pool area, it belongs to another hotel/guesthouse. In that other hotel, there was an angry old lady keeping guard, which felt a bit unpolite. Also the guests from that other hotel were using the services in this hotel, and the hotel pool area is quite small, so it was quite a hassle.

Before arriving to the property Apostolos kindly addressed all my questions/concerns and even arranged a taxi/van to pick us up at the airport. The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and have been recently updated. The staff is so gracious and always willing to accommodate us. This family friendly resort offered wonderful breakfast and the lunch options and drinks at their bar and grill were delicious. About 25mins to Chania town by taxi. Please do not hesitate to book this hotel - The people are wonderful and this little beach town offers peace and relaxation.

It was a 20min ride to the town of Chania, but worth it for the piece and quiet of this hotel.

It was one of the best decisions to stay at this family hotel. The room is bright and clean. All the necessary items such as tools, plates, hob, etc. were in the room, which is very important when having children. Breakfast is always served fresh and tasty. The coffee-flavored milkshake was something that made me flock to this place again. The hotel is in a very good location, not far from driving to Chania or other places on that side. The children liked the pools and the sea nearby.

Mr Pavlos the man who greeted us is very polite and made us feel very welcome. He also had a small gift for us the day we've checked out. Although the hotel apartments are next to the beach you don't risk swimming if you are not a very good swimmer but there are some areas with sand and shallow waters if you search for. The views are very beautiful. Breakfast was good enough and had lots of season fresh fruits which was a pleasant surprise. Looking at the sea and listening to nice music while having breakfast was a quite nice experience.

There was not a whole body mirror to make it easy for us to dress up. The swimming pool was very deep for us to use. The first day at breakfast I had a little bad experience from finding some small ants in my coffee cup and that was probably because I was the first to use the coffee machine that day. I don't know if other people had the same experience but I'm sure it was a just a bad incident and not due to the place cleanness. The very hot weather made those small incents work like crazy in many areas around the garden which is something that was not the personnel's responsibility do something about it. The personnel was very helpful and they offer right away to make a new coffee for me.

The location was fantastic - a few steps from the best part (in my opinion) of the Kato Stalos beach. Here the sand was dry and fluffy whereas further down it was compact and hard. It was also in a quiet part of the town which suited us. The room was fitted out to a very good standard and the balcony was great for a drink while enjoying the view of the sea and hotel pool. The breakfast was superb with both hot and cold choices and the staff in the bar were welcoming and friendly. In the afternoon/evening a great selection of music was quietly played making it very pleasant to sit by the pool, in the bar or on the nearby sun loungers.

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk so we had to phone the owner from our booking reference who came quite quickly from his residence next door but a notice or sign on the reception desk would've been welcomed.

Good and quiet location in Stalos, especially for families. 1 minute to the sea and swimming pool. There is everything you need nearby - beach bar, restaurants, shops and great bakery Tres Jolie on the corner. Chania airport is 30 min away by car. Beautiful old city of Chania is approx. 20 min by car. Bus stop is 3 minutes from the hotel and you can take the bus to the center of Chania. It takes around 35 min.

The bed wasn’t a double bed was made up of 2 singles that easily moved away from each other. The only sink and mirror in the apartment wasn’t in the bathroom, it was inside the bedroom which caused a great inconvenience The water in the shower was cold at times, especially in the morning or during the day, was only ever hot at night

Lovely pool following by a cool restaurant/beach bar which was literally right on the sandy beach . I really liked the size of the place as I think there were only approx 10 apartments and always sun loungers around the pool. We booked last minute hence our daughter and partner stayed in the very gorgeous refurbished sea view studio room whilst I , my husband and two sons stayed in the spacious unrefurbished, two bedroom apartment. It was basic but most importantly had comfortable mattresses and was immaculately clean with towels and even beach towels .There was only air con in the main room so we kept the bedroom doors open at night which worked well .Due to the latter being very basic the owners charged the same for both room types which was approx £110 per night including a delicious and high quality breakfast inc a bottle of wine on arrival . This meant the apartment worked out at an extraordinarily good value £27 per person per night. It admittedly wasnt luxurious but beds were made daily and the shared facilities were fab. Be aware if you want to cook its got an oven , fridge etc plus plates, glasses, saucepans etc but not a full kitchen of bits and pieces for cooking more elaborate meals . Owner waited up to 12 to let us check in and all staff were really smiley and friendly. Welcome gifts and.... departure gifts! Great food and best coctails we had in our trip round Crete.

Nothing

The hotel was incredibly comfortable, offering a fantastic breakfast along with excellent food and cocktails at the restaurant, which is on the beach. Since we visited during the off-season, the atmosphere was very peaceful, and we practically had the beach to ourselves. The staff was outstanding—helpful and thoughtful in every way! They even let us check out late since our flight was scheduled for later in the day.

The water in the swimming pool was ice cold, so we couldn't really enjoy it.
