We absolutely loved our stay at IRINI Stalos Apartments. We arrived on a late flight, and Antonis waited for us and showed us to our room. He and his family made us feel so welcome, they would chat to us everyday about what we’d been up to. Nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was like new, modern, spacious, very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were made every day. Pool area was clean and quiet. Easy car hire parking on land behind apartments. Kato Stalos beach just over the road. Lots of choice for cafes, tavernas, bars and supermarkets nearby, and the bus stop close by for Chania, bus every 30 minutes. Highly recommend and we will definitely return

There was nothing to dislike

+ Irini and Antonis were amazing hosts- nothing was too much trouble for them and we really appreciated their kindness throughout our stay! They gave us a wonderful warm welcome and were so quick to help. + The hotel was spotlessly clean and we loved the beautiful pool area (much larger and nicer than the photos). + Conveniently located for the beach and a handful of really lovely restaurants within walking distance. We also made use of the bus stop into town which is just opposite the hotel. + Great value for money with a lovely fresh breakfast included at nearby cafe run by very friendly staff.

The only thing was the noise from the busy road. Appreciate this would not be such an issue if your room was at the back of the property / if not sensitive to sound. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Irini Stalos Apartments, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and the bus station conveniently located right across the street, making it easy to explore the area. The apartments are very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We had requested a room facing the pool for a quieter stay, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our request. The pool itself is spotless, and it's the perfect spot to relax during the day. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty options each morning. While the selection wasn’t vast, everything was well-prepared, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. They also provided us with great recommendations and handy tips for exploring Crete, which made our trip even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Irini Stalos Apartments for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful time and would love to return in the future!

Everything was fantastic!

he apartment is located almost at the beginning of the city Stalos. It's very cozy, clean place. The owners are very friendly and always helped when needed. In The room has everything for cooking , there is a coffee maker, a kettle, also there was a toaster and to make sandwiches, everything is very clean. The territory is well-kept, green, the pool is clean and beautiful, we had a room on the first floor opposite the reception, in turn, I want to say that we did not hear noisy. Room cleaning every day always left some kind of gift after cleaning. The apartments are located across the road from the sea, 2 min. There are no sun umbrellas on the beach but you can rent them from another hotel/beach cafe, average price was 5-8 euros. But the hotel has sun umbrellas you can take them for free , ask for owners , also there are also children's beach-toys. We also rented a car through the apartment and everything was great. The beach is sandy but there are some stones at the entrance to the sea , during the 2 week vacation there were three very strong waves. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the apartments. Leave the hotel and go left there will be a lot of different restaurants & shops on one side with a view of the sea on the other side there are ordinary terraces. It's calm, nice place, there is no music bar and a club, 15 minutes from the hotel, there were two places where there was live music in the evening. There are supermarkets near by but the prices there are two or three times higher than if you take the bus to Lida or Synka. From the hotel on the right after the supermarket there will be a stop in 8 minutes you will get off opposite the Lidl /Synka, also in the opposite direction the stop will be opposite the hotel, near the flowering tree.

Loved everything, me and my Husband are so glad we chose to stay here. The pool, the staff, location and the accommodation was perfect very modern with everything you needed. Irini and her family go above and beyond for their guests. The cleanliness of the apartments was 10/10 and cleaned every day with fresh towels. We loved sitting by the pool most days was always queit which we liked. Such a hidden gem, if I happen to return to Stalos this would be my first choice. Thank you Irini and family for looking after us and being such lovely hosts.

There wasn't anything, everything was perfect.

We have been in Kato Stalos many times within 15 years, and IRINI Stalos Apartments is the best accommodation we had whatsoever. You are met by very clean territory and building, cosy rooms, spacious balconies, comfortable beds and good pillows. You enjoy an excellent swimming pool and a quality bathroom (good douche, new towels, no wet floors). You get a chance to communicate with very polite, nice and friendly hosts. Everything what you need is located close by. We were impressed! Definitely, we'll come back again!

My stay here was excellent, the area felt very safe and had plenty of shops and everything around it, the beach is just across the road and stunning, Chania town is a 12 min drive and is so lovely during the day and at night. Antonis and his mother Irini are wonderful hosts, they really looked after me, even greeting me by the car and giving warm send offs, and they were very accommodating on the last day I was there when I was waiting for my flight. The little gift they gave me at the end of my stay was a very sweet gesture, thank you! Antonis also gave good travel tips and advice and it was very appreciated. The room is spotless clean and super comfortable (the bed/the shower/the balcony/all of it!) - they have thought of everything to make it a pleasant stay for you. The lighting is good in the room and the room and bathroom are spacious. The kitchenette in the room has all the essentials and the entrance/reception area has some additional amenities if needed like extra swimming towels. The swimming pool is very lovely and the parking is plentiful. There is a safety box in the room which was useful. I really couldn’t fault this place, it felt like being at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I hope to come back again soon!!

The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. Wardrobe plenty of hangers. Clothes airer available on balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much. Beautiful pool,and room cleaned every day. Short walk to the beach, a great selection of restaurants in walking distance. It is a quiet area but relaxing. Bus outside to chania. I would recommend this accommodation and stay here again.

Missing a set of drawers for small clothing items. Could do with an extractor fan over cooker. But otherwise, it's very good.

Irini Stalos are modern, clean, well equipped apartments. Irini, her son and daughter run the apartments and they are all beautiful, kind, welcoming people. There is fab pool at the rear of the building with a small children's pool, there are sun loungers and parasols. The location is great for walking into Agai Marina or there is a bus stop 2 minutes away that takes you to Chania Old Town. The beach is across the road with lots of beach bars, sun beds, and water sports at various points along the coast.
